Kor was starting to wonder if it was even possible to get the dragon demons to play nicely and work cohesively with him. It seemed that they couldn't help, but see him as something akin to Reaper and that annoyed him. It wasn't his fault there was a power hungry evil doppelganger of him out there trying to conquer the Multiverse.

Kor: "Honestly I think you are wrong about Mustang and Hawkeye only knowing the faces and positions of the upper echelon only. Something tells me that they know the faces everyone at Central Command, but I guess only time will tell which of us is correct on that. As for Suzi doing what I wanted her to do, that isn't true. I was only discussing what should be done. I didn't want her to do it right away. I was hoping to coordinate a strike with her doing the task that she was capable of doing and some of the rest of us watching her back while she did it. I never wanted her to go and try to do it by herself."

After she spoke to Aegil, Kor spoke too.

Kor: "Yeah we do need to get Armstrong and the Elrics on our side and protect them from the enemy. We definitely don't need them to fall into enemy hands. That's the last thing we need for sure. I think it's rather obvious that we're gonna have to intercept them before they reach Central Command, but we'll need to find a way to get them to go with us instead of returning to Central Command. So how do we go about doing that?"

The warrior princess listened quietly to the exchange between her mother and Kor. That saiyan was never going to be let to forget that he interrupted what was a dragon vs Reaper battle by poking his nose where it really didn't need to be. If he knew one of his dopplegangers was going around, and one whose energy signature was so much higher than his own, then why would he risk his hide fighting it? If he knew as much about Reaper as Mother did, and he should since they tecnhically are one in the same- like siamese twins separated at birth- he should have either come better prepared or just stayed home. Now, it's become a stew that everyone is oversalting with their input. Kor named himself leader of the mission, when in fact, he was neither the first here nor the strongest. That should have gone to DemonLadySesshomaru. But then the Fates started showing up and this stew became a cauldron of stinking swill. Oh well, what's done is done. It is time to get things going in a more positive direction.

Suzareigna was reading Kor's thoughts as she should. If his words and attitude matched what his mind was thinking, they might actually be able to work together.

Now it was her turn to make a positive suggestion and one that Kor would probably gloat about later. “Since we have Dakra orbiting above us, and he has all this magnificent equipment, do you think we could get him to jam their primitive communication devices. Make it so Armstrong and the Elrics have no way of talking to Mustang or anyone else in Central Command? I would think that would be the first step in waylaying them and giving our side a chance to sway them over. Once they are cut off, then we can approach them, however AEGIL thinks we should."

She turned to her eldest brother in the room. “Aegil. If communications are shut down, wouldn't it make sense that someone would need to go meet the Elrics and Armstrong? Perhaps give them a rundown on what is happening at Central Command and letting them know that somehow the homunculi have been resurrected? And make sure they know that Wrath/Bradley is there controlling the installation?I would also think that the couriers of such message should be a very small group, dressed as military.”

She turned to Kor. “I know that Armstrong being a general will probably know just about anyone from Central Command. There are two ways we can accomplish this, with Aegil's permission, of course.” She shot a glance at the two sitting Fates and her mother before continuing." The first way will be the easiest. We merely borrow (ok kidnap) three officers of low rank from Central Command. These would not be alchemists and not be very important persons. But they would be someone that Armstrong or the Elrics would know. Then, Mother and I do our telepathy magic on them. Once we have a few officers under our control, it will be easier to arrange the meet up with the Elrics.” Suzi took a deep breath before continuing." The second method is trickier but would have a 98% chance of succeeding. I and two of my comrades will go through more polished body reconstruction and we become dopplegangers to three officers already in Central Command. With communications down, there would be no way to check on their identities, but should be known to the Elrics and Armstrong. And before you think that we cannot fool them just by looking like the humans, of course I will telepathically read each human's mind and indoctrinate our personage into their counterpart's life. Humans are easily ready and I can transfer a fair amount of data from one of them to a dragon warrior in less than an hour.”

Suzi let the idea sink in for a bit. It might be risky, but at this point in time, they were out of safe moves.

