At my job I answer calls for people who are surfing on my companies websites and wants to order stuff from online or the catelog through me.The program we use is from the 80s, is a black screen with only bright lime green writing.No pictures, no sound, NOTHING.So why in the world does it need time to load?!!What in the world is it freaking loading?!People are on the phone with me saying "Hello, you still there?" and I have to say "still waiting for my program to load..." stressed Then they updated the website by adding all these pointless FYI videos but did not get a larger server so it takes FOREVER for the website to load!

So I don't know how many people still are on the venting thread but I figured I have another vent about my job.The sad thing about the economy right now is people can not afford expensive items, yet they want to live like they are rich.My company I work for has very expensive items, celebrities order from us, Oprah puts us on her favorites list every year, our customers are not usually effected too badly with the economy right now.So I get people who really should be saving their pennies call me up and say "You guys cost too much but I really want this, so can you give me a coupon or discount?" Answer:No, prices are how they are and I am sorry you can not afford our product but we are actually not marketing towards the minimum wage and under.Plus, I can't pick favorites here, you can't just GIVE someone some slack because then everyone else expects it and I'm sorry to say, but you mr. customer are no more special than anyone else.We would have stuff on sale clearance and people STILL call and say "Can you lower the price for me?" NO, if the price is an issue, go to walmart.I lived on walmart my whole life and survived this long perfectly fine.Too many calls I get about this and its getting really old.If you can't afford it, don't buy it.This is not brain surgery but apparently common sense is no longer common.

And yet, companies like GM wonder why people aren't buying their huge, expensive, gas gusling vehicles, than they want the government to save them so they can keep making these huge gas gusling vehicles... Let them go out of business I say. Better for compatition, and its the spirit of the CAPITALISM that we're all so proud of.... Basic rule of capitalism, if you make a shitty product, nobody buys it, you go out of business....

******** you, ******** you, ******** you. So you have time to play your XBox and aimlessly chat in threads, but not enough time to finish the RP convo our characters started three weeks ago? Go ******** yourself. And the worst part is, I can't tell you go ******** yourself, cause then I'd piss you off and you might never RP with me again. And as much as I want to strangle you, I've invested too much time and effort into our RP (and dammit, I like our RP) to risk giving up the few little crumbs of interaction you toss me. If someone treated me like this is RL, I'd tell the not to let the door hit them on the a** on their way out. So why am I so scared of risking losing a damn RP? ********.

Lol, unless you're notorious for leaving me hanging for weeks on end (while still having enough time to get on Gaia and chat, mind you) then you have nothing to worry about. Honestly, I don't even hate the guy I posted that about, it just really got to me that night for some reason.
