Inzi glided down to watch what was going on :Must you be so loud feather brain: he clipped off. He watched the cub pounce on the loud bird and clicked his beak together. He was not going to give up a perfectly good meal if it was going to present itself

fedha wiggles in his seat. he had fallen asleep watching the two zebra's. his eyes opened slightly as he jumped up and let out a honk "the herd!" he ran back to the herd to find not one awake. he sighed loudly and ran to his mothers side, laying down and falling into a fake sleep.

She doesn't look up, but she hears Inzi's words, and grins. Her first catch! Blood pounds in her ears, the thrill of the hunt - and catching something live - coursing gleefully through her.
She's so startled by actually catching something that she's not so quick to figure out what to do with the thing. She lets out a yelp as the peck hits home, right on her paw, and releases Msuko, paw throbbing and dripping some blood.
Again, Ciyari is quite explicit with her language - one really has to wonder where she picked it up from. It intensifies, then is cut off, as Hodari tumbles right into her, and she lands in a very annoyed heap of fur a few yards away. The world spins around her.

fedha was quickly awakened by his leader, nuzzling him on the side. "wake up youngin. the herd is ready to move" he lifted his head up and then turned.
fedha looked to the leader, then looked to milia who was'nt there.

The Goshawk cackles in laughter as Msuko peck hit home and the cub let go. :Little one will learn to watch its food if it wants to eat: he said hopping a few feet over on his perch

::Hodari winced as he landed on his stomach, letting out a loud wail, curling up for a moment before standing back up, staggering left and right. feh... W-what had just? Oh great! He'd knocked her over! Just what he -hadn't- wanted to do!::"I-I-I'm sorry!" ::He burst out, staring at Ciyari... oh dear.. She was proubly really mad at him for doing that....::

Msuko flapped her injured wing a few times, pain lancing up the bright feathers. Her angry chittering ran so quickly together it was hard to even understand what she was saying. "Stupid hairballs!" was a frequent phrase, though. Chittering more, she flapped up onto the closed branch she could find, once there she gasped for breath. Oh, that had hurt! She wouldn't be doing that again for a while. Even hurt, the energy found in most small birds was building up, and she hopped further down the branch, closer to the cubs.
"What do you think you were doing!" She cried. "I don't have 'food' written on my feathers!" Nursing her injured wing, Msuko glared at the cub who'd attacked her. Ciyari, was it? That furball wasn't much of a princess!
Finally noticing the Goshawk, Msuko nodded firmly, glaring down at the lion cubs again.

Montsho's blue eyes opened slowly, the lids heavy from a recent lack of sleep. Her large, powerful jaws opened in a long yawn and she rose to her paws. Something had woken her and she was very curious to know where the strange sounds had come from, as the leopard thought her eyes fell to the stirring bundle of black fur beside her.
The tiny ears atop Layla's head attempted to rise to hear the sounds her gaurdian had already noticed. They flopped persistently and the lioness cub decided to investigate the disturbance for herself.

fedha gets to his feet as he looks to the side. his mother stood grazing quickly, then took off in a small pace towards the herd. he caught up to her and nugged her shoulder, then he looked for milia, bored.

Urari, feeling the sun hitting his back did not want to awaken from his peaceful slumber. He sighed then rolled on his back, fighting to stand on two feet. He rolled to his side and eventually staggered up. He proceeded in his usual stretching motions he always does when he wakes up. "Ugh..why do I feel so horrible?" he asked himself. Then, memories flooded back to his mind. Yesterday. He had revealed his sickness to that bird. He had panicked and ran away, hoping the bird would never remember his face. He felt the heat rise in his cheeks as he thought about the events from yesterday, he was growing more and more upset just thinking about it.
He started to walk to get things off of his mind a little, so he could maybe be at ease for the rest of the day. "Doubtful thinking" he mumbled to himself. He continued to walk and enjoy the scenery, letting his mind relax and take in his surroundings. "It really is beautiful out here" he thought to himself. He could spend days and days just searching, not having to look for anything, and enjoy every minute of it. "It's disappointing to think that some animals take nature for granted" he said hopping over a log, "ha, not me..I inhale every inch of it". He inhaled a huge puff of sweet air. This is what he lived for..being one with nature.

Ciyari has to close her eyes. She just can't handle this today. All she wanted to do was to visit the Star caverns, and now she's been run over by an upstart little lion cub, and had some birds harass her. She opens her green-yellow eyes again, and grumpily sits up, gingerly inspecting all of her limbs to make certain that they work. Swaying slightly, she glances to Hodari, exhaling slowly. "'Pology accepted. Just don't let it happen again."
She glares up at Msuko, tail snapping against the ground. "We eat critters like you. S'just how it works, featherhead. Go an' fly off a cliff." It's not a very good insult, but she's sorely vexed at the moment. With a huff, the little gray lioness cub starts off closer to the cliff, turning her back on everyone else present.

He picked up one of his feet and moved it so that he was balanced better with the other bird on the branch. He had not expected so much to happen as he was scouting nest spots..but with a cup who wanted to be a queen what was to be expected.

Layla stuck her nose forcefully beneath a low-lying branch and began wiggling rather uncoordinatedly beneath it. She'd heard, and smelt, something familiar near here, something much like herself. As her purple eyes peered beneath the foliage she spotted a gray cub a little ways from her. She wiggled herself from side to side attempting to make little sound and failling miserably.

::Hodari lowered his head, slowly padding up behind her, his ears drooping down as low as they could...:: "U-uhm..." ::He started, stopping a few yards behind the female, his eyes roaming to examine her...:: "About.. That fee..... You want food right..?" ::Earlier.... He might have scoffed and bellow 'No! I won't give you food!' But.... Now.. Well.. He -had- knocked her over while she had been hunting that bird... so.....:: "I..... could get you something if you like.." ::The grey cub nodded, casting glares towards where the birds were lurking.::She seemed.... well... all too irritated... He had to do -something- to cheer her up a little...::
