"Hmph." Akhenaden glared right back at Ayira. "I'm going to go see how much damage has been done to the kingdom. Think about what I've said, Seto." He turned and left.
Seto sighed, partly in relief, when his father was gone. He wished he didn't get so meek when Akhenaden was around; he was his father, he couldn't help but feel silenced, unless he was brought into a rage. He looked at Ayira. "Is this a new record for him not calling you a whore?"

Seto linked arms with Ayira, and headed to the stairs. He wanted to get out of the dungeon. "See, I told you things would work out fine."

"Well, it's nice for them to be..." Seto said, then trailed off. He let out a groan when he saw who was coming to them. "Oh, for the love of--"
"Seto!" It was Kabi. She ran to the pair. "Pharaoh said you were going ot be killed! Is everything better now?" Seto nodded, and she gave him a tight hug. "I had been worried! He gets into tempers like that sometimes. I didn't know if he was serious or not."

Ayira took kabi by the shoulders and pulled her off seto "No hugging" she growled.