“Oh and one more thing, Kor. If a backup party had gone with me the last time I went down; you know when you said you didn't tell me to go- which is a matter of interpretation; those members of our group might have been caught or worse, killed. So, the only one in danger at that time was me. It was a calculated risk and one I needed to take. At least we found out valuable information. Wrath has brainwashed at least Mustang and Hawkeye and probably several more officers that were in Central Command. So, don't think of it as a failure. It wasn't. “

Aegil: The Magician, Number I

"Wrong on a single point, Sister DLS. Amalia was the first made, not I. However, I must agree that time has become the main concern. Should they be given time to reach Central command, or for the enemy to reach them, it will spell disaster for certain. TO that end we cannot allow the Elrics, or Armstrong as he is called, to be tainted by their magicks. To that end I can think of two methods by which we may reach them first. One is, of course, that the dragons fly myself and Kor to the Elrics to speak before the enemy arrives, however even this will take some time. One cannot, after all, break physics within the mass shadow of a planet without severe consequences.

However another solution exists: with enough influx energy from myself, Sedhor, and Amalia, I can authorize a much more dangerous solution. A rip in space time, controlled with the binding coil, can remain stable long enough to transport a group truly instantaneously to the location. Furthermore, unlike any inherent Ki, magick, or otherwise similar techniques, it will leave absolutely zero traces detectable by even my own magitek machines. Assuming I do not miscalculate in the slightest, it would be the most secure way to slip under their radar. As for assuming another's identity, attempting to deceive the humans will inevitably end poorly. The enemy may catch on and feed a false report, or otherwise manipulate their anger should the situation fall apart. Our best hope is to appeal to their sense of logic and fallible human emotions."
He hummed a bit, sitting back as he ran through several ideas in his head quickly.

"For one, they will, should they witness the space time tear, be unable to deny that our story of being from another realm having some credence. Regardless however, we can use other methods to demonstrate that Wrath, or Greed should we be able to locate him, have indeed returned. Given that, it would be further unlikely that they would find us incorrect in our story. From there it is a matter of manipulating their emotions to side with us." For a moment after this, he glanced in the general direction of Harbinger and Draco in their own hidden, above ground outpost, and then typed something into the panel of the glove he had swapped his gun out for.

Sedhor: The Wheel of Fortune, Number X

Noise and speaking, it drove the weakest of the fates out of his slumber. He groaned and held his head as he sat up, and listened to everyone as best he could. Gathering what he could from the situation, he sat up a bit and would offer his own opinions. "We're still playing quite a dangerous game, no matter what choices we make. There is someone out there capable of canceling a Fate's full form long after it's been stabilized. We can't afford to over complicate the situation further, not when the odds are against us."

Harbinger: The Emperor, Number IV

Harbinger was clearly pleased as he went over to the table, sitting himself across from Draco and beginning to eat his own morning meal. After pouring and taking a sip of the tea, he was even more visibly pleased, and was eating the very well made meal quite happily. Between bites he would wipe his mouth before speaking, as was proper. "A bit of company, of course. It is hardly enjoyable to spend one's mornings in solitude, when so much may yet be done in such early hours. Though I did hope to speak to you regarding the man in blue from before, the one who arrived during the middle of my own duel with the undying beast." He continued to eat his food, bit by bit, and somewhere near the end of the omelets, he paused and sent a request to his older brother. Within moments, a simple gold crown appeared on the table beside Harbinger, which he of course placed on his head as he ate. His hat was ruined, and his head felt dreadfully empty without something resting upon it.

DLS listened intently to her older brother. The it was her turn to chime in. "I do believe that you are correct. We should not try to imitate nor kidnap and manipulate any of the humans from Central Command." She turned to her daughter. "Suzareigna, if we had the luxury of more time, and had there already not been one unsuccessful attempt to infiltrate the human's military, I would go along with your plan. But Brother Aegil is correct. We cannot afford to take the necessary time to implement either of your plans."

Turning back to Aegil. "You can calculate an exact location, don't worry about being off or rips in the time/space continuum. Either you or I can open a portal, I will phase us through it. That should be the fastest, least offensive way of transporting to the Elric's location. I concur that we much be careful with the precarious nature of this universe. I have already caused a few tiny wrinkles having phased two sets of enemy out and then myself leaving/returning. Together, I believe we can make it a very smooth transition from one place to the other."

