My mom... he killed her for nothing!! He thought that Hao was in the shrine, and my mom was just protecting me and Amaya-sama!! And he killed her for defending us!!
Shizuka was choking back tears when she blasted again.
"Please excuse Shizuka's actions!!" Amaya asked Marco and Jeanne, still in the oversoul. She then explained what had happened quite a few years ago, what Marco had done to Shizuka's mother, but his intentions of justice behind it. She didn't want misunderstandings. In this time and place, a misunderstanding could end up being fatal.

*smack!* Jeanne gave Marco the biggest smack in the face ever known to Man. "Marco! is this true?" asked Jeanne as she was dodging the oncomming objects trying to follow Tamao.
"Please! Jeanne didn't know anything.Stop trying to hurt her. I just wished that people would just stop fighting" Said Tamao as she grabbed Jeanne and ran to Yoh's House. "Lady Anna! Let us in. We are being attacked."

Shizuka got out of her spirit control.
...I scared her away, didn't I?? She didn't do anything, and I hurt her on accident anyway. I'm as bad as that blonde guy was... She thought, partially hoping that her spirit ally was paying attention.
"Shizuka, don't think such things!! You were aiming for him, and the others were just nearby!" Amaya tried to cheer her up.

Shizuka sat around moping while her spirit ally tried to comfort her. She was thinking about how the situation became a chain reaction, leading to Hao's intrest and eventually the loss of her vocal cords. It was painful, and it hurt all around her. Shizuka always tried to keep distant from others due to the fact that any friends she made were always hurt by being dragged into the situation. She had seen to much pain, and wanted it to end, but when she saw Marco again, something else seemed to take over and made her shoot. She just hated him for the chain reaction he began.

Marco dodged the bullets (?). "What are you doing!?" He turned to Jeanne, "I don't remember any of this!!"
Horo raised an eyebrow, "Explanation please?"
Ren turned around and glared, "You idiots...we can't eat anything if there's no groceries!! That's why we came out here!"

Horo crossed his arms and turns around frustrated and embarrased, "Fine, whatever."
Ren was also uneasy, he was glad to be away from the Asakura residence for awhile, "Well, I'm not going back right now." He turned and walked away.
Marco pouted, "but Jeanne-sama, why are you being so cruel??"
