Hey Dirk! I'm glad you're here, actually. I need you to do me a favour.
*takes two vials of blood and puts a drop into two separate petri dishes*
Can you analyze these for me, tell me if there's any major chemical alterations between them? I'm starting to suspect something about my powers, and...yeah. I need to see if something happened when I had that temporary arm.

Um...no problem Lyle. *begins to run a comparison on the blood samples provided*Anything in particular I'm looking for?

Any major elementary disparity between the two samples. A new element present in the right sample, especially if it's something not typically found in the make-up of an Earthling.
I'm going to check on blood chemicals while you do that, see if maybe the difference is just chemical instead of elemental.

Wow where did you get that. I keep a back-up bag of blood for every active-duty Legionnaire in the medlab. In case of serious wounds that need transfusions and the like. Brainy can't treat somebody in a hearbeat, but it never hurts to be prepared for something bigger than his usual.

*ups the zoom on the samples so he can compare individual cell shape*
Hmm...no, it doesn't seem to be anything there. Tinya's and my cells are pretty different, as far cells go. So that's one idea scratched off.
Hmm...*pushes his invisibility field to just slightly include one sample, then tries the next*
They both seem to fluctuate the same way. Grife, this is confusing...

Everything seems fine here Lyle. *looks back at him* Have your powers been acting up or something?

Brin_Londo Good to know.
-leans on something- Brin, while you're here...
*pushes his invisibility out past the samples, but leaves smell and sound detectable*
Can you hone in on the two blood samples? Do they differentiate at all, or is it all just 'my' smell?

Dirk Morgna Everything seems fine here Lyle. *looks back at him* Have your powers been acting up or something? I'm not sure. It's probably nothing, but I've had problems in previous 'boots,' and things are weird...I just wanted to check now so I could maybe catch something early.
I think I'm starting to go off-the-radar on accident, or even just normally? I mean, distracted as they were, if anybody was to sense me walking towards them, Imra and Jo should have (Has anyone told you about that yet? Gossip!). I keep surprising people too, even when I think I'm being very loud and announcing myself.
It's probably nothing. Vi was pretty distracted too, so it's probably just a totally natural coincidence. And I'd just re-appeared when you came in, so that could have been natural too. But coincidences add up, and better safe than sorry, right?

Okay, what about these two vials? They're both mine, but one of them might smell a little different, especially if anything reacted funny to the prosthetic.

Hmm...It's probably just a lingering trace of the prosthetic's blend, but at least that lives it on the list.
Thanks.
