Arch was caught up in the moment, slightly startled at being brain-stabbed, shot at, in the middle of a cat-fight, then glomped and kissed, all in as many seconds. He glanced up at the demon from the ground. 'the hells?'

Sahaqiel Umbra approached the bus/Clipper Ship with a scowl on his face. He couldn't believe that Arch left him. He climbed in through an open window, and saw Ruby crying in front of him, and Laurel attacking Arch with kisses. He looked between the two, trying to decide who to help, and finally deciding on Ruby. He kneeled down next to her, and held out a napkin that he had snagged earlier. Ruby took the napkin and mumbled an inaudible high pitched "thank you," that ended in another bout of heaving sobs.

Still in the grip of Arch's magic, Laurel doesn't notice Herg at all, and continues kissing Arch all over the face.

He stood up, trying to set the horny 16-year old down gently, while also trying to keep her off of him.
