After waiting several minutes inside of the ice room that she had managed to create; she was assuring herself that she was indeed not being spied upon before she was going to change; her body dropped down upon the icy floor. "It's good to have my clothes back. I felt so vulernable without them. I mean, seriously, it's not that I can't pull off a bikini look..." she paused and looked down at her chest before continuing her statement. "I think I fill it rather well. I'm not THAT small..." she added, giving herself a tiny boost with her left and right arms. Her clothes remained locked at her bossom before she decided that she should change all of her clothes. "I know I made it so that they can't see me, but I can't help but get the feeling that I'm being watched." she whispered to herself, removing the remaining clothes that she had on. She wasn't nude however, for she hid her body within her hair.

By placing the clothes she held upon the ground, she was able to make a rather quick change in her undergarments. Instead of making the transition into her pure white outfit with white undergarments, she decided to make a change. I think that with the new chapter of my life, I should make a change in my clothes. she thought to herself, staring at her normal clothes. Thinking of the design that she wanted, she was rather amused at the thought of wearing a different outfit entirely. "I've got an idea." she said with an excited tone in her voice. Revealing herself from within her hair, she looked to the left and then to the right before her hair seemed to lift up on it's own.

Moving her hands around her, she could feel her chakra surging from beneath her, bubbling out to the surface for a simple purpose. Her chakra eminated from her body, sending her hair up above her in a flurry of wind from the sudden expulsion of chakra from her hands. The white clothes began to sparkle and their appearance began to change. Her hair, which was rather obedient in the wind, encircled itself back into the ponytail she loved so very much.

By the time her chakra had come to a suddenly calm flow, the white ribbon that held her hair in the ponytail had changed into a teal bow that stuck out at the very base of the ponytail. Her clothing, had completed shifted from the white that matched her skin and hair, to a perfect replica of the teal of her eyes.

Minutes later, she had her clothes on, and her hair was set with the added bow. She wondered how it would look but didn't have a mirror nearby. "Oh well, I think I've been in here long enough." she said outloud, the ice walls bursting into millions of snowflakes upon the closing of her mouth.

Hyousetsu knew that time was growing short, so instead of hanging around in the village, he knew that Yukigakure was calling to him. While everyone was away, he felt that it was his duty to guard the village untill Nakamura decided to come back and take back her duties as the Aisukage. I'm heading back to Yuki. Call me if I'm ever needed. he said before dissappearing in a puff of smoke.

Every one of us is unique. Each one takes after traits of a specific elder. No two will ever be the same, be it from obvious charactersitics, to chakra, to their own individual abilities. Though, I don't think Kaida could have had that much of an influence on you at such a young age, it is possible. However, I would think that it is you, who will be affecting her. Nakamura, as you may have already guessed, has taken on several of our traits, something I'm sure Kaida will adapt to because of you. It's possible that she may only gain a few characteristics, or none at all. Ayala explained, hinting around the fact that Wahotts could potentially surpass Hyousetsu in strength. While she also hinted, that if Kaida recieved any status as Wahotts himself, was slim. Nakamura had three adepts, while Kaida only had one. Who knew if that was all she would need.

When the chakra from Nakamura sprang up, she tilted her head to the side to see what changes she had done to her outfit. Noticing that her white clothing was no longer white, but teal to match her eyes, she let out an approving bark.

While Arya's attention was averted, Arashi palmed his face. That was so awkward, I can't stand it! He yelled at himself. Damn it! I'm taking it too fast. He crouched to the ground, and massaged his temples.Bad move, man, bad move....

A blast of snowflakes knocked him over, and crashed to the ground. The entire left side of his body was covered in snow. He rose, and frown on his face.

"What... in the hell... was that?" He looked over, and saw Nakamura.

"W-whoa." He noticed the changes in her outfit. "That's not the outfit you were given, was it...." Although, he liked the change.

{kusari arrives}

Kusari made his way back swiftly to see a scene unfold like in ones dreams. The ice walls about Nakamura shattered in a dazzling flurry of snow cascading around her that sent him a vague reminder of thier time back in Yukigakure. With her ice techniques she had a knack for creating these surreal images like she often did. Kusari noticed the bow and the new color on her and though did not prefer one over the other he had to admit that it was intriguing to see her in a new look after what he had become so accustomed to.

