[Tad had recieved the invitiation to the Winter Ball, but decided against going. Social events like this weren't really his thing, too much upper-class hoity-toity stuff he wasn't comfortable with. Plus, he didn't have a date. So, he decided tonight (and throughout the Ball) he'd kick extra time in on patrol. Since the "heroes" would be getting drunk or whatever, that left a gulf in the people able to protect the innocent, and punish the guilty. Something Tad was more than willing to pick up.]
