"Uh...no. Not really," Liam laid one knee across the other, attempting to look casual, "Although I can assume it has something to do with William?" Even saying the name made him physically shudder.

"He's such an idiot," Liam laughed and shook his head, "Are you sure you want to know?"
He continued without waiting for a response.
"He's...massively telekintetic, can exert enough force with his bloody mind to make the planet implode...err...the whole...controlling the undead...and...invading minds. He has to power to drag you into and alternate dream dimension and go Freddy Krueger on you, and even drag you into a further dream dimension and torture you there. He's...hold on...830,044,821 years old. Technically, anyway."
He paused to laugh.
"Or...I am. I could show you...the visions, I mean. Actually see what he saw..."

"Hm. Alright," Liam bit his lower lip before remembering that he no longer had to physically touch a person. He raised his hand and allowed his memories to briefly flash through Jabir's mind.
Said memories were terribly horrific. They were all of thievery, rape, handless murder, children being eaten alive by the animated corpses of their parents. Most were too terrible to put into words...for Liam, anyway. The flood ended, of course, with William tearing his way through Liam's own bloody throat.
"Pleasant guy, eh?"

"Oh yes, really charming" he was so furious at what William was he didn't noticed he had cracked a hole in the wall with his tail or that his fists were dripping blood from sinking his claws in them

Liam nervously reached out, wanting to stop the bleeding or...something, but froze in that position.
"No. Definitely not. He's some...formless spirit aimlessly wandering space. He would have made your skull implode via Ike if he could."

Only then he realized his own bleeding, when the smell of rotting wood reached his nose. His blood had dripped on the desk and was slowly doing its job
Muttering a few curses to himself he quickly cleaned up the mess, at the same time he willed the wall's fagments to return back into place
"Sorry about that. The only thing he has left are his memories then!? As for killing the rest of him I think it would be farely easy with the proper tools"

Liam shrugged. He wasn't used to getting things in return, and rarely ever wanted them anyway. Asking about Jabir's past seemed a bit too personal, and so he leaned forward on his knees.
"What can I do to help?"

Jabir was a bit surprised by that question somehow. He took a minute to think before he replied
"Keep an eye on things, making sure no one gets hurt would certainly be a big help. I often get my hands full with the creeps back at the forest and the idiots who try to shut this place down"
"But don't be afraid to ask more about me. I heard Rabid comment something about it during Malachi's alignment test. If I let ask it's certainly because I don't mind"

"Fine. Care to tell me of the terribly depressing backstory of the blatantly awesome Jabir." He crossed his knees again and leaned back to listen.
Nobody that different ever had a normal childhood. This he knew from experience.

"I don't know if you realized but technically Maggie is my mother. My spell went wrong because she didn't realized she had some broken vials leaking over the concotion. I don't know which actually got mixed but serpent's venom was certainly one of them"
"I don't quite remember this part but she told me she had decided to move from her old hut to a wizard academy where she hoped to find more answers about my true nature. I was a toddler back then"
"I can't say those were happy times but I was too young to understand. The wizards examined me top to bottom, put me under several types of tests, etc, etc, etc. Some called me a monster, others a complete miracle, but only very few actually considered me a child"
"Still between those regular exams I managed to develop rather normally. Maggie insinsted in raising me like a normal kid and to be treated like one"
"But the problems started when I began to cast magic on my own. It didn't really surprised the wizards, since I'd been created from magic and everything, but it worried them to imagine what I might be capable of, since hardly anyone shows signs at such a young age. Some of them even tried to take me from Maggie and turn me into their lab rat"
"Angry she left the academy and took us to a friend of hers until she could figure out what to do. We ended up settling in. I think she wanted me to be older before trying up at another academy. That town had a few magic users she knew too, so she wasn't worried for me not getting the proper instruction"
"I was already a kid at the time, although I had reached the size of a normal adult. But it took a long time before I was... accepted by the community. The worst part was the other kids. Every oportunity they had around me was to either insult or throw things at me. I soon learn to avoid them since I didn't dare fight back, afraid of getting us thrown out and ending up as the wizards guinea pig"
"Things got slightly better when I became a teen though. There was and older kid who moved in at the time and strangely he became my friend. He taught me out to stick up for myself and not let be pushed around, among other things. In time we were part of a small group"

He made a small pause as he reached this point, trying to summon streghts to carry on
"I snapped. It was the first time I really got furious, mad even. Until then I never realized how much power I had or how to use it. Before I limited myself to bend and distorce objects, sometimes transforming them in new things"
"I gut them open with just a though, forced their weapons against them and smashed their brains. And then I did the same to the rest, over and over again, all in a different way. When I reached their leader there was nothing but a pile of bones, flesh and blood around him. He didn't stand a chance either"
"I sank my fangs onto his neck, the same way a viper does to a rat. It was then that I realized what I had done and even worse, that I enjoyed the taste in my mouth"
He stoped there, still feeling a bit horrified about what he had done

Liam shifted uncomfortably. Not very long ago, he was exactly like the armed men.
"Pray continue," he made a small motion with his hand, his voice deeply laced with sympathy.
