Nissin slammed his book down in frustration. "Do I look like a damn secratary? And who in the name of the true god is Koori?" He looked to Kana. Maybe the Spirit animal knew what went on in these beings heads.

Kana stepped out from the shadows in which he'd been sitting and chuckled.
"It's all right, they're probably giddy or something. Koori is now on earth, if she stops by I'll relay to her the message. Taki is in the other room, she just woke up after getting knocked out with some kind of strange drink and she's getting her bearings. Has anything out of the ordinary occured yet?"

Nissin gave a half-laugh. "More than you could possibly imagine, my feline friend." He leaned back in his chair again. "All of these insurgences, this Dark god, the disturbances in twin realms as well as the elemental kingdoms, are petty matters in juxtaposition to the truth I have learned."

Kana curiously regarded Nissin and patiently sat down. He was wondering where everything was leading to, perhaps everything was connected somehow. Either that, or fate just liked to throw things at them.

"As it turns out, one of the earths most powerful people has decided to turn evil. this would be bad by itself, however he has somehow united the armies of darkness. THe part that worries me, is that they are not attacking now, while the lines are streatched so thin. The other thing is that he has somehow found out about an ancient Terren prophecy."

"Ok...So who is this you speak of, and what is the prophecy he found out about?..."

"Legend speaks of a being that will have the power to destroy evil on an unheard of scale. This creature will be able to walk in the darkest depths of the ninth level of hell itself without a second thought. This creature is the Terren of Light. One is born once every eon. And I'd say it's about time for it to come, what, eith the darkness attacking on all fronts as it is. My guess is that this human, if you can still call him that, is trying to stop the Terren of Light from being born."

Kana frowned a bit, not totally comprehending. Prophecies could be rather vague and there's always the change that one thing could mean another.
"I see...Is there a way for us to track down this Terren of Light? If we find his mother or him if he's already born, before the forces of darkness do, then we can protect him."

Nissin sighed and rubbed his eyes. "Travis thinks he knows who the mother is..." He sared at Kana knowingly, not saying what didn't need to be said.

Kana stared silently at Travis for a few moments, his large unblinking eyes surprised.
"You don't mean..her?.....Though I suppose it wouldn't be surprising...."
The panther trailed off, contemplative, before looking up once more.
"Do they know its her yet?..."

Kana snapped up from where he'd been laying on the floor, sitting upright, with shocked eyes.
"Scott? But he helped save Tachi, right before he died. He said he was coming back, but we weren't told when. Why would he be our opponent though?"

Nissin simply shrugged. "I suppose he was brought back as a demon or a simple reanimation in order to make up for a life spent in evil."
