Dropping back several steps when her attacks didn't work and to avoid the ramming of the spikes, R'larin's ears twitched in annoyance as she took the moment to watch the armor change. Dropping to a low crouch, she used the oncoming night to fade away into apparent nothingness. Moving slowly, she took out a small trinket and lay it on the ground.

When seeing her seemingly vanish into the oncoming darkness, Drake cursed under his breath. Usually this is when Ray would come in and help him out, finding the opponent and outlining them for him but because this was his fight, she had stayed out of it. "Come of elf. We're fighting here, not playing games."

Two paces behind Drake, the night elf stood out of her crouch and smiled as she faded softly back into substance. "Nothing wrong with the natural talents given you, is there?" Cocking her head to the side her grin widened, "Especially if it confuses your enemy, no?"

Though Drake didn't roll his eyes, he did growl just slightly. Her comment was one of the reasons he disliked elves. "Fine then." He stood still for a moment, letting his hearing pinpoint where she might be. When he was able to hear her, Drake took a swing with one of his swords.

Camera slung over his shoulder, Jak pushed through the bushes, a keen ear listening to the sounds of the forest.

Lacuna took a wrong turn by accident and found herself in the woods. Lacuna found herself gulping and shivering as she discovered that this place was infested with bugs, darkness.

Jak moved silently though the trees. Lifting his camera, he paused, hearing a sound that didnt belong he turned, walking quickly towards the noise. As he drew close he smiled and raised his camera again, the shutter working quickly, just out of sight of the lovely Laci.

Lacuna turned around quickly, as if trying to catch something she kept continuously missing, she was indeed lost, but this was no new concept to her as she was pretty clumsy. Lacuna hummed a bit, trying to keep herself calm and find a right path toward's the direction ahe should go.

Jak snapped a few more shots before lowering his camera. Whistling quietly in tune with her humming, he bent to pick up a small stone, he tossed it a few feet ahead of Laci, slipping behind a tree out of view as he did so.

Lacuna bit her bottom lip a bit with a look of horror upon her face. Lacuna narrowed her eyes and threw the rock in another direction.
"Who's there!", she demanded, "Come out or I'll..", her fingertips began to glow a faint blue as she circled, trying to find something, anything.

Chuckling, Jak slipped out from behind the tree, leaning nonchalantly against it. "What is it you'll do, dear heart?" He eyed her fingertips, his eyes catching hers in mock-horror.

Lacuna swallowed hard, throwing her hands behind her back as quickly as she could.
"I.. w.. well, you and.. why are you..", she stammered rather embarrassed and shocked by Jakkin's magical apperance.

Lacuna tried to shrug off what she had hoped he hadn't seen and chewed her lip maliciously. "What I mean is that.. you gave my a fright is all..", she tried her besdt to keep her words together this time.

Jak pushed away from the tree with a soft laugh. Lifting a hand to his hat, he tipped it off and dropped it on her head, chucking her under the chin with his other hand. "Sorry love, I couldnt resist. You made enough noise to awaken every creature in the woods."
