I have to say Sephiroth he's really the only Villian I actaully ever liked that wasn't hokey or just plain boring. You kinda got to wonder dose he really care if his plans really work or not LOL. Not to mention I like his god like looks. sweatdrop

Reno so belongs on that list rather than Cait sith.
Heck Reeve is cooler that Cait Sith.
And Tsung is nearly as cold as Vincent but he certainly has the classic cool down rather than the Goth boy thing Vincent has going on.
How can one decided?
There really is a host of awesome characters in this story.