Kusari then felt slightly out of place in the same garb he always wore day after day... perhaps it was time he too changed...then again... why mess with what worked? Before he could make any remark Kaida's voice piped up

Kaida had been about top reply to Ayra when the snow flurry came down. Shefirst glanced at the silly boy who was covered in it and then up to Nakamura who had changed from her usual clothes. The affectionate Kaida rushed over to Nakamura to hug her again. "Naka-chan-sensei! You look so pretty!" she exclaimed while still clinging to her teacher she turned back over her shoulder to Kusari and Whaotts. "Doesn't she look pretty Onii-sama? Whaotts?" she asked smiling to the others.

"Yes Kaida she does, more so than usual." kusari said in response, not trusting himself to say anything further without saying too much. Kusari let his eyes linger onthe bow in his hair having not fullly decided weather he liked it or not but seemed to be in favor of it so far.

Whaotts barked with approval in response to Kaida before letting his mind wander back to what he had been previously thinking about. Kaida will learn from me? that sounds like fun he invisioned themin the classroom with hi sitting atop the teachers dek and Kaida skipping into the room. Wahotts suddenly thought this a rather strange concept and decided tht if he thought about it later it might make mroe sense.Kaida won't need more wolves than me, I will grow up to be strong enough to be an entire pack in myself. Whaotts thought to himself in silent determination. then to his mother he said I will be strong mama you will see... the strongest ever.

Arya seemed transfixed by the ephemeral display of lovely snowflakes as her onee-sama dismissed the ice walls. Like the eternally cascading snow of Yuki... She thought vaguely, the distant memory of the northern village, her home village, tugging at her mind. Though she too was a Hyouton user, Arya admired her onee-sama for creating such ethereal effects - gracefully executed, beautiful attacks...all the while holding an alluring deadliness. As for herself? Arya had focused solely on attacking power and swift technique execution.

Arya smiled softly, surveying Nakamura's handiwork. Her onee-sama, always so remarkably elegant. "It's perfect, onee-sama." She murmured softly, a beaming smile crossing doll-like features.

Nakamura smiled at the reactions from her fellow shinobi to her new appearance. Even though it was mostly the same, her clothing was different than the many years of constant white. She turned around, as if she was giving a small show, displaying the outfit that it was indeed different. Her eyes looked down at Kaida and wondered if she felt the difference in the fabric. It felt smoother to her, but that wasn't always the case when you couldn't really touch her without Nakamura sending a glare. Though Kaida was different as was Arya. The only two human girls she would ever allow to touch her without consequence.

Each person came with something new, and she would answer them accordingly.

"No, I decided to go for a change. I hope it doesn't bother anyone." she explained, her ponytail falling over her shoulder to reveal the middle of her outfit's back. Her hands lowered around Kaida to give her a returned hug. Nakamura's right hand moved towards Kusari, even though she knew he would never show his feelings to her in public, she still wanted him to say more than what he did say. It felt like a cop-out to her. He can do better than that. she thought to herself with a smirk. Even if she didn't like public displays of affection, at this point; with a new chapter; she felt like shedding that fear. Her attention turned to Arya, her calm exterior reminded her of a younger version of herself. It still bothered her that the Leaf Village had taken Arya prisoner, not even taking the time of day to inform the village of her having gone missing.

"You know, with the Fire Master's defeat and all. Now the Leaf village should be liberated and ready to fight. I have a feeling if I go there with his Naginata and that vial of poison, they'll listen to reason. I'm going to get to the bottom of why you were captured Arya. That sort of injustice... I won't tolerate. Not again. I won't allow two villages to do this to people I care about." she told her, walking with Kaida attached to her, over to Arya and placing her right palm upon her left shoulder.

That's what I wanted to hear. With an attitude like that, I have no doubts in my mind that a deeper connection will arise. You shall see the fruits of your labor very soon Wahotts; and you may or may not like what you see. However, this is merely something that is meant to be. Ayala said, her hundreds of years of wisdom showing in the cryptic message. She knew what was going to happen to them, one of which, could have been slightly painfull for both. Even if it was going to be painfull, she knew that they would have to endure and that they would.

