Ah. There was a OMGSOFUNNY video I saw on a blog I lurk lots where there was a thing of that name and it was electronic sanitary towel, so I originally thought you meant that. Well, at least I know where the hell that came from now.

Yea, if I understood the conversation correctly, that spoof video was spawned to make fun of the actual product. Either that or the spoof video was made and the product came out unaware of it.

This song used to make me cry. But I'm completely desensitised now, I can just eat my way through it [/obscure reference]

Missing the reference...but I've always loved that song!!! I was listening to it a few days ago too. I then proceeded to listen to the rest of the soundtrack from then on, even though a lot of my favorite songs (besides Gethsemane) come before that. In the play my favorite part has always been the scene with the lepers. I have no idea what that says about me o_O.

The reference comes from a show called Screenwipe. I could go looking for a clip, but I forget exactly where it was, and I can't really be bothered, and it's not that fascinating anyway. They kept showing the same PSA about why you shouldn't speed with sarcastic commentary in one episode, so there's what it's about. =P
The lepers bit is the reason I have my religion listed as "Jesus botherer" on Facebook. >>
I think it says that you... I'm not sure. But I'm sure it's something nice.

My favourite bit is King Herod's song, because it made me go "WHAT THE HELL AM I WATCHING?" and made me come back to it to make sure that actually happened, and then I fell in love with the whole thing. :3

Haha...nice...mine is listed as searching. But yea, gotta love those leps!
Oh good, glad it's nice then, I was worried.
I do rather love his song as well.
I just love...well I watched it with friends when the show was being put on at the outdoor theater we worked at. We were to watch the DVD for fun before. Me and 3 friends/future roommates (who are now past roommates, but back then they were future).
It'll just be easier to explain what happened via the comics I made for this purpose:

Back then Christina was Catholic and devout - well she thought she was. Now she doesn't even pretend anymore. Anyhow she got all offended by that "wtf" stuff...it was hilarious! And then Mel was of course the super atheist so her saying the stuff she says and just being herself was funny. Me and Heather were just there kinda like...umm...yea you guys are idiots. Me and Heather are awesome ^_^.
Now I have copious amounts of The Who stuck in my head. Super Bowl today, that was the half time show. I'm not a big football fan (American football, with the triangle ball and minimal kicking), but Super Bowl parties can be fun. And a team who'd never made it to the Super Bowl (SB = huge championship type game) before made it this year and won. It was rather grand. However lots and lots of The Who, being all Who like.
