I remember this one story my uncle was telling me a couple years ago (when I was living with him).
He was at his friends cabin with his friend Mary and her boyfriend (at the time) Jay. They were having a conversation much like this and if I do believe correctly, Jay said the exact thing that you did. My uncle then said "Either that, or they become like cheese. They get old and smelly."
Jay then asked "So Mary, what are you? The fine wine or the smelly cheese?"
(The names may be reversed, I don't entirely remember how the flow of conversation went. But that's my story.)
