Well, Superman has been known to move fast enough to spin the earth on it's axis. I don't think Superman would risk spinning the earth in the wrong direction just to get somewhere.

rikeen90 You mean like: E=MC^2...therefore... THIS STUFF ISN'T REAL!!! Nah. It's very real to me. My Physics teacher gets on my nerves though. She uses problems with Superman, Batman, Flash, etc. And I constantly argue with her disproving the problems. Like she says Superman has to move from point X to point Y, both on Earth, what is the minimum amount of time he can achieve this in if his initial velocity is 100 miles per hour and the distance is 400 miles. But Superman can move at Lightspeed, so he can technically accelerate to 186,000 miles per second and get there in no time at all. This guild has scarred me for life. And perhaps ruined my chance of aceing Physics. I think the long and short of that is "You're using the wrong Superman, wise-a**," razz . Remember, if you count Golden age, then we've had a Superman who's speed was hardly any faster than a freight train (and who couldn't fly at all, for that matter). Couple that with the fact that, counting fan-fics, else-worlds, dini-verse, post crisis DC multiverse, and pre-crisis DC multiverse we've probably got over a hundred different versions of "Superman," and I'm pretty sure you could find one who's initial velocity is a measilly 100 MPH and that follows relatively normal physics razz .

ok,um,i'll throw my opinion in for thought,
Superman!can move faster then a speeding bullet and match the speed of the Flash and has the power of oh say...well something very strong that can move a small planet.has laser vision and ice breath i believe.
Goku.has the speed to move around the planet so no one can see him unless they could somewhat match his speed,has the streangth to move a planet and destroy a planet in a few well placed punches actually.has Kamehameha wave and spirit bomb along qwith supersayin that can carry four million pounds easy,with next three forms even stronger and about doubling each time.
in conclusion Goku wins.any thoughts?questions?objections and or controdictions?

denying something would mean i would have to know something,which i obviously do not.
the thread is Goku versus TV Superman.i made the points of who would win,even though its pretty obvious.Goku can win hands down,thats what i'm saying thats what i think,and unless you prove me wrong i will be the stubborn mule i was raised to be.
by the way,i think joining a Vs.Guild is to voice your opinion,if you look at evidence and all that junk,then whats the point?cause from what i've sen,everybody has there own opinions and points to be made,what your saying is,if we look at the evidence,then there's no pint and we already know.evidence is important sure,but you need all the facts,opinions and circumstances for a Guild like this.otherwise there's no point,at all.

Yes, it is important to raise several opinions, but you use evidence and support that is wrong.
For example, you say Superman is faster than a speeding bullet. And that Goku can move fast enough to not be seen, so then you come to the conclusion that Goku is faster than Superman. But thats wrong.
Superman has, when motivated, been fast enough to turn the very Earth on it's axis. Unless Goku has achieved a more impressive feat than this, I really don't see how he could be faster than Superman. And no, teleporting across galaxies does not count. Thats teleportation, completely different thing than speed.
All this and more has already been said. To go on would just be restating everything that has already been said.

what you claim to be stating is that Goku can teleport across galaxy's.that is both true and false.
TAKE THAT!
you see,Goku does have the ability to teleport,but it only appears to be teleportation!as stated by Vegeta,that Goku's Instant Transmission was only in fact super speed.and it allowed him to cross galaxy's so fast that the airless vacuum of space has no effect on him.he can also appear anywhere on the planet as long as he has something to concentrate on!where As Superman has failed,several times to get to his destination and was forced to turn back time,and was still in fact visible.

Oh god, you just pulled a... whatever that one game was called. Jason Right, or something like that.
Superman's inability to reach his destination had nothing to do with his speed, if you do recall. And although you say he's done it several times, he only turned backed time once, and that was to save Louis.
As for the real issue, I geuss it's just a matter of which feat is more impressive then. Jumping across space from planets, or spinning a planet against it's natural gravitational pull.
Got anything to tip the scale?

ok so it was once,my mistake...but whether its Impressive or not is not the real issue!
TAKE THAT!
first of all,Goku doesnt need to to force the Gravitational pull,but doesnt mean he can't!he doesnt,most likely because he never thought of it.but like i have stated,he doesnt need to,even if someone died.say,ChiChi for example.if she died naturally,he wouldnt do anything about it.Superman can turn back the world and time,but for his own purposes only,if Goku would have done something like that,it would be for everyones greater purpose.
point being:Superman can turn back time,Goku could as well,and can get there before he would need to.
Goku is more impressive and faster.