Taking heed to Nakamura's words, she wasn't sure if it was wise for her to leave the village. I don't think you should leave. After everything that's happened, do you really think it's wise to leave after this village had been attacked several times? she asked, clearly knowing the answer to that before one was given.

Nakamura's head turned in order for her eyes to gaze upon Ayala. You know the answer to that. The Sound did something very similar in the past, except that she managed to escape and come back alive. I don't want repetition, I'm going to deal with this diplomatically, and if I can't solve it with words, then my actions and mine alone will get my point across to them. she said to her wolven companion. It wasn't something she wanted Kaida or Arya to know about, nor Arashi. They were younger than she was, and shouldn't have to worry about past grudges from Nakamura's past.

He watched Nakamura's little show, and laughed a little. Then he heard her speak to Arya, His eyes widened. She was... captured? He stole a glance at her, her beatiful face, and saw something he didn't see before. Something that lied under the surface. Pain.

It was more than he could bare. "I'm...I'm going to go home....."

At the very mention of Konoha, the shadows of great fear briefly crossed Arya’s pretty features. That expression lasted only for the breath of a second, the young Jounin certainly disguised it well if one had troubled to look the next moment...but, it was certain. That uncertainty lingering in her very chakra levels. A cold chill had settled down her spine. Did...did she fear that village now? That wasn’t it. Konoha was a beautiful village, small antique little place... No. She feared the people of that village. What they could do.

That terrifying extent of kekkai genkais... Arya grew up mostly in snow-covered Yuki, among fellow comrades of the Hyouton creation line. She grew up, for the most part, with ninjutsu masters. She grew up praised for her Ninjutsu. But against monsters of speed, the Taijutsu masters of the Hyuuga line...she couldn’t protect her teammates, nonetheless protect herself. It only wondered her what their Ninjutsu masters was like.

Did she fear them now? The silver-eyed Hyuuga of the Leaf...

No... She wouldn’t have escaped if their little princess hadn’t helped.

But she would not have been injured so badly, if it wasn’t for them either.

Yet... Indecision tore at her heart. She wanted Taki to be safe. She could not stand watching this precious jewel be marred...thus the Fire Master having struck that nerve, igniting her anger when he dared burn Taki. But one thing was certain. It would not settle well with her either for her onee-sama to go to this now...foreign village. And as of recent, there was great discrepancy on even who the Hokage is. To think how quickly minor the power struggles during the beginning of Lady Cerbi’s reign, when Arya was first taken prisoner, now is...

Only wild guesses but Arya heavily suspected...though Nakamura was openly friendly with Konoha, the Hokages before Lady Cerbi probably had refrained from public alliance...because of how their people would’ve reacted. And when Lady Cerbi came to power, the sudden shift within internal political alliances and problems with outside invaders (including bandits and all sorts of rogue shinobi)...didn’t set up too welcome a stage for foreign shinobi that the Hidden Leaf had never openly viewed as allies.

It was...quite a bit of bad luck that Hyuuga was entrusted with sentry duty, during this tumultuous period. Well, being famous for ‘capture the enemy first, ask questions later’...explaining they only wanted conference with Lady Cerbi was...problematic.

Onee-sama, please take me with you! I have heard...that the main bulk of Konoha’s political power...their Hokage and most of the Council of Elders...are with their rebel army in Iwa. I...could not confirm this directly while recuperating in Ame...but there were rumors that the Tsuchikage of Iwagakure no Sato offered to house the Konoha refugees.” Arya’s eyes were pleading, the message clear: she didn’t want her onee-sama to go visit the shell of a village they have no idea what state it was in. “Onee-sama...I...fear how their people would react... Not exactly ecstatic about confronting Hyuuga again so soon either... Wouldn’t...wouldn’t perhaps meeting their Hokage be better?

For all that matters, confronting the main powers within Iwa would certainly be a much safer choice. Iwa was closer too...and besides, held an open alliance with Taki. Within another of the “five great powers”, those from Konoha surely wouldn’t be discourteous enough to openly attack.

