"I see, is the other lieutenant here and well?" He questioned, glancing about as if this lieutenant Seraphinite would just appear out of no where. No such thing happened however, of course. Well, it looked like he'd be pushing his teleporting skills to the limit on how many he could take with him, but that was alright. He wasn't leaving anyone behind to be caught by police, he may not be loyal but he wasn't that disloyal either.
"Alright. I'll have to take hold of both bodies. You'll have to take hold of me." He stated while looking at the other hoping he wouldn't put up some kind of fuss. Looking the other blond over he shook his head, a smile twitching his lips. "It's Benitoite, please. It's easier and preferred." Even as he bent down to take hold of both the senshi and then he managed to shift Acrucis' body so she was cradled and pressed to his chest. The arm about her took hold of Jet. He really was hoping he could manage to hold onto these three bodies...he didn't know what would happen if he let go of them in the seconds between vanishing and reappearing, even if he didn't feel the time between the two or notice it. There was time between the two.

After the incident with the youma, and running from it when her shield had broken, the squire of Polaris had been cornered by the youma and had to actually fight. It wasn't something she really did or was good at, but she knew she needed to work on, and hadn't held much back. Kicking and smacking, punching, and hitting it with her scepter the thing had fled and to where she knew not. But she counted it as a win for her, even if it wasn't dead on the ground or something, she just needed to leave now. She saw people running, being captured, and heard the cops in the distance and knew it was time to get out of here.
So that's just what she did. It was an empty alcove she found and was able to power down before taking off, removing her heels as she left. This was not the time to be in heels - running out of a hotel. She was headed home and figure things out. People had been captured, she'd seen it, and surely something had been launched to reclaim them, no one would leave them in the Negaverse's possession - right? She was sure of it...but should she help? And how?
Shaking her head the dark haired Russian girl joined the fleeing people and ran right past one of the first cops entering the hotel and managed to get past the cops and their cars. How long until the news reporters turned up? They would likely arrive soon, right on the heels of the cop cars and everything else.

Cora honestly didn't expect herself to be freed so quickly. Suddenly, there was no hands holding her still. In fact, the culprit had backed up further from her but that she didn't know. All that mattered was the gravity was pulling her down. She was falling.
As soon her tiny paws touched the floor, the kitty turned around, facing three guys in the bathroom with her and backing up towards the door. Her eyes were tightly shut and her small figure was shaking and resembling a cream-colored ball of fluff.
"Please, I don't want this!!! Don't do this to me!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!" the fluffball screamed, clearly terrified.
The fear was taking over her. Even though she wanted to resist, knew this was not the right way to act, not smart move at all, she couldn't help it. The natural, protective instinct was strong, told her to defend herself.
And how did she defend herself?
The star sigil on her forehead started to glow. By second by second the hlow grew brighter and brighter until it was released into a laser blast that was flying towards Jasper. She didn't see where the blast would hit, her eyes were tightly shut still but she feared the worst.
"I'm sorry!!! Please, don't crush my starseed!!!!!"
Then the kitty went silent. She stayed there, near the ground, shaking and fearing her starseed would be pulled off her chest any second now. But it didn't happen.... Instead, she heard sirens. The police was coming.
Carefully, her fuschia-colored eyes opened and she looked at her surroundings. This was not the Negaverse headquarters. Not that she had ever been there but this couldn't be it. Or if it was, the Negaverse had the worse design sense than she could ever imagine.
And that culprit who had picked her up from the ballroom's floor was.... a civilian. The civilian who got a taste of her laser.
Oops.
Ears against her head, tail low and near her body, the kitty was trying to be as small as possible.
"I.... Uhm... I'm sorry....."Quote: In an emergency all cats can expend energy to shoot a beam of force from the center of their star sigil. This is draining and cannot be done with much frequency. The beam is more like a stun than a real weapon and is not capable of doing much more than stunning a normal youma or turning body parts numb. It may destroy the lowest level youma but the odds of finding some are pretty rare. [quote="kuuropii"

