Remmy shrugged. "I like some sour things and pretty much anything with tomatoes. I also love sushi." She said smiling. She tried to think again. "What about your favorite colors?" She felt like an idiot, asking such a stupid question. It was so common and so strange.

Remmy shrugged. "Midnight and navy blue." She was trying to think of something else. Hmm, maybe what kind of music? Or movies? "What type of music do you listen to?" She still wanted to slap herself for not being able to think of a better subject.

Remmy smiled and shook her head. "Not really but there wasn't really much else to say. I can't learn anything about you unless I ask questions, or at least strike up a conversation but I can't seem to think of anything." She chuckled at herself, looking down at her shirt again.

Remmy thought for awhile. "My only real hobby is growing roses. I only moved here about six months ago so I've been focusing on my garden and school. I also use feng shui and practice tae kwon do and fencing. Although, I haven't really done either of those in awhile."

Remmy had to think since it often depended on the kinds. "Well, white, red, purple, yellow, and pink all grow naturally, you just have to find them. And in some places so does black. But most of the time I use dies in the roots by adding it to my water and plant food. That way it sinks in and colors the petals. Sometimes I have to manipulate different seeds to get a mixture of colors."

why roses? i mean, of all the flowers you could pick to play around with... you chose roses... sure, they're pretty and all, and they've got a lot of tradition behind them, but somehow you don't seem like the kind of person who'd go for something just cuz it's "pretty" or "traditional." ::she shrugs a bit, more thinking aloud than actually expecting an answer:: or do you just connect with them more than any other flower? i'm sure you know that each color has its own seperate meaning, red is love, of course, dark red is mourning, white pureness, pink happiness, yellow friendship, lavender enchantment, peach desire... even combinations have particular meanings, like a red rose and a white rose mean unity when together... but none of those really seem to fit you... mmm... ::she glances at Remmy studingly:: you seem more like the thorn type... the kind that'd use the flower to her advantage while striking with your weapons... ::blinks a bit and shakes her head:: and i'm spouting off nonsense agian... seems to be my day for it

Remmy looked up, a bit stunned. It was true that she could manipulate roses into a weapon. She had found she had that power a few months ago. She shrugged it off. "Rose is my name sake, I am part of the Bara family after all. But the colors don't mean the typical things to me. Red and white and black, all roses have more meanings than the one typically associated with them. And flowers that are manipulated, such as the green rose, only mean what the maker wants to believe. And, in truth, I don't know why I chose the rose. I think it more chose me than the other way around." she said honestly.