She turned toward Sedhor who finally snapped out of his daze. "You are quite puzzling. I cannot understand your comment about someone being able to cancell out a Fate's form. IF you are worried that someone might use alchemy to do so, a simple barrier around each of us should prevent such an attack. I still agree with Aegil that a team needs to go and combination of his mechanical way and my telepathic way should do the trick. He creates the portal, I phase us through." She stopped for a moment. "By chance, have you checked your cards of fate to see any misfortunes? Remember, we are the designers of our own fate, and the cards can be manipulated, even if you don't like it being done."

Wrath
Central Command

As the reports filled his new desk inside the bunker,he could see a simple pattern on all the attacks: They weren't part of any plan Father had. Contact the others Homunculi meanwhile this situation will be disastrous, since he only had power over the ones that were in the building when that man put that spell on every woman and man inside the building.

"My Fürer" Someone distracted from his thoughts. "Colonel Mustang is not in the building" Not good, really bad news were starting to pour.

"They must have a good reason, we'll wait until their return. In the meantime, have you what I asked?"

The soldier fumbled with his papers until he found one and gave it to Bradley.

"I see" Wrath smiled at what he read. "Thank you" Not need to worry about them. He stood up and looked at the map of the city.

Kor laughed at the absurdity of the suggestion that Dakra jam their primitive communications equipment, because thanks to her and her kind that wasn't possible. After all the dragons had destroyed the satellites that Reaper had in orbit that Dakra had been piggybacking off.

Kor: "How exactly do you expect Dakra to be able to do that when you and your kind destroyed Reaper's satellites? The very ones that Dakra had tapped into to use for surveillance and stuff like what you have just suggested he do. Tho I don't think we'll have to worry about that because I'm pretty sure their means of communication with Armstrong is not possible at the moment thanks to Serkë destroying the train so violently. The telephone lines would've been destroyed with that explosion. That just means we need to get to Armstrong and/or the Elrics before then."

Kor then listened silently to Aegil discuss how they might get to the Elrics and Armstrong and DLS confirm that she could assist to make sure the trip would be safe.

Kor: "Well I guess we now know what we need to do in regards to the Elric brothers. Aegil, what do you think we should do about the other issue? We will also need to save Central Command from Reaper's grasp on their mind. We can't after all fight Reaper's forces and this country's military forces too.

"And DLS I believe that Sedhor was referring to the one that Harbinger encountered when he, Draco, and I were fighting against the horde of zombies and their master. There was an entity that cancelled out Harbinger's true form if I recall correctly."

DLS tried to hold back a laugh at Kor's admonishment of her and her dragons destroying the satellites earlier. "Oh come now Kor. Yes, we destroyed the satellites to be sure we weren't being watched, but we didn't destroy Dakra's ability to create more. Are you going to tell me that he hasn't already done so? And if the primitive telephone lines are all down, then how was Hawkeye able to use one in the bar? Some of them must be up. If Dakra cannot take the rest of them down, then I will have my dragons see to it. It's a very simple thing to do. It's dark out there now and they can fly unseen. A small platoon of black dragons can fly out, rip all the wires from their posts all over the planet and be back in an hour." As for fighting Reaper's army and the human army at the same time, that won't be a problem. Humans are frail and it would take a platoon or two of dragons to annihilate them all, or at least keep them so busy they won't be a bother to the rest of us. I vote for annihilation of it comes down to it. Reaper, on the other hand, won't be so easy. You have seen to that. But we will still have the Fates and the rest of the dragons here. I can also call up more if need be. And there's my null zone. I can send most of Reaper's army there and hold them there out of our way, or I can just implode them. You forget I have that ability. But Reaper is not going anywhere. He will be fought and destroyed..

She thought about what he said in reference to Sedhor's remarks. "I did indeed misinterpret his comments. My brother Fate can be cryptic at times. That creature is going to be a major pain in the a** should it return." She turned to Aegil. "Is there any way Harbinger can strengthen himself against that thing, now that he has encountered it once? I can get rid of it if it returns, but you seem to really dislike my methods of ridding us of ultra-strong enemies. I still don't understand why you don't want me taking them to null zones and imploding them there. It is so easy and quick. Besides, I cannot allow any of you Fates to be harmed. The Father would not be pleased in the least."

