The snake like child had done the first task. It was simple enough, but so mundane. He did not know how the person with the belly breaker was so fervent to do this. With that thought Kiketsu stopped for a second, making a small huff. As fast as this kid was, the blue skinned boy was much faster. He was always moving at a pace beyond most of the other students. Snake child would soon surpass that level. Regardless of how much energy Hiru had, Kiketsu would become stronger. The snake like youth was thinking all of this all the while trying to lift up a rock. His mind had become so stuck on his shark rival that the stone discreetly slipped out of his grip and fell on top of his toe.

Gwen ran down her house stairs into the small living room. She is in her usual long spaghetti strapped white shirt that goes to her knees, over the shirt she is wearing a tight short jacket of a thin armor like fabric. A black piece of fabric about her waist tightened and tied into a bow behind her, the lose ends of the bow go down about three inches. Underneath the shirt she is wearing tight black spandex like pants that go to her ankles. On her feet she is wearing worn out looking black boots that go a few inches over her ankles. She has her blond curly hair up in a messy ponytail, a few curls got lose and are framing her face. Her piercing pure blue eyes surveying her surroundings as she quickly and as quietly as she could ran down the stairs.
Gwen got to the bottom two steps and jumped to the floor. She then ran off through a door and suddenly ran into someone. She looked up and her eyes opened wide, her father is home. She took in a deep breath and held it as her father studied her. Her very pale complexion turned a pink color as her father made a grunt and he patted her head and walked off into the room she just came from. He then disappeared up the stairs.
Gwen just stood their holding her pent up breath. She couldn't think straight, there was just to many emotions storming through her. She finally caught hold of herself. She then let out the breath and continued her regular breathing. She stepped out of the kitchen and into the dry air of the housing district.

Batosai ran away from the hospital and towards the closest district he could get to, which was the housing district. As he arrived, Batosai slowed his speed down to where it was a simple jog. He jog through the destroyed district in search of the others. But he couldn't find them, no matter where he searched. His jog then turned into a slow walk as he tried to get a good look for a sign that could point him in the right direction. He finally spotted them in the distance. Batosai took a big breath and began to approach them.

[you know what, can we just skip the whole rebuilding process, finish the night up, and wake up next month wink
Um, I don't think any of you did enough training to constitute more than 5 exp but yeah >>]
It was night-time and Andou was pleased. His work force had done an adequate amount of work that day and although Andou had had to leave halfway through to look over another project being worked on (namely, the habour) upon his return everything was neatly done. He'd had to reward his team when this was all over. He had officially dismissed his team for the night, but since they were all going to the same place most of them were probably somewhere close to him as they travelled back to the Fubuki Estate. It was around this time that Andou saw the tiny blonde girl with the bright blue eyes.
Even though, and maybe even especially because Kirigakure had just been reduced to such a poor state, its crime rate had risen drastically. Poor civilians with nothing to lose had been reduced to desperation or just mere boredom. As shinobi Andou was confident that his squad would be fine, but he wasn't so sure about this waif-like tiny girl.
"Girl, it's dangerous so late at night," he said to Gwen, not unkindly. "Go back home and play tomorrow."

Kiketsu’s thoughts were disturbed by the entrance of someone new. A girl whose height was actually less than his. The height of a leprechaun would be appropriate to say. The person had a white shirt that went to her knees and a jacket. Dark spandex and boots finished off her lower torso. Lime eyes stared at the girl for a few seconds. Was she a new student? Regardless of the fact the ‘cheery’ sensei went to take care of her. Not far behind was also the blood eye Batosai. Well at least there were more bodies to get the job done quicker. Kiketsu was willing to learn jutsu, but only gave around 50% to mundane work such as moving rocks.

While waiting for the girl's reply, Andou looked back at the people that still had to complete work, Kiketsu being one of them. He had noted how unmotivated Kiketsu had seemed to be all day and gave him a look that was half reprimanding, half resigned. Get it done so we can all go rest, his eyes seemed to say and you could imagine him giving a sigh. Running his fingers through his wild pale yellow hair, he gave Gwen one last look at moved back to Kiketsu's side.
"No matter who does it, the job still has to be done," he said, again, half to Kiketsu and half to himself. "Come on, I'll help you. Once Kirigakure is mostly rebuilt, Dakatsu, you can focus on your training again.
"Why did you choose to learn the ninja arts, Dakatsu." This, although obviously expectant of an answer, was asked in a way that did not sound like a question. Rather it sounded like Andou was making a statement of fact and that he was expressing some sort of point.
As he said this, Andou began to help Kiketsu with the various rocks littering the area, gatherine as many rocks as he could carry in his hands. His chocolate brown eyes remained steely and focused all throughout this process.