"Something is seriously bloody messed up," Tolliver muttered to Hitch, rubbing the back of his neck with the hand not holding his cane. His cigarette was held between his teeth, his voice slightly strained. "Out of all of the bloody people in this place, nobody thought to call 911? There are bloody terrorists running around everywhere, what the actual - "
But his attention was drawn once more to the cat in the newcomer's arms. Tolliver gave it a suspicious look; he'd never been one for animals, and Fritz's insistence that they own a cat of their own had made the other twin quite irritated.
Except this cat was not like Fritz and Tolliver's cat, because this cat could talk. And cry.
And shoot laser beams out of its head.
Tolliver let out a yell of fear and surprise, reaching out to grasp whoever was nearest to him and yank them out of the direct line of fire. His bad leg wasn't supportive enough, and he toppled sideways, landing in a heap on the tile floor, a curse escaping his lips as his heart rate sped up rapidly.
He blinked, trying to calm himself, dragging in great gulps of air. His cigarette lay on the floor beside him, smoking gently.
"What. The. Bloody. Hell. Just. Happened."

Honestly, Hitch was willing to accept a talking cat. After everything he'd seen so far tonight, ******** as it all was, a talking cat was more like icing on the proverbial cake than the main event.
But when aforementioned tiny, adorable, talking cat began shooting ******** LASERS AT PEOPLE? Yup, okay. That was worth freaking out over. Hitch made an undignified yelp of surprise that he would not admit to later as he jerked back. Tolliver was a lot more valiant than he was in that moment, doing something to try and help the other guy, but honestly Hitch couldn't tell if the laser had hit him or not and --
"Sorry?" he repeated, lowering his arms and widening his eyes as he stared at the cat. "You just shot a laser at us. A ******** laser!" His cigarette fell to the floor in his mini-rampage. "My suit's ********, there's people being shoved into doors, there's monsters and weirdo costumed freaks running around out there and you talk and -- and -- LASERS!" he shouted, like he was exasperated.
Then he took a moment, closed his eyes, rubbed his temples, and turned around to go try and offer a hand to Tolliver. All the while muttering to himself, "Lasers... sorry she says! Lasers!" At the very least, he could finally hear sirens. Thank GOD. About time!

Jasper didn't have time to react, let alone think as the panicking ball of fuzzy screamed, ran around and then....the star on the forehead began to glow.
"What the..."His voice was level at that moment before suddenly, he was pulled off his feet and towards the ground, landing atop of the man with the cane. Now normally Jasper might have apologized to the poor guy but as he rolled to get off him, something dawned on the white haired teen that resulted in a more pressing issue.
"I can't feel my hand! What the hell did you do to my hand?" Jasper was calling out in panic as he grabbed onto his left wrist, starting at his hand that was frozen in what many might call 'jazz fingers'. When he had been grabbed and jerked to the side, his hands had flown out, trying to naturally react and catch his balance, only to result in one hand being now frozen in the state of free-fall panic.
Glaring back at the cat, Jasper turned his hand towards its fuzzy face and waved the numb area wildly. "FIX IT" He nearly screamed not noticing the other two men appeared to be keeping their cool much more than him.

Emory waited a moment, then ducked into a nearby dark corner and powered up. Almost immediately his communications crystal went off. Summoning it, Chrysotile listened to the messages. Capture, then to the funhouse at the old carnival. Sounded like a good time was planned. He smiled, toothily and wickedly -- he was going to like it in Destiny City.
The sound of sirens wailing in the distance caught his attention. s**t, someone must have called 911. No time for capture -- he'd have to get out of there. No problem, he could make up for it at the funhouse, he was sure.
He dashed out of his corner and into the melee. As tall as he was, he could see over the heads of the crowd, and noticed that people were heading pretty much in the same direction, presumably toward the exit. He pushed his way down the stairs to the first floor, not caring who he knocked over. Finally he saw the main entrance. "Move it!" he growled as the slow-moving, panicked civilians. Elbowing his way through, he made it outside and stepped aside into the shadows to avoid getting trampled. Stupid idiots.
Now to find the carnival and the evening's real party.

She had done her best, or maybe she hadn't? She knew she could do better but she was scared and she had also wanted to tape whatever she could so she could play it back later and see what exactly had happened and see faces and uniforms. She needed to be informed and what better way than studying what she'd managed to capture on her cell phone?
It was the sounds of sirens which had captured her attention and caused the senshi of vampires to run off from the ballroom and down the hall and stairs all the way outside, ignoring the fact she'd left her coat in the coatroom. She'd remember it soon enough, when she started to freeze in her dress, and then she'd come back as a civilian and ask about her coat and mention how she'd run off without it like many people she was sure had done, who would think about a coat when this was happening? Hopefully she wouldn't be questioned and she could just get her coat and go home so she could replay things and get in a hot shower to relax, she felt she really needed to relax right now after the excitement, fright, and everything else. She also knew she needed to talk to Ash if she could find the cat again...but how?
Once outside she looked around for a moment before bolting, not wanting to get caught by the cops, and cursing her heels the whole time made off down an alleyway and continued on as fast as she could for a good distance. She would have to walk all the way back soon...very soon, as she needed her coat.