She thought of the last two opponents she sent to the null zone. Omega Shenron, once her friend, had become a monster the could not be reasoned with. Even in her heightened state, he was a formidable foe. She could have fought him and beat him here, had he not endangered the innocent inhabitants of the planet. And then those two heinous creatures that followed. They two were wrecking havoc on the citizenry and surroundings. No, what she did, she knew she had to do.

"Aegil, you know that if Harbinger or any of you other Fates are harmed, that will release the Coil, and at that point, it will a moot point as to how this all will end. Amalia and Novus will end it all. So decide, how do you want it handled if Harbinger runs into that creature again and is unable to defeat it, or worse, if he is close to defeat and death. Will you allow me to take it out?"

Draco and Harbinger had just finished eating. Neither of them were inclined to do dishes, after all they were royals and royals didn't do dishes (at least Draco didn't do them unless his mother insisted and that was only when they were home and it was family). Instead of just sitting there staring at the empty plates, Draco decided the best course of action. He closed his eyes and suddenly the dirty tableware vanished and all that was left was a pristine tablecloth. “I suggest we retire to more comfortable lounging, Your Highness.” A slight laugh ended that sentence. Although the surroundings were quite nice, they were hardly regal by royal standards. “I wish Dakra had taken a little care in how he furnished this place. If you are to be represented as high royalty, shouldn't he have made this outpost more like a palace?”

While he waited for his much older brother to respond, he got a telepathic message from his sister. She was relaying the conversations going on between their mother and Kor and Aegil. Seems their mother had her limit of Kor and was insisting Aegil take the reins of the mission. He didn't know if Harbinger was actually tuning in to their command post or not, so the dragon demon prince filled him in.

“It seems that Mother is insisting that Aegil make all the decisions for the groups now. I suspect that if Kor gets in her way, we might be minus a team member. If he isn't very careful, there might be a null void in his future. From what has suggested, Mother is leery of his planning and is of the opinion that anything he suggests will backfire which will endanger on if not more of you Fates. If that's the case, Amalia will reliquish control of Novus.” He stopped to ponder his next sentence very carefully, so as not to seem to be telling his brother Fate what to do. “Do you think it wise to give your opinion into this matter? After all, you are isolated from the safety of he caves.”

The only real thing that worried Draco was that creature Harbinger and he encountered before; the one that almost killed the powerful Fate. “I will die protecting you, but if that shadow creature returns, protecting you is not guaranteed. I know Aegil doesn't want me phasing you to different locations, but if it comes to that, I will do so to save your life.”

Aegil: The Magician, Number I

"I can handle the transportation myself. Merely a matter of ensuring gravity doesn't tear apart or time shatters upon transportation. It's quite a simple process really, I haven't miscalculated in.. 36,782 rotations of the multiverse. Aegil turned and tapped his new claw gauntlet, and as he stepped into something of a clearing, several banks of his specialized magitek computers phased into reality around him. Immediately he went to work on them, calculating every possible variable even as he continued to speak to DLS and Kor.

"The being that can cancel out our form should not be underestimated DLS. Such a feat is, by every possible calculation, impossible without the power of our father himself. Even assuming there was a calculation in which one *could* feasibly counter our true states, it would be one in a vast sea. Fates are forces of creation itself, the chances of it happening are slim at best. It wouldn't be impossible for such a creature to be able to counter your own null zone capabilities. After all, it already can do the impossible..."

User Image

Sedhor: The Wheel of Fortune, Number X

Sedhor had moved off to the side, listening quietly to everyone talking. When his brother Aegil mentioned the odds, you could just barely hear the crimson cloaked man mutter under his breath. "Yeah.. like losing to a royal flush with a straight flush, King to 9, in your hand. Just.. bad... luck."

User Image

Harbinger: The Emperor, Number IV

"There is a certain peace in more humble abodes. Even as royalty I am not unaccustomed to such locals. Truth be told, I grow rather bored of palaces after lifetimes in them." Even so, Harbinger did take the suggestion and moved from one room to a far more comfortable one, with a lovely soft chair. He was quite fond of these large cushion chairs, 'Lazy boys' some seemed to call them. Perhaps it was simply because he'd yet to find a throne with the ability to recline so comfortably. A shame, really.