Without warning, the sky cracked open. A converging crimson seal appeared, spreading elaborate lines with rune inscriptions across the formerly blue expanse, and, very unceremoniously, six people fell from it. The first somersaulted in the air, expertly landing lightly on the ground, though the expression on her face was confused. However...shortly behind her... KABOOM! One had landed face down on the ground, the others promptly crashing on top of him.
Very shortly, the group that appeared out of nowhere began bickering...judging from their forehead protectors...shinobis from Konohagakure no Sato? While this was somewhat a relief, as Konoha is officially an allied nation...but that symbol on their clothing...from the ruling Senju family? But didn't the village...weren't they so protective of the Mokouton line? So why would they be all the way here, so far away from home?
"Gerruf!" Barked the person on the very bottom, a fist waving into the air.
Another was grabbing around for fallen cards. "Ah-ha! I am the rich man in this game!"
A second winced and grumbled: "Average man...but Haru...forget about the card game!"
"Where on earth is this!?" Roared a third.
"You're crushing Anzu-sama!" Commented the first girl, who had landed safely. To elaborate on her point, she pointed down.
A sly grin met her worry. "Hm....what are you yelling about, Touka-chan (lit. meaning peach tree petals)?" However, it would seem the four weren't as ignorant as they played it off. BAM! Tree roots erupted from the ground but before they would reach any of them, more roots erupted and parried off the original.
"You bastards..." Growled Anzu, moments later after the others got off. He rolled over, sitting up, dusting off the dirt from his black yukata. "Ouch, cripes...that hurts..." Gingerly, the disgruntled ANBU captain rubbed his back. "That does it! That is the last time I'm playing rich man-poor man with you guys! Every time! Every time something weird happens - where the heck are we anyways?"
A moment's pause. "Like hell this is Konoha! Kai! Kai! Why the hell isn't the Kai technique working? KAAAIIIIII!"
"Hm...Anzu-sama, I don't think this is an illusion..." Commented Touka hesitantly. "Hey, Ryuko, wasn't that...?"
He nodded. "Yes...that was definitely...reverse summoning."
"What...is this..." The youngest in the group looked perturbed, as his onyx coloured eyes scanned over the terrain.
The other young woman in their group seemed to have calmed now. "Blimey, Shiro...I may be wrong but isn't this...?"
"Yes. This is Kirigakure no Sato. Welcome, Senju clan." The speaker was a black haired girl dressed in crimson priestess clothing. A child miko? In her arms, she held a bird with crimson plumage as deep as the color of her clothing.
The one addressed as Haru narrowed his eyes. "You...you aren't the one speaking, aren't you? Are you a doppelganger of some sort?"
"Hm...I suppose you can say that. She is my shikigami, I am speaking through her. I am Titania Canderole Hanashoubu Le Daemondia, but my master calls me Kousei. I am pleased to meet you."
"What the hell? We got kidnapped by an overgrown chicken?"
A veinpop appeared on the bird's forehead. "Chicken? Why you..."
"Uhhhh...a mutated swan then?"
"No..."
"A pidgeon?"
"..."
A poke on Anzu. "That's a phoenix."
"Ooooh. That makes sense - wait, what!?"
Ryuko sighed. "Anzu, just...just...be quiet..." A pause. "So, Kousei-san. Why have you taken us here?"
A evil gleam appeared in the bird's ruby eyes. "Your village is the faithful ally to Kirigakure no Sato, right?"
Nods met her.
"So help us fix this place up!"
All six spoke in unison.
"Eh!?"
That opportunist.

And beneath a group of rocks that Andou had so gingerly picked up from the area, he'd find a bruised and tired Shin Takamura. How the boy had got here was hard to fathom, and how he was still breathing was harder to comprehend. But the explanation for both those things were quite simple. The over eager student had taken a boat back to mainland but had near collapsed from the effort to row at the speed he had desired to travel. Add in a little bit of collapsing structures, natural protection and and dash of luck and one would get the current scenario. The removal of pressure from his shoulders jolted him back into consciousness for a brief moment, enough time for him to flash a quick smile before collapsing once again.

