Chase dramatically exited the school by jumping off the top step. As he landed, the ground near him slightly iced and he smiled. Looking over towards MaddY, Kaylie, and that one other boy that he didn't really care about, he decided to stir things up.
"It's going to snow tomorrow," he said into their direction just loud enough so they could hear. 'Heh, they were arguing about Maddy and Kaylie's ability to mind speak. Hilarious. I don't even think they know the other can do it. Che.'

Chase smiled as the clouds in the sky loomed over. 'So he knows,' he thought to himself. Looking up, the sky let out a low grumble before the snow started to gently fall.
"Beautiful," he said to himself. "Snow is alway beautiful, one flake never the same as another."

She felt the snow fall. but it never came near her. "Chase...." she grumbled. She touched her forehead. "Drake, I'm sorry I can't tell you right now, but I promise you that I will tell you soon, and I think you have your own secret to tell me too. And Chase!" She turned to look at him. "Screw off!"

Chase smiled as the snow kept falling. "But it's pretty!" he complained to Maddy. "And I like pretty things!" He knew he was being childish, but that was the fun of it all, being fun and carefree of what goes on in the world. The snow fell a little thicker and he looked up at the sky again. "The weather is nice," he said to no one in particular. "I like nice things, too."

Drake had a confused look on his face. "Why are you yelling at him? He can't change the weather..Plus I kinda like to snow too." Drake looked up and smiled. He preferred the snow over the rain. I hate the rain. But as long as she's near me...The rain...Seems to stop..

Kaylie touched the snow. it was cold and for some reason she felt the odd sensation to do something toataly weird. she bent dowon and pulled up the snow into a ball and whiped it at chase's head,. smacking him in the right side of his face. she laughed lightly and through another and another.

She kneeled down. She tried to touch the snow. God I hate this, why is this happening. Maddy loved the snow but when she touched it, it melted. She rested her head on her knees.

Kaylie felt something taking over her. a serge of .. pain? she feel to the ground unconciuse and died. right there on the pavement. Or. she WAS dieing.