"Aegil is unfit to lead. He is a competent, even excellent commander, and a brilliant tactician. But he is unfit to lead others in such that we would need." Harbinger sighed and reached into a pocket, and began to thumb a silver coin as he thought. "How deep do you think the rabbit hole goes?"

Draco listened carefully to Harbinger and was mentally relaying everything said back to his sister. “Brother, if you don't think that Aegil is the right fit for a leader of this expedition, are you going to take the lead? Although my mother is more than capable of leading armies, with her current feelings toward Kor, I doubt she can be objective. If Kor were to step out of her boundries, or worse, not listen to her orders at all, then we will be missing a very vital part of our contingency. Kor would find himself in a null zone until all this mess is settled, or she might send him there and implode it. I don't think we can take that chance. The only other option, should you decide not to take the lead, is for my sister to do so. She is an excellent strategist and commander. She is the dragon supreme commander. My mother has total faith in her abilities to lead. “ The dragon prince stopped there. He didn't want to seem too biased in this decision. He knew that his sister could do the job, but Harbinger was the older brother and one that should have say. “I am relaying our conversation back to the caves via telepathy with my sister. Is there anything else you want relayed, other than Aegil is not a good fit for commanding this mission?"

Suzareigna kept in constant mental contact with her twin. She had her own opinion about who should command, since Kor was not getting along with her mother. If Kor could not be respected and have his orders followed by the dragon queen, then he was virtually useless now. The warrior princess didn't really like the idea of Harbinger becoming the new leader, only because he was situated on the outskirts and not readily available to the core group. Still, he was more than qualified. Then again, so was she. The only issue she had with taking Kor's job was whether Kor and his allies would follow her lead. It was a valid concern of hers. Speaking aloud, but sending mentally to her brother at the same time, “It is of an opinion that Kor needs to be reassigned and someone else take the lead in this mission.” She turned to Aegil. “With all due respect, our brother Harbinger is of the opinion that you, although a good commander, would not be a good choice as leader of this group. Your expertise is needed for strategic matters and you should not be interrupted. Draco suggests that Harbinger take the lead. Even being so far away at this moment he can still be in constant contact with all of us. All the fates have telepathic abilities, of that I am certain. All of the dragons have telepathic communication abilities.” She turned to face Kor. “It is assumed your abilities are there, you just don't use them. In any case, we know orders can be given and received. “ She let all this sink in to the assembled company. “The only other viable option to take over is me, and to be honest, I can do it, but feel that there might be some resentment to that decision being made. So, we need to talk this over. “

Just then she got a mental message from her mother, meant only for her. 'Harbinger has one of the most important legs of the mission. Should he be distracted at any time, his life would be in the balance. At least I can understand your apprehension about me taking control of the group. I could easily remove one of the members should he irritate me much further. However, I am qualified to lead.'

Suzareigna sighed and responded. 'Mother, you are more than qualified. You may be more qualified than I am, but your antagonism toward Kor is inhibiting your ability to lead the entire group. Kor is needed, and your constant infighting is not good. You have the dragons' total confidence and respect, but fear that you won't have Kor, his allies or even the Fates in this endeavor. You are the most powerful of all of us, with the possible exception of Amalia/Novus. It would be best to let someone else lead. If it becomes necessary to take matters into dragon hands, primarily yours, then it is best you not be in a position to compromise the mission. I would follow you anywhere, anytime. The question is, will the others?'

While Suzareigna seemed to have tuned out of her brother, which could only mean that their mother was sending his sister a message, Draco took a moment to comment on Harbinger's resolve about their accommodations. "I see your point about not having a grand palace. After all, how could be explain an unknown King setting up shop on this planet. I do think that we can make this place a bit more appealing. After all, you are a King and your modest accommodations should reflect that. If you have no objections, I would like to make a couple of improvements. There won't be any grand palaces, but our abode can be made to look a bit more like royalty is residing here, even temporarily. And we definitely can make this interior more fitting a person of your, and my, station. I think we need a little more room to move around in, say another three rooms and the exterior be amped up just a bit. With your approval..." Draco didn't really wait for the approval, he just made the cosmetic adjustments. He looked around the room they were currently using. The floors appeared to be of native wood. Dakra would have done that to make things blend in. But these were not ordinary people residing here, so a quick blink of his eyes (he did that to help concentrate) and the floors became polished mahogany. He smiled. "This is more like what a King should be walking on." Two more small corridors appeared on the other side of the room. "The bedrooms are now enhances and we each have a private bath. Also, a few minor changes to the kitchen were made, primarily we now have a cook and maid. No more worrying about those things. After all, we are royalty and should at least give the appearance of living like it, even on a smaller scale."