Andou raised an eyebrow in surprise at what he uncovered. It also crossed his mind that if Kiketsu had worked a little harder Shin would have been revealed so much sooner. But there was no need to say that. Kiketsu was probably thinking that already. It was perhaps good that Shin appeared to be unconscious at any rate, since Andou cracked the first smile he'd done in days... no, probably weeks. And it wasn't at relief at having found a student either. He just found the whole situation funny.
And it was about to get funnier yet. As Andou bent to pick the boy up since well, even he wasn't heartless enough to leave a probably starving and weak boy out amongst the cold, hard rocks, there was something like an explosion. Andou reacted immediately and cursed, berating himself for not having brought some sort of weapon. Immediately he grabbed Kiketsu and Shin and leapt back. He saw that there were other kids still about, but they were far enough from the immediate vicinity. After dumping both boys down rather unceremoniously (they'd live) he adopted a defensive stance. He couldn't believe that someone was attacking Kirigakure right after it had just been destroyed. Again. Watching as the runes ran across the sky, his eyes narrowed as something opened and six people emerged.
Or rather 'fell out' should be the proper term. After seeing that they seemed to be as confused as him, and catching a glimpse of their Konoha headbands, Andou relaxed a little and stood up, although still wary. He got closer to them, hearing bits of their conversation and finally noticing the little girl with Kousei in her arms. Oh, man... what diplomatic situation had the bird gotten them into now. And those people were SENJU. One of the noble clans of Konoha. It was sort of like if you kidnapped the Fubuki away from Kirigakure, really. Except they had been killed. Well.
Maintaining position at the side, however, Andou continued to not-really-eavesdrop and eventually heard the punch. His admiration for the bird grew and he couldn't help it. He started to chuckle. It was funny, how they'd been working so hard for a week and then Kousei brings people who can do what they'd achieved in a matter of less than an hour. It was funny how Konoha could easily view this as kidnapping and invade them. Again. It was funny how these people were so confused and indignant and damn, it was funny that they had been playing rich-poor-rich-poor. What the hell?
Swallowing his laughter, Andou glanced back to check if his two students were still alive, and upon confirmation nodded at them before moving forward. "Kousei-sama," he greeted the bird, before looking at the six Senju. He didn't say anything, merely waited for an affirmation or declination.

As Hikaru bent down to grasp a large boulder there was what seemed to be an explosion that came from behind him. A loud booming noise came from where he had heard others working earlier. As the sound rolled by, Hikaru crouched. He would not be ambushed because he was easily seen. Hikaru turned around slowly, trying to make as little noise as possible. He then weaved his way through the boulders until he came upon a large group of shinobi, who where facing Andou sensei. I should stay hidden, should there be a problem I would be of much more use that way. Hikaru's eyes scanned his surroundings and waited for whatever would be coming next.

Kiketsu gave a small nod and turned away from the man and back to the rocks. The reassurance that this man would teach him more jutsu was enough to get the boy picking up the rock that had been giving him trouble and moving it to the side. The pale shinobi in training continued to look for another one when he heard a question from his sensei. Why did he choose to way of the shinobi? It could have been answered in many ways. The boy pondered this while placing another rock to the side. Even he never really stopped to contemplate his reasons. To show the two parents that he was better than his sister? To become stronger than the person he most envied? To get revenge on that person with the red eyes that tricked him? Or even because he was tricked. After a few minutes the boy came to a satisfying conclusion to tell the man. “I want to learn all the shinobi arts and become the strongest shinobi ever. That and I have something to amend.” his pale lips stated strongly into the air. He was not sure exactly why he needed to find that person with red eyes, because his heart did not feel hate or revenge for the person that killed his false family. At least the snake would want to believe. Yet there was something unfinished between the two. Staring into the eyes of the man Kiketsu would have also liked to know the same thing. “Why did you become a shinobi sensei?” the child asked.
Andou move another rock to reveal a hurt child. Kiketsu had seen that face before, but couldn’t fully remember. Most children would have been concerned, but to Kiketsu this would be a hindrance to his eventual training. If he had found the boy, the dread head may have had to put the rock back and hope no one found him…. Before anything else could be finished a group fell from the sky and landed to the ground. The serpent like child just watched as this uninvited group began to bicker. He turned away from the band of bad power rangers but was quickly grabbed by the chuunin. The man hurled him and another out of danger. The pale boy rubbed his head that he got dropped on and glared back at the six. “What rude people.” Kiketsu said aloud to the band, but still kept his distance. For now he’d let Andou-sensei take the lead.

