I have never swum in syrup (can't swim in general), but I have done the cornstarch thing in a hot tub. I tripped and bashed my face on the edge of the tub. I was bleeding so bad, they did not even get angry at me and Aki over ruining the hot tub.

When I was in Grade 6 they used to give you a 50-word spelling test, to see how your skills were. I aced it, so they said I didn't have to do grammar at all that year. I know, spelling and grammar are completely different, but whatever.

Oh dear lord.. I have no idea... Umm... err... Does falling for the "Go wash your face" and ending up using the washcloth (that's hanging by the sink) that was just used to wash the floors with bleach... count? For the record floor cleaner / bleach in your eyes sucks.. of course it was probably worse since I was taken for medical treatment for 3-4 days... *sigh*