Now it was a wait and see as to how the issue of command would play out.

DLS sat down and let things sink in. Suzareigna had some valid points, but the dragon queen wasn't going to let just anyone take the lead. It was getting very suspicious that Kor had kept his mouth shut for this long. She knew that he respected the Fates and knew their powers were greater than his, but to calmly (at least on the outside) sit there and not respond to any of the suggestions being made was rather awkward, to say the least. ”So Kor, you've been quite mute about all this. What have you to say? I would think that if we are deciding on replacing you as leader of this group, which you appointed yourself to be, that you would add your opinion to the mix. It's not like we won't listen to you. You do have an occasional good idea. So, what is it?

Silence and being ignored was not something that the dragon queen took lightly. Maybe Kor was just tuning her out, like he seemed to do so often. Perhaps he was catnapping and kept his eyes open when he did so. All she knew was Kor was asked questions and he was no answering. Well, maybe a little wake-up call was needed to get him to respond. Taking in a short breath, she turned to face Kor directly and very calculatingly, blew a small flame at Kor's feet. If that didn't work, the next thing was going to be his a**, and he would damned well respond at that, because his current chair, his clothes and his precious rear end were going to be on fire!

Kor indeed had kept quite for a while and instead just took in what everyone else was saying. That was until DLS decided to ask for his opinion and scorch his feet to assert herself.

Kor: "Honestly I think we should probably return to splitting up our forces to accomplish the original three objectives. Though unlike last time we need to keep our teams in tact and not break off to help any of the other teams.

"Sure they have some of their communications in tact, but that doesn't really matter since they are cut off from being able to contact General Armstrong's group and the Elrics in Resembool. As for destroying all their communication, I think that would come to bite us in the a**. Think about it, it would draw attention to ourselves and only increase their suspicions that we are a major threat to the completion of their immediate objectives. That means that they'd very likely regroup and send a larger party after retrieving General Armstrong's group and the Elric brothers."

Having said his own thoughts on the matter, he looked down at his feet and quickly replaced his scorched pants with a new pair using his Magic Materialism.

Aegil: The Magician, Number I

"No offense in any way. He is certainly correct that I am unfit to lead the group as a whole. However all remaining parties, in one way or another, are as well unfit. Harbinger, though King, has a tendency to take control and lose his control with ease. Sedhor cares not to lead, and both DLS and Kor have animosity to one another. And neither of the twins have the experience with Fates to confidently coordinate and lead them. However.." Aegil turned from his consoles to stare at Sedhor. There was a silence between the two, before Sedhor approached, loudly.

Sedhor: The Wheel of Fortune, Number X

Sedhor didn't seem angry, per say, at what he clearly understood he was suggesting. "You can't be serious. She hasn't met a single one of the others besides me, and she didn't leave on good terms last time. Not only that but she can't..." The glare intensified between the two, before the scarlet cloaked man sighed and waved his hand, heading off to find Amalia. "Oh fine, you stubborn academic. Summon her for all I care, but don't blame me if she's not her usual self this time."

Harbinger: The Emperor, Number IV

Harbinger seemed to smile as Draco redecorated the entire area, shaking his head slightly. The Young dragon, as he'd playfully thought of him, was quite endearing in his insistence to live like a king, a modest one or not. Before he could reply, however, he seemed to pause, thinking quietly as Aegil sent him a message. "Hmm.. curious. Perhaps the most fitting individual for the task. I approve.." He smiled at Draco, chuckling a bit. "We have our General."

Draco was most intrigued then his older brother fate advised there was a general selected for the rest of the mission. He thought carefully and did a little mind reading before answering. I agree that none of you know of my or my twin's experience in leading such an expedition. I certainly would not want to take on the endeavor. Suzareigna is more than qualified, but with our mother present, she would not supercede the strongest of them all. No, it had to be someone other than a dragon. One thing was certain, Harbinger was in no shape to lead the mission. He may be a king, but he is no warrior. Aegil was too into his head to think like a strategist. Sedhor relied too heavily on his cards for everything, so that left him out.

