Malik came back with some sodas, gave them to everybody, telling Ishizu that they would need more. He sat down next to Kira, settling back into the couch. "So... Tell us what's been going on!"

There was a silence after Ryou told their story. Then Malik abruptly broke it, but not with a comment about the activities that had happened. "We should do something together!" Malik exclaimed, glancing at everybody else. "You know, like something fun. We haven't each other in so long, it's pathetic!" He glanced towards Ryou, smiling. He was hiding his sorrow for his friend after hearing all that had happened to him. He felt even worse when he knew that he hadn't been there to help in the least. But at least they could try to be happy, even in Bakura and Marik's company. Casting an off glance at the Vadin guy, Malik added the demon to his 'not very fun person to be around' list. They had also mentioned that Khalid had died, yes? Malik as glad that he was dead, after what Ishizu had told him, but he was an angel? Now that was just wrong. Marik, seated near Ryou in case Bakura showed up again, rolled his eyes. He was growing tired of the two sharing a body, because there were times he wished to speak with Bakura. This was harder to do with Ryou in control. He looked over at his hikari when Malik cheerfully suggested going out and doing something. He snorted loudly to show his disinterest. "What's there to do here?" He asked, settling back against the chair. "For a newcomer, I guess there might be some stuff. Otherwise, it's really dull. A complete waste of our time."
"You don't have to come." Ryou pointed out in a non-mocking way, glancing up at Marik. "I mean, if you don't want to. You're the one with the Millennium Rod; nobody is forcing you to join us."
Marik paused, trying to tell if the boy was making fun of him or not. He decided to test the boy, see if he was being scared or being smug. Leaning towards Ryou on the ground, he gently tucked a lock of the boy's hair behind one of his ears. His hand lingered a moment, cupping Ryou's cheek, his fingertips just barely brushing against Ryou's skin. The boy jerked backwards, pressing against the couch, out of Marik's reach for the moment. Marik laughed darkly, happy with this reaction, moving backwards again. "I want to-- and will-- come out with you guys. Going to the places is dull, but I know that, perhaps with your yami, it will be fun."
[Damn o_O;; It seemed much longer on paper. Well, gotta go now.]

"Does that count for everybody, or just the people you want to pay for?" Vadin asked, brightening a little bit. Ryou buried his face in his hands, silent.
"Why pay when we can just take what we want?" Marik asked, rolling his eyes once more.

Kira ignoring marik said "No im paying for everybody." she then put a hand on ryou's shoulder "you ok?"
Kawi giggled and nudged yugi "Your going to have to help me pick out bathing suits."

Bakura glanced up and shrugged, in both an answer to Kira's question and to get her hand off of him. He glanced over at Vadin as the demon pulled out a cigarette package, lighting one for himself. He offered it to no one in particular, and Bakura accepted one as well, allowing Vadin to light it for him. Yugi blushed darkly, not having a girlfriend before, and wondered if couples spoke like that around other people often.

Kira took the ciggerette from bakuras mouth,snaped it in half then stuck it in her empty soda can "your not smoking" she told bakura.
