Do you mean so that PU members join the Empire if their overlord is in it? I suppose you could edit the save file to make them a member. Not quite sure how to though. confused

When it comes to unifications, one of the few countries which I see getting united is Malaya. And yet, the Malay culture group doesn't have a cultural union. o:

Yeah. Odd that it isn't. Malaya and Hindustan are not cultural unions unlike Germany, Italy, Byzantium, Great Britain, Scandinavia, Russia, France or the Holy Roman Empire.
Indeed. I've never seen Italy nor Germany in-game.

But don't you need to be a specific culture to form them, implying they are a cultural union. Technically the HRE isn't one though since anyone could potentially join.
I find that Great Britain forms almost every game unless the player intervenes directly. 3nodding

Persia also always forms either through some rebellion or if someone decided to form Persia much like Great Britain. I've always wondered what would happen if Persia and Central Asia was conquered not from the east but from the west. I once saw a game where the Manchus extended into the Caspian Sea until someone rebelled and thus the hordes became free. 3nodding

Conquering Central Asia from the west is easy. I remember colonizing the hordes in my Ottoman game and stretching all the way into China and India.

I have a slightly different strategy that I made. I was able to colonize Central Asia from both the west and the east (Siberia). 3nodding