Then a curious pause came over the young dragon prince. 'No, they wouldn't select Amalia. For all that is holy, she is but a child when it comes to these kinds of matters, and her other self...' He cringed at the though. 'If that other one ever comes out, there won't be a good outcome for anyone except perhaps the Fates and the Dragons. No, she must be kept hidden until the very last option is used up. So, who would Aegil be thinking of? It had to be another Fate, but who now? If only the Father would get involved and end this who mess.'

Draco sighed. "I guess I will find out who it is sooner or later, unless, dear brother, you would care to share this information with me."

Suzareigna was waiting in the shadows of the control center. She leaned against the wall, crossed one leg over the other and crossed both of her arms. It was amusing that Aegil thought her inexperienced in warfare and strategy, but she let that slide for the moment. One thing she hated to agree with was the fact that her mother was not the one to take total control, become the general, so to speak. As great a warrior as her mother is, and she has millennia to back her worth, she didn't always play nice with others, like Kor. If her mother had her way, this would all be over right now. And how she wished that to be the case. Still, older minds were working and shutting her out. She would follow orders so long as they didn't interfere with the real objective.

Staying here gave her a clear glimpse of the entire room and the situation. She observed the present Fates. They must forget that the dragons were telepathic. Geesh, come on guys, give us a break. But then Aegil suggested another. There was no name but the dragon princess caught a glimpse of the individual he was planning on calling. That would be quite interested, but how would Kor like taking orders from a female. So far, every good idea or deed done by the females in this group seemed to not be looked up with great favor by Kor. Still, bringing in an outsider at this time might actually shake things up.

Suddenly, she got a mental image from her mother that was disturbing. She really hoped what she was seeing was not a harbinger of things to come. Mother could be quite stubborn at times, but she hoped her mother would stay her emotions and anger. Reaper would get his soon enough, her mother just had to wait a bit longer. And for all their sakes, the dragon demon queen had better keep her cool.

DLS held in a laugh at the sight of Kor putting out the tiny flames at his feet.
"I agree we need to get back to the original plan." was all she said in response to Kor, except, "As long as the enemies don't have a quite method to restore communications, I will concede that you might be correct.

Contrary to the way things had been going, DLS took a modest step back and sat on the edge of a communications console. She didn't need to speak or ask questions since the telepathy in the room was quite easy to read. So, Aegil wanted to bring in a third, or fourth party to lead this band. There were already too many generals and, with the exception of the dragon-horde, too few soldiers. Catching her daughter's mental message, she was not so happy that Suzareigna didn't want to put up more or an argument, but then again, her daughter was the best strategist in the known multiverses. She didn't need to be a general to this rag-tag band of superhero wannabes. Her warrior princess daughter could strategize a way out of virtually any debacle this group got into. Draco never wanted to lead, always bowing to his sister. He was no slouch, but just lacked her ambition That didn't make him any less a great warrior, just not leadership material.

Then there was the question of why the dragon demon queen didn't put up a fight to take control. She was actually thinking about it, but decided not to. If things went way out of line, then she would take the dragon contingent and go do what was necessary. The present company, except the dragons, didn't know just how many dragons were already on the planet and mingling with the city folk. That alone was one secret neither she nor or children divulged to anyone. She really didn't like keeping anything from her older brothers- the Fates, but this was a war and having a complete network of spies was a necessity. There were a few times she thought that Aegil might have realized that the dragon queen was hiding something fairly big, but he never questioned her. So for now, things will remain as is. Her spies would continue to mingle, try and locate enemy strongholds, but keep a very low profile.

She almost chuckled at the thought that Kor thought her so incompetent at times. But, she came to this planet- was the first of their motley crew to arrive- and ultimately, it would be her battle against her old foe. If Kor or the others got in her way, that would be their problem, not hers. All she really wanted was for this snail-paced endeavor to get moving. Dragons like to spread their wings and fly and with all the tedium here, they were getting none of that.

Coming out of her self-imposed solitude, she finally gave in to curiosity. "So Aegil, just who do you plan to bring into the situation and lead the various missions to positive conclusion. As you know I am growing weary of this cat and mouse style action."
