RionaDaidouji Well, I don't think I could get many of my friends to go along with calling me by a new name, but my pen name, should I ever get anything published, will be Riona Dawn Daidouji. (Keeping my middle name, since I actually like it) It's been my screen name for so long, it would feel natural to use it as a pen name. Wow o.o Someone I know getting published would be soo awesome... *tackle-hugs you* Hope you do then I can go around bragging, hah!

*is in a broody mood*
Has anyone here ever read a comic and identified so well with a character, and then get insanely gloomy when things don't work out for said character?
Like, for example, there was a web-comic I was reading, and there was this guy in the comic who had a major crush on one of his best friends, which I could really identify with, as I also have a crush on one of my best friends... And, for a while, it looked like the webcomic character and his Secret Crush might hook up, but then I guess the artist/author changed her plans... Both ended up with someone else, and that just really bummed me out... I mean, I guess I was sort of thinking that if things worked out for them, they might work out for me and my Secret Crush? But then since it didn't...
*sighs* Sorry to be all broody and such... I'll probably be back to my happy-go-lucky self again tomorow... Or after term paper month is done, whichever comes first.

I get like that. I just get way into stuff when I read/watch it at times, and then when something goes wrong for a character I get really sad. I remember Fruits Basket always tore me up when I first go it 'cause my mom had died like a year before that... and the main character Tohru's mother died and stuff. Soo yeah ^^;;

is anyone else having UNUSUALLY SLOW-LOADING, NOT RESPONDING RIGHT, CUT-OFF PAGES problems with the new layout or am i the ONLY ONE!!?? >O
i don't usually have the above issues, so i'm wondering if anyone else out there is suffering like so..D:
..and on that note, i'm not checking any replies or new threads today [if this even POSTS at all, UGH] to prevent myself from involuntarily damaging the computer in my rage, which i use [the computer] for things other than the internet..also just, to protect the innocent in general. i don't wanna yell at you guys in my internet-angst...again. D:

D: Yeah, that's how Gaia is for me right now x.x;; It's definitely due to the new layout. What sucks for me though, before I couldn't go to Gaia Towns and stuff ;_; I wanted to go collect trash and all.
Anyway though... *pats you on the head* I do hope you don't destroy anything in your computer/internet-rage/angst. I know how that is, the only reason I'm not like that is because I'm sick and don't have the strength to rampage about x.x;;

I wonder if people are still constantly bitching about the new layout? I'm fine with it myself... now that it's behaving nicely anyway.

I think the new layout is okay, and the menu bar is definetly more convieniant now... But I think if they redo the layout the should change the image as well... It doesn't really match well, IMO. And the little animation bug me, too. .__.;;
