"Maybe..." Cade said with a shrug. Somehow, he doubted that his brother would ever 'come around'. He smiled. "I'm sure they'll take out a hunting party soon, but all this excitement with Rellick's cubs, we just might have to wait a little while longer."

She nodded with most understanding. "Synda just hopes so..for Cade sake." She gave him a grin then looked over at Rellick. It was true, there probably wouldn't be any hunting for a while. Did they have any leftovers? Her stomach grumbled again and she gave a heavy sigh flopping down on her belly. "Synda wait until others eat. How Synda survive out in wild. Synda take what Synda could find. Sometimes, it not pretty." She stuck out her tongue remembering all the nasty things she had to eat. Thankfully, those days were in the past.

"Thanks." He said with a smile. "Huh. I wonder where Brooke is." He said. "Maybe she's out getting food." He shrugged. He had noticed her absence ever since they'd brought him back to the den, and he had been hoping to get to know her.

She winced slightly at the name and tried not to notice. She twitched her tail slightly as she looked down. That name haunted her slightly and truthfully, she was scared of Brooke. Whatever she did do the lioness, she was extremely sorry for it. But, if it ment that Brooke was mad at her because she was born at Outlander, Synda was not sorry for that. The cub slightly pawed at the ground.

Cade seemed to see Synda look uneasy at the mention of the blue lioness. "I heard from Jax that she has trust issues." He offered. "She still doesn't quite trust Jay. It's not that she hates him, but she just doesn't think he's extremely trustworthy. Maybe she's just had bad experiences with Outlanders. And Jax is scared of Brooke, you know? Yea, when he first got here, she yelled at him and he scratched her." At this, he giggled. It was strange for him to imagine his brother scared. Jax was never scared.

She looked at him and smiled. "Synda understand. Synda doesn't really trust much either." She looked out toward the entrance of the cave. Her tail slightly waved as a small yawn erupted from the babe's throat. She curled up next to Cade slightly, her eyelids getting heavy. "Synda gonna go sleep...Nighty-Night Cade..." Soon, the tan cub drifted off into dreamland.

Cade smiled as he looked down at the curled up Synda. "Night, Synda." Having nowhere else to go, he flopped down next to the tan kit, and laid his head onto the floor. It was hard to imagine that so much really had happened in such a short span of time. And despite his brother's hostility, it was nice to be in a pride after all.

Scribble pads into the den, glancing over at the king and nodding. As she approaches him, he makes sure to keep his tail midway, knowing he is in Rellick's kingdom now.

(( Moon: A great many.. All of whom I love.. ^.^ But we have a problem...
-.- Scribble should be waiting at the edge of Rellick's Pride Lands, not walking into the den.. Its against the rules for any lion to enter another's territory like that, and can cause a war. It also shows a lack of respect for that King's Lands, Pride, and even the King himself.
And Shey should know better than leading a stranger into the lands...

Rellick nodded at both cub and mouse, smiling. "Yes Rackna.. And you as well Rion, well met.. I don't mind you staying here, or trying to keep Jax out of trouble.. You are welcome here..."
Jadera nodded and smiled slightly. "Yes.. I wanted.. I want, a Pride.. A family perhaps... So I decided to leave home.. Mother and Father took it surprisingly well..."
She resettled and smiled. "Yes I saw Rell's children.. Mad? I know he was upset about you not welcoming Synda.. You know what a soft heart he has, especially for cubs..."

Mmmm... Could we just say that he's waiting at the edge, and just cancel out the bit where he's in the den? Or maybe not, and Rellick could get really mad? Either way, I don't mind. I suppose the latter one gives for a bit of a plot twist.))
"I'd be honored to stay and keep this young rip outta trouble." Rion replied with a grin.
"Pah, young rip... Look who's talkin'?" It rather seemed as if the pair would get along wonderfully.
"Well, I didn't think he'd act that way." She said, somewhat regretfully. "I mean, he knows what I'm like. I didn't... not welcome Synda, I just stated that she's an Outlander." She shrugged, realizing how it must have sounded. She wasn't quite as wary as before now, but it was always the same. Just as she found herself feeling more comfortable around strange lions, something would happen which would make her jump back on her feet.

((Well.. I'm upset that someone just came waltzing into my Pride without so much as a 'head's up' PM.. Especially a soon to be King...

Rellick chuckled at cub and mouse and motioned for them to move along, knowing they probably had better things to do then stand about and talk to an adult. The Pride Lands were prime for exploring and getting into trouble, any lion could vouch for that. Having once been a curious cub, Rellick often wondered what trouble his children would get into and never tell him about...
"I think Rell was dissappointed in that, and that you growled at her, frigtened her... She's only a cub, and all alone.." The Jade Princess shrugged. "I can't be sure, I'm not Rellick.. Just his sister.."
