"...nah..i'm fine..." Reaper answered.
But, then shudder at the word operation. Her mind rushing with the images of the knives, threads, cutting of flesh, and of course the worse of them all..the needles. And he drugged her? Quickly her hands searched up and down her arms and body trying to figure out exactly what he did.
"GAH!!! I hate operations!" she felt a needle hole in her arm. 'EEP!"

Silent Jay Jay wouldn't let Aes touch him though. Instead he managed to grip his arm and say "We're going....to the castle. Ultima is worse than me. If you run, you can save him" He said, his voice horse. He would make his way to the door and saying "bring your things. You can operate at my house" "Yes, yes certainly!" he hoped Kasumi woyuld understand, this was just when he'd wanted to talk with her the most. But that was selfish of him. "follow behind me," he took his tools and went out the back door.

"Reaper! Stay put!" *She said loudly, scolding her.* "He only took the bits of metal that were in you and he sewed up some of your open wounds, nothing more" *she said as she brought out two cups, a kettle, some sugar and some cream. She set the trey next to the couch and sat down across from her after bringing up a seat.* "If you don't stay calm, it won't get better. Now do you want sugar or cream?"

Wow....she suddenly felt like she was back home. Her true home that no longer stood. Completely erased from any history book and map that were scattered across the globe. She went still even though it was driving her insane. She hated being stuck in one place for so long. And the thought of laying there for a full eight hours made her want to do everything possible to move.
"....sugar.." She said bitterly. her hand rubbing feircouly over the needle hole as if hoping it would disappear if she did that.

"Stop" *she said, giving reaper's hand a gentle hit. She put some sugar into her cup and gave it a stir, handing it to her gently and saying* "Be careful, it's hot..."
*she took some creme in her own, as well as some sugar. Taking a sip, she gave a small smile and exhaled. After a good cup of tea she felt as if she could take on the days challanges that lie ahead.*

reaper was taken back by the hand hit it was gentle yes but shocking. Her eyes showed that much when they widen from it. Dear lord! She hadn't that sort of punishment since she was with her mom. When she would attempt to get cookies out of the cookie jar. Or when she had tried to get her mom's attention by pulling on her dress.
"....yes, mother.." Reaper whispered.
It felt awkward saying that word. She hadn't said it for over hundreds of years it tasted salty in her mouth. She took the tea.
"what kind is it?"

*Kasumi gave a small laugh at the mother comment. It was true, she was acting motherly towards reaper. She guessed it was good practice for when Zelos started misbehaving* "It's just ordinary tea sweatdrop . We just ran out of green tea yesterday..."

Reaper took a sip. It tasted fairly good she wasn't used to regular tea but it would do. She usually dranked Green tea or sun tea but normally green tea. Having to sit up a bit so that she would spill the hot liquid over herself. Forcing the pain to the back of her mind and covering it up with a small smile.
"How's your child doin?' Reaper asked. "I'm afraid I don't know that much about your child. I haven't been keepin' track of the things going on in the Black Amber as of late."

"Few people have met him. He stays inside for most of the day, sleeping, crawling around. He said his first word the other day, "mummy" *Kasumi gave a small squeal of delight* "He's growing up so fast...soon he'll be going to that school Morgan runs"

"Awww..is that what all the buzz is about?' Reaper asked. "I work at that school..but i heard everyone is afraid to put they're kids there...why don't you guys just have someone at the school you guys trust to watch them?"
Reaper was smiling though seeing the way Kasumi reacted and was when she spoke about her son. It would be a long while before Reaper would get to that stage.
"...not many know this..actually no one does..you'll be the first..but I have a stepbrother..and he actually lives here in the clan......he refuses to go to that school."

"Well, I plan to accompany him every day to school. It'll give me a chance to catch up with my brother...I haven't talked to him since Aes built the house" sweatdrop "I guess I've been kind of a shut-in since the child has come. I really should get out more..." *she said.
"A step brother? How come nobody knows? If he's a member of the clan, I'm sure Pale would..."

"He isn't a member..." Reaper answered. "...and...he has a rather strong fear of other people...his father beated him every day while he was growing up...His mother was a whore and drunk...He tried to pick pocket me when I was still an assassin..."
Her eyes went a bit blank remembering those times as an assassin. How many people she had butched, mauled, and slaughtered like caddle for the thrill of it. She would take a big drink from her tea not caring that it was hot and burnt her tongue and mouth.
".....his parents became two out of my over fifty victims during that time.....I have been takin' care of him ever since. But..he doesn't like physical touch...he never goes into public...and he makes sure that there's at least ten to fifteen feet between him and another person..."

"It wasn't easy..I'll tell you that much." Reaper answered.
Pushing back her hair so it wouldn't fall into her face. Finding her cup of tea empty she would place it down on the floor at a safe distance from anyone's feet so no would break it.
"Probably took him about half to a year to get used to me. I had to be kinda rough by forcing him to stay in the same room I was occupying. He doesn't mind me being near him anymore. But..he still ain't used to anyone else."

Tentively Guy knocked on the door, he had never had to visit them but he knew where the place was. Knocking he called, asking for help as Quin was in desperate need of medical attention.