For all the anger and exasperation that Dallol was currently going through all because of a certain incorrigible and unrepentant Neptune Page, she couldn't help the blush that rose to her cheeks at his question of whether there was anything that he could do to make things up to her. "A bit?! Don't you think that a bit is more of an understatement considering the gravity of the situation?!"
She hmphed, knowing that the both of them should leave soon before the police who were called in eventually arrived at the scene. "Alright. We're getting out of here. My way." Without giving Corinth a chance to react or object to what she was about to do, she reached out with her hand to pinch and twist Corinth's ear as if she was a maternal figure exacting punishment on a child for his errant ways before dragging him to the nearest exit. If Corinth thought that he was going to walk away from this with just a few smart a** remarks, he certainly had another thing coming.

The ball was dispersing. Various people had picked up their targets and it was time to get out of there before the police showed up. Jarosite gave a mock salute to the squire he was fighting and faded into the crowd. He had more important things to do, like guard the prisoners and keep people at bay.
Jenn didn't even register on his mind until he was too far away to do anything about it. The kid was resourceful; she'd find her way home or call Dad. Jarosite's calling was more important right now.

Her sobs quieted some what until the can slammed down again. Iduna scrambled off the civilian, bruised and scared. She still tried to stay between the enemy and the woman but she was only so tall and so powerful. Iduna couldn't really remember, or tell you, how she'd gotten out of the ball but she did. Merric had abandoned her, or gotten lost.
Time to find her way home, alone.

While she could feel the Chaotic power signatures rippling around her, somehow Skadi was completely oblivious to the half-youma that came up behind her as she ran through the hotel. The desperation of finding a family member seemed to blind the young Senshi to everything that was going on around her, and she heard the hiss of his words before she felt him. Spinning on a heel, Sailor Skadi turned to look up in the eyes of the monster that was hunting her. Her eyes widened before two arms dropped down onto her like a club and before she could react, Skadi was crumbling to the ground in a heap. An arm went up in an attempt to stop him from coming closer and tears welled in her eyes. "Please don't hurt me! I just want to find my brother!" She dug a heel into the ground and tried to push herself away from the half-youma Lieutenant to no avail. Her fuku caught under her and she shrieked in a panic. Again she tried to scramble away, but in her frightened state (and let's be honest- completely distracted as this dude had multiple arms she mostly just flailed and before she knew it the Lieutenant with all of his freakishness was descending upon her with ropes. Between the mask draining her energy and the panic, Skadi passed out. The Senshi of Frostbite was evidently the easiest target in a Negaverse Ambush in the history of ever. [Exit/Capture for Skadi] NovaCracker I am so sorry, I somehow missed your post entirely and only just now saw it as I was scrolling through to find my last post for Skadi so I could write a quick capture/exit post so I could count this for reqs ;; Feel free to do an exit post with her as well? I am the worst, god. I can't apologize enough ;; Cyllene sighed when Ganymede went limp in her arms and she looked at Valhalla apologetically. "Let's go, Az, we need to get them outta here." And with that, the Corrupt Senshi scooped Ganymede up and carried her to the back hallway where she got her instructions and slipped away into the night to the Fun House. [Cyllene/Ganymede Exit]

Sylent Nyte No worries hun! Memory burps happen! ....And Coffinite had his prey with minimal effort on his behalf, earning a quick glance around from the half-youma Lieutenant before he beamed a toothy look of pride. Not only did he made a capture, the senshi all but threw herself at him, and the reward was - well, it wasn't looser knots, but Coffinite certainly wasn't going to bruise his goods quite yet. Oh no, he was going to take pride in his catch and show off, practically taking the senshi like a prized pet or animal as he made to escape, strutting proudly. After all, hadn't he done well? He thought so, and surely his superiours would be pleased. [Coffinite exit/Skadi captured]
