There's ten of each color... There's six colors. There's sixty numbers that are colored.
There's a random symbol thingie in the middle that my mind keeps drawing to.
There's twenty rows. There's ten numbers across...

I have a question..
The image that was posted by Zeph...
is that of all three pictures overlapping each other?
I'm thinking for the first and third pictures, they should be like folded over the gry line that separated it and see what that comes out to.
