Ability: his natuaral abilities include telekinesis/telepathy, lightning fast reflexes and speed(comparable to teleportation), massive strength, and extremly hightened senses. He is also capable of absorbing the dna of other life forms and then transforming into whatever creatures DNA he has absorbed. he can collect DNA from an unlimited amount of hosts/sources. He also has the generic vampire abilities added to his own, making him far more powerful and much faster than most vampires. Weakness: Sunlight is more of an irritant than a direct threat. his home planet had 3 suns and constantly saw daylight so as a result, his physical composition is built for life in the sun. his only absolute weakness is his curiosity... and an apperent person he constantly talks to known only as "pet". Pet seems to be a female but no one really knows. Description:  Storyline: Actually belonging to an anciant alien race on the other side of the galaxy who made their home on a planet very similar to Earth with the exception that it was about the size of jupiter and had 3 suns. The planet was covered on dense tall forests that towered over hundreds of feet tall and had oceans just as vast and amazing as our own. On a research misson, he was sent here to earth to examine and study the life and evolutionary process' of this planet in comparison to his own. One horrific night, he was bitten by a vampire and as a result, only become more powerful than he already was. using his scientific genious, he was able to construct a time machine allowing him to travel back in time and further examine the evolutionary process of this planet. when he arrived however back around the time that life was finnaly taking hold on this planet, the time machine was some how destroyed. He was then stuck in that time and has survived ever since, absorbing the DNA of billions of creatures and sleeping during exceptionally dull parts of history or during times that, has research present before his time trip, showed that disaster would strike. Description: Dr. Gournmand has heavily tanned skin and strange eyes that look like an eagles. a hairless canine nose and an unusually wide mouth and tongue. He wears a white turtleneck, pants and shoes but a lab coat that is stained so heavily in a dullish brown that its original color is unrecognizable. On his hands are a strange pattern of runed that look like they travel up his arm.
Storyline: Lewis Gourmand grew up in Byako coming from a notorious family of chefs and food critics. Holding knowledge in high esteem he enrolled into Doublass University and due to its duel nature majored in Gourmet cooking and picking one at random he chose anatomical chemistry. After a year he grew enamored with the world of genetic upgrading and soon changed his gourmet cooking major to Rune Enhancement. Some years later he graduates from the university with full marks and begins searching for a group that would fund his reseach which was when he heard the call.

Personality-
A young child-like personality coupled with a perverted streak and a love of romance. She enjoys causing mischief. She is quite spoiled and gets angry when she must do something herself.
Background-
Rooj is the youngest in an aristocratic family that has ruled for centuries. She is well versed in the controlling of servants having been brought up with many. When she turned seven she was sent from her family estate into the world with a few servants to create a vast estate of her own. For now she is doing what she wants for fun until she finds someplace that she likes.
As the youngest of the rulers line she holds no claim on the family holdings and is thus expected to build a kingdom of her own. So to prepare her for her journey she was given a guardian, one slave of her choosing and a number of farewell gifts. She cannot return until she has made a name for herself.
Weapons>
The magic amulet causes whoever looks upon it to adore Rooj like a loved one. A powerful charm given to members of the Ruler family when they first set off. Cannot be worn by fighters.
The net makes those who fall under it unable to use there abilities be they inate or taught. It becomes weighted once it snags a target making it difficult to escape from but anyone not under it can lift it easily.
The calling whistle will summon one of Roojs servants if she calls out the servants name before blowing on it the servant shall appear.
Her magic panties are a gift from her mother that prevents mental and body control from effecting her no matter the nature of it. Also they also have special spells on them that keep any spells from her servants from harming her. Unbeknownst to Rooj they have another spell that will make them impossible to remove if she is in the presence of one of the opposite sex until she is wed.
Abilities>
The Ruler family line are well renowned for there leadership qualities. Over the years they have become so skilled that they even have limited control over complete strangers or those who have an ill will towards them. Rooj has developed some of these powers though not to a great extent yet.
Disabling someones limbs with a command. The power to paralyze a persons limbs for several hours if rooj commands a person to not move a certain limb.
Rooj also learned a few other things from her tutors before departing powers that do not involve her Ruler heritage.
Enchant objects with special properties. It takes days but Rooj can make enchanted objects items with magical properties like her net, flower wreath and calling whistle the more powerful the enchantment the longer it takes.
Signature oil branding. Rooj has some special oils that can be painted to something and never wash off and never wear away she uses this to alter somethings appearance if she isnt satisfied with its coloring she could also use this to mark something as her own but she has not picked a signature yet.

Weakness: Overreacts with agitated, can (and usually does) under estimate others, vanity, and a need for attention.
Description: Her blonde hair hangs roughly to the end of her shoulder blades and is usually worn long or in a lose ponytail during the summer. The saturated platinum hair is never in her face as she has no bangs and her piercing eyes are always visible. And they are a quite piercing emerald green/jade green color, and they always seem to be looking through the person to whom she is talking to rather than at them. As for her body structure, Erika has a lean and very serious face on an almost-manly build. She has strong shoulders and firm muscles over the rest of her.. she could have likely made a good trophy wife had she not had other plans. Her attire changes day-to-day and season-to-season. A likely winter outfit for her would be a fitted pinstripe blazer over a long sleeve button up shirt which is tucked into a pair of pinstripe pants that match her blazer with a pair of black pumps. A likely summer outfit would consist of a short sleeved button up shirt tucked into a high waisted pinstripe skirt and a pair of black pumps. For special occasions I will describe her outfit and hairstyle.
Storyline: Erika was not what her parents had expected from their child when she was born, and as she grew it became painfully obvious. I will not go into all the fine details, as they are not necessary. Though, seeming as this fact is relevant, I will tell you that her cousin and likely her most trusted friend is none other than the feared Cossi. Ironically enough, Cossi does not dress Erika in anything she does not wish to wear because once when they were young probably 5 (Erika) and 4(Cossi) years old, Cossi being already far lost in the world of dress up, decided to dress Erika up against her will, and the then aggravated Erika stormed into little Cossi’s room and set all her wigs on fire and told Cossi that if she ever dressed her in anything so ridiculous ever again she would destroy all of her precious dress up things. So that’s enough of her past, find out the rest on your own.

They are mix gender twins, yet they look a lot alike. “Loren”, the female, has the look of a female body builder and is truly a scary sight to behold. She stands roughly 6.5 ft tall and with her buzz cut, “zoot suit”, and sunglasses she appears to be a man, some even say she is stronger than her brother. As for “Sephren” He has the look of a male body builder and stands about 7ft tall and has the same outfit, hair cut and sunglasses as his sister. The two of them rarely talk and fight preferably with their fists, but can use guns as well.
