Nope. Never even heard of it. I think family game nights were reserved for card games or boardgames like monopoly. It wasn't even the whole family.

Well, by family, I meant mother and sister. Sorry for not being clearer on that. xD
Anywho, MadGab is where you have this card in front of you and it'll say something like: Around Dove Apple Laws.
So, you read it a couple of times 'till you finally realize that it sounds like: A Round Of Applause.
Thus, A Round Of Applause being the answer. biggrin

It still wouldn't hold my dad's attention, I'm afraid. He's someone who might like "Soprano's Trivia" like you'd find for Twilight or Harry Potter, the one's you play using the TV.

Yeah, I didn't think it was that interesting 'till we played it. Haha.
I'll admit, some clues sound nothing like the answer...but it's fun watching the other person trying to come up with the answer. xD

"Around Dove apple laws.."
"I wonder if those doves are related to Monty Python's birds..?"
"The ones that carry coconuts from one coastline to the other?"
"Yeah, after all, a dove is about the same weight as a apple."
...(pause)..
"We'll look at some doves tomorrow and find out if they weigh about the same as apples. This is intriguing!"