Only Arya didn’t know there was a new Tsuchikage...

[Enter Sana Naraku]

Sana walked down the road, whistling, with her hands in her pockets, when she saw Arashi running towards her. She smiled. "Oy, Arashi!"

Sana... He gulped, and wiped his eyes, finding them tear stained. "Sorry, Sana... I can't talk right now..." And he ran right past her.

"Wait, what?" But it was too late, he was already gone. She saw the tear stains, and immediatly grew worrisome. Then she realized that she was standing near 2 women. One of which, she recognized, was the Takikage, and, on further obervation, had a child hanging from her. There was also a wolf nearby as well, and a baby one at that. The lady on the right was pleading with her, and had a look of fear on her face, if only for a second.

"Very sorry, but do either of you know why that boy just ran off crying? You know, the Blondie."

Arya turned her head slightly to see the speaker; Sana would notice that she was actually...younger. Just barely into her early teenage years, large innocent eyes yet with a distant touch of silver....certainly granted that. "Ah..." An uncertain expression momentarily flickered across her features as Sana asked the group what was wrong with Arashi. A very strange thought...more like feeling...tugged at her mind. Arya could've sworn... Did Arashi just get very upset when her onee-sama was talking about her imprisonment...?

In her mind, Arya quickly thought back to what has been said and done. The only other time he got upset was...when conversation shifted to mentioning his deceased sister. Could it be...? No...it just didn't seem right. But strangely, she just didn't shrug off the unsettling feeling either. Her onee-sama's word was law for her. But she would check later to make sure Arashi is alright.

Arya gulped slightly, a troubled look settling over her features before she answered quietly: "G-gomen...I-I think I said something wrong..." It was true...Arya was so happy just talking about her onee-sama...and unknowingly, she brought pain to Arashi.

Yes, it was probably that. She made him remember something so painful...though unintentionally, had opened old wounds.

Arya will apologize. The girl thought firmly to herself.
PostPosted: Wed Jul 23, 2008 2:44 pm

Whoa, she's younger than I thought. Sana listened to her, and nodded her head. "Apologize to him! He just ran home, crying, and you're just standing there?" She shook her head, now angry. "His mom is gonna go crazy, thinking something horrible happened again, something really bad!"

[Enter Arashi]

Arashi stood outside of his house, wiping tears away from his face, and stared. If I just walk in like this, mom will be worried. Especially since I was crying when I came in that time... He walked back onto the scene, and wiped his tears. "I apologize, I just walked out on-"

He saw Sana, and frowned. "What did you do, Sana?"

"Well, I, uh, was just talking to them...."

Arya winced instinctively at Sana's fury. On another thought, maybe waiting wouldn't do... "H-hai!" She finally managed out. To one who had just arrived on the scene, it probably looked like Sana was bullying her. It was really hard to imagine Arya could wipe the ground with even Sannins when it came down to Ninjutsu... Not when she was like this, a shy nervous child...uncertain of anything without her onee-sama. "A-arashi-kun... I-if I said something wrong...g-gomen-nasai!" Arya bowed nervously, the moment's breeze combing through long pale-purple hair before casting her gaze aside, obviously worried that it was indeed her who said something mean unintentionally.
PostPosted: Thu Jul 24, 2008 12:41 am

Arashi blushed. "It-it's not your fault. You don't have to apologize." Arashi boed right back. He wished he would stop blushing... if Sana ever figured it out... well, he would be in for a beating. Verbally, at least. He calmed himself. He stood abruptly.

"And you!" He pointed at Sana. "You had no right to bully her, whether it was for my sake or not!" He jabbed his finger at the taller girl, mad. "She doesn't deserve, nor does should she have to put up with, abuse from you! I keep telling you to keep your temper at check."

"Geez..." Sana whispered. " I shouldn't have to take abuse from you, shorty."

"What did y-" He stopped himself. He glanced at Arya. "I'll talk to you later about this. G'night."

Sana got the picture. She stormed home, with her hands stuffed in her pockets nonchalantly, and her cheeks puffed up.

Arashi sighed, and sat on the ground, crosslegged. He closed his eyes. Breathe in...Wait 3 seconds... breathe out... He performed the breathing exercise, and calmed down.

