Kai grunted " Hey you didnt have to call me names....I appologies if i intrude. i thought it was an attack on the fire nation." He hides his anger " I wont bother anymore...but i think i want an appology too." Kai waits for his answer.

"You can have an appology after your dead." Kazuki said as he walked out of the water "This fight is over." he said as he watched the girl fall into the sand. "I am going to look for a better opponet." Kazuki said walking away up the stairs to the street.

Kai glares at Kazuki " better opponent?!" He spits on the ground " who the hell do you think you are, comming here and acting like you better than us." Kai runs up and kicks out, A single fireball shots directly at Kazukis direction.

Kazuki turned around and watched the fire come at him, he then moved to the left dodging the fire balls “I am the Northern Water Tribes best fighter, I am Kazuki Fuchoin age 15. The Water Bender.” Kazuki said as he jumped into the air and did a frontward flip over the guys head, “If you want to fight then I will be your opponent.” he said with a smirk and then he moved his arm up to his chest and then watched a stream of water flow into his right hand. The water created a whip, this whip did not look like water, it looked more like ice but it moved around like water.
“Sir, you may have the first move.” Kazuki said smiling

Kai smirked " well, im Kai...im not the best but i dont like being messed around with.....and i have no problem with going first" he jumps upwards towards Kazuki and as he was about to land, he thrusts his right fist down on Kazuki's head. His spear in his left hand.

Kazuki jumped back wards watching him punch into the sand “Your not extremely smart are you.” Kazuki said sliding on the sand and then raised his right hand with the whip in it. “Water Whiplash” Kazuki then severely slashing in multiple directions with his whip to break apart the movement of his opponent also stopping him from bending right away. “Come on, I am waiting to see a real fire bender fight me.” Kazuki said slashing at him, hitting all possible dodging place and everywhere he went

Xio walked over past the fight and settled down on a wall. There was nothing better to do for the time being, so he merely watched the invading water bender break international peace treaties by assaulting fire nation citizens in their homeland. Xio smiled, but decided to keep the guards out of the matter.
In the meantime, he merely kept quiet and observed the match.

Feinel looked around. Everyone is gone....She quickly got up and ran towards the direction she saw Kai go. Skidding around a corner, she saw two fighters on a beach, along with Kai. Feinel glanced over and saw someone intensely inspecting the coming match, leaning against a wall. He was just there. Feinel took a couple steps back and waited for his reaction.

Kai dodges the attacks by hitting the water whip with his golden spear. " Not smart?!" Kai jumped back, trying to get enough space for him to attack. He placed out his spear and breaths in his eyes closed...concentrating on his weapon. Suddenly, a burst of flame erupts from his spear. He smirked " This is my flame spear...i learned it not too long ago....its kind of similar to your water whiplash...exept.." Kai jumps over kazuki while spinning his spear around, Multiple stream of fires, shots down on Kazuki.

Kazuki smiled and then laughed “Your not as stupid as I thought.” Kazuki said Kazuki gets into a dragon stance and then moves his right leg 90 degrees from his left leg and then reaches out his arms and then spins around even when there is no water near him the closest source fly's over to him and creates a dome of water and spins to block all attacks from weapons, it would break swords, or anything hitting it.
“My move kid.” Kazuki said as he was still spinning and then leaped into the air. The water spins around him then spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beastlike attacks when contact is made with the target. “Kazuki’s Tornado” He yelled as he started to attack creating a second one as he was spinning for a double impact.

Kai saw a stranger talking to Kazuki, he pulls back and lands on the ground. " are u his teacher?"