A rough lifting, general tossing about, and then abrupt dropping of an unconscious body tended to bring quite a bit of pain to a body as sore as Shin's was. So he wouldn't stay unconscious for long, rather the whole ordeal would not so gently ease him into an uncomfortable awakening. And the first sound his sore ears were greeted by was the loud and sudden arrival of several chatty youngsters from a village he had only heard of. Talk about a rude wake up call!
So it was safe to say that Shin was grumpy, a mood that did not get better once he saw the company he was in. As he was accompanied by none other than the weird snake like boy, "Snakehead!" He'd shout softly as he laid eyes his voice trailing off so bad at the end that it might sound as if he had said "Snakehe--" instead. His eyes moved around some more to see the person who had ever so gently tossed him to ground, none other than "Satsujinki-sensei! !" (again speaking in that sad trailing thing he now called a voice) the teacher who so liked to torture them for only god knows what reason.
Yep, he was not in the best of company but at least he was in some company, not counting these strange newcomers who would not stop talking near his sensitive ears. Getting buried alive made everything sore and sensitive, for now atleast. But enough about his bad tidings and back to his good. Shin was lucky enough to have company, company that would hopefully use some medical jutsu or provide him with food & water or maybe even both. He crossed his fingers and prayed that he received the latter treatment but deep down he knew that with this lot, chances were that he was probably getting absolutely nothing. 'Drats!' he thought and he would have snapped his fingers if doing so would not be as painful as it was now.

A perfect eyebrow arched, Anzu bent down until he was at eye level with the bird. "Oi. You may be some great phoenix or whatever, but you snatch us away from Konoha and then ord-oof!" The sentence was never finished. A booted foot met his head, sending the ANBU captain, for the second time that day, crashing into the ground.
"Shuddup, poor man. You have no right to speak." Stated Ryuko as-matter-of-factly.
"That game is rigged! I'll crush all of you in Go!" Protested Anzu, a fist waving into the air.
He treats the heir with no respect... Sighed Touka into her mind, shaking her head.
Foot still on Anzu's head, Ryuko brushed a long lock of dark brown hair away from his eyes, to get a better look at Kousei and her shikigami. He had never actually believed the monks' claim that a phoenix visits the Temple of Fire...but... Seeing is believing, he guess. Judging alone from that space/time Jutsu earlier... It was a lost, no a dying art. And she used no medium to draw the runes...
He looked around, at the ruins around the expanse. "...I suppose this terrain speaks for itself, so I won't press for what happened. But...what about...?"
"Your family?" Kousei's eyes curled up, into happy upside down U's. "Don't worry. They have been notified."
By notified, for some reason, all six Senjus suddenly got the image in their heads that notified, as in a note etched into their estate's front door that read: 'Will be borrowing them for a bit. Please, do not search or worry. =)'
At this, the shikigami laughed. "Don't worry, that wasn't all. Do you know of the Kyuuketsuki Suzaku branch nomads?"
"You mean that Shinto group that lives in the Fire Temple, at Konoha's borders? But...wasn't Shizimu their actual name?" Piped up Haru. It was distantly familiar...the group the Senju clan of the Forest first encountered. But Shizimu to the younger generation Senjus nowadays were for the most part a distant historical name.
"I...guess it'll be fine."
"Yes." The two groups held a special relationship after all, thanks to the Senju family's famous ancestor. Senju Hashirama, who had long ago rescued that area from famine...
"Andou-san." Greeted the Shikigami doll, with a small nod. Turning briefly back to the Konohagakurians... "The Earth Master has left this village in ruins. Will you be so kind as to help?"
At the mention of the Masters, the Senju family tensed. Oh, they still hated the Fire Master's guts all right...
"Them again?" Shiro muttered darkly, shaking his head. "We'll help!" The fourteen year old declared, pumping his fist into the air.
"How many among you can use Mokouton or Gouwan?"
The last one finally smiled, before she did a small bow to the shikigami and the phoenix. "Senju Hanami, pleased to meet you. All of us present can use Gouwan and with the exception of Touka-san, can use Mokouton no Jutsu."
Kousei looked pleasantly surprised. She had been expecting to at most get at least one who could wield Mokouton...but this...this was a good sign!
"Andou-san, will you take them around?"
Of course, minor rubble and the streets will have to be bypassed for now. But with their famous herculean strength, they can easily clear out heavily blocked areas. As for areas that needs to be reestablished quickly, like housing quarters and the hospital.
