"Woah! Great job, both of you!" Kai stood in awe of the cool gear his bluddies were wearing. They had cool, rich hiss-tories wrapped up in their monster types. It was neat to see so much culture on display. Kai opened up his sketchbook and started roughing in some sketches of the different monsters he saw in the hallways.

"This is exactly what I needed. Some inspiration, you know? Ms. Moanatello has been pressuring me to come up with a plan for my Art Class project, and it's been...well, slow going." Kai shrugged at Chase and Nero. It was to be expected, after all. "But I think....I THINK....I may have settled on a medium, at least."

Kai looked around at the centaurs, minotaurs, witches, ghosts, mummies, vampires and werewolves, all intermingled, chatting with each other and lumbering down the hallways.

"I'm going to make a collage."

Dashner waved back at his friend.

"Don't worry, you'll be fine. I think I saw Marceline start walking toward Dead Languages, but if you get in class early enough, I'm sure you can talk to her."

He sat his science gear in his locker, and pulled out his Dead Languages book.

Jewels spun around at the tap, beaming brightly as she recognised Sally. Grateful for the distraction, she practically clung to the ghoul.

"Sally! oh you look so smart! " She frowned a little and pushed the helmet out of her eyes once more. "My father has a larger head than I do...." She explained.

"I uh.. I'm sorry again.. " She babbled to Chase, smiling awkwardly to Kai and Nero. "Um.. morning Kai.. Nero.. " she added the latter almost as an afterthought, stunned for a moment as she stared at the shininess. "you... are so shiny... "

Motthew took his sunglasses off for just a moment to clean a smudge off of them when the bright glitter attracted his attention. "Whoa! All that gold and jewlery is so shiny!" he fluttered closer to get a better look.

"Hey Jewels!" Kai greeted her brightly. Since they were in Art Class together, they could walk through the halls to first period. Before they could walk off, though, a new boo fluttered over and checked out Nero's bling.

"Hey, new kid!" Kai greeted the moth-boy. This had to be a weird day to have your first day of school. "Welcome to Ghoul Spirit week!"

"uh.. Rorrim? are you alright?"

Ronan watched Venus leave and stared at Rory in confusion. That was very odd, even he could see that.

"What did she mean about pollen?" He hoped Dashner had an explanation.

Poor Lin.

He resembled his dad every day of the week under normal circumstances so his mum thought it'd show even more school spirit if he dressed up in a sense through her history ... namely adapting a Broodway play she had starred in for her baby boo.

"The Sound of Boosic", and Lin was dressed in particular, like Fiendrich.

Lin shuffled down the halls, his claws stuffed in his Lederhosen pockets, side by side with Gryff and Atomica en route to their first period classes.

"Not fair, Gryff!" Lin grumbled, much like he had been since he and Atomica disembarked the school hearse and met Gryff in the parking lot. "I don't see why I couldn't just dress like my dad."

"You dress like him EVERY day!" Atomica protested. "Like, oh my GAWD! Show some originality!"

"Easy for YOU to say!" Lin whined. "You look spiffy! I look like a..."

The Trouble Tribe passed by where Kai and the rest of the boos stood, when the objects of Lin's unwanted attention waltzed by, Meowlody and Purrsephone, and Lin screeched to a halt and bowed before the werecat twins, whipping his feather hat off for show.

"Ah sweet maidens of the werecat clan! To catch but a glimpse of thee regal beauties to mine eyes and to whiff but a scent of thine Scair just drifting down..."

*POW!*

Lin sat up with some much needed aid by Gryff and Atomica, little birdies circling his head as his eyes rolled around in circles.

"Ah HA! Me thinks they doth noticed me!"