"Don't listen to whatever she said. She worries about me too much." Arashi opened his eyes slowly. "She wants to be like a sister to me, but she's illsuited to that role." He stood up.

Kaida looked around curious. SHe wasn't sure what the others were talking about but she did not let go her hold of Nakamura's leg, particularly not with talk of her leaving. SHe simply looked looked about confused and finally asked. "What is going on? what did the leaf village do to Ayra? ... What's a Hooga? Are they bad?" Kaida didn't like the fact that she couldn't keep up with what was going on... she had been trying to say hi to everyone but it seemed there was other things going on she did not understand... And i didn't even get to introduce her to Wahotts properly yet...

Wondering what his mother could have meant by the things she said he noticed Kaida clinging to the one called Nakamura... He knew who she was without having ever met her before because she fit the stories and explanations and other things he had heard of her so much before now so he simply drew closer to the two and sat at the ready senseing Kaida's frusteration and confusion. He looked up at the white haired individual and cocked his head slightly to one side as he examined her getting to see the real person with his own eyes and finally taking a moment to truly look at her... she was very much like what he had always believed she would be and he sniffed slightly at her as if trying to get a better feel for her scent.

THe others might not fully understand but Kusari knew... Kusari knew that the Otogakure incident was only one of the factors pointing toward Nakamura's current decisions... "Nakamura... with Amadeus gone, and the recent attacks what they have been, wouldn't oit be best to atleast wait untill he returns so someone can be here to protect the village? Hyousetsu is back in Yuki, and Zenjin with Amadeus, That would leave only Ayala here to defend the village." Kusari left himself out for two reasons. THe first being tha talthough he had been accepted into taki he still wore a mist headband because he was so fresh to the village, he could barely navagate it let alone defend it... and secondly because he knew that if she were to leave for konoha on such a cause, he would wish to go too incase things got too big for her alone to handle."Ayala is more powerful than even I, but alone, if the attack were to be great enough, she could only do so much... I despise the injustices of nobility hungry for power as much as you, I am not saying something should not be done, simply that perhaps it would be best to wait. I am not trying to make any demands, just offering advice, from one friend to another. You know i will support you either way." Kusari was not forgetting his earlier vow. If she were to name a target he would take his sword and go along side her into battle, she knew that was his oath as well as he. For something as dangerous as this, he would not sit behind while she went ahead...
PostPosted: Thu Jul 24, 2008 6:24 pm

Arya looked really nervous as Arashi instead got angry at Sana in turn. But after a moment's exchange of heated words...things got peaceful again. And Arya liked the peacefulness...she thought she could feel Arashi's chakra levels, the heartbeat of the chakra system, rise at the mention of Sana being 'like a sister'... He does love her. She mused. "She's...very nice." Arya said slowly, her voice quiet with her next words: "She loves you very much..." But at his words that Sana wasn't like a sister, Arya had to to nod. "Almost motherly..." She added softly.

Arya looked almost crestfallen as Kaida brought up mention of the Hyuuga. Even if the child had mispronounced it... "They're a clan of the Leaf, Kaida-chan...one of their nobleblood founding families..." She decided not to continue on to what they do - there was no need of Kaida to know something so cruel this early in her shinobi career... But her expression grew rueful. "Kaida-chan...if you...should come across one, the silver eyed Hyuuga of the Leaf...do not engage them in melee combat..." Though her voice was even, the tremble that ran through her small frame betrayed fear.

It became pretty obvious who had hurt her.

Arashi laughed. "I know what you're thinking. She has a crush on me. Not the other way around." He smiled. "There's someone else I love, and it's not her." He winked, and sat back down, crosslegged, like before. "Actually, it's really annoying when she does that. I mean, she's not my mom. She's just my best friend, and, so far, one of the only friends I've gotten in this village."

On talk of Hyuuga, Arashi frowned. Anyone who caused Arya to feel so much pain should be killed... He thought. He felt his chakra swell from anger. I won't lose anyone else.

"I've heard of them. Supposedly, they can see the chakra flow through your body." He said. "My cousin was on the wrong side of a fight with a hyuuga, was in the hospital for 3 weeks."
