"Do you think Mark'll be in trouble for helping kill Roman?" She asked Austin. They'd been 'friends' with Mark for years, and although Brook would never admit it, she did consider him a friend. "Because knowing Mark, he'll milk it." She told Austin, sounding a bit worried. She took his hand and lead him into a back room of P3, so they could talk in private, but weren't suspiciously in an ally way.
((Exciting night then.))

"I have no idea. I think a lot of demons disliked Matt since he wasn't an actual demon, but he did make a lot of alliances before he died." He realized that he only knew that due to the Seer's memories....whcih caused a whole rush of memories.
Austin's head began to hurt. He could remember his old life, the one the Elders created for him, and parts of the Seer's life all at once. "Whoa... thats was weird." He looked up at Brook, a hint of fear on his face. "I... I think some of my memories are starting to blend together. Yeah...thats got to be it. Cuz...you would never work for Matt...........would you?"

Brook contemplated whether or not to lie. Lying would keep her and Austin closer, but telling the truth would be possibly disasterious. She sighed and made her decision. "After you died, I had nothing left to fight for the greater good for, and yea I did work for Matt." She told Austin, honestly.

Austin backed up and fell out of the chair he was sitting in. "You...you're evil? You worked for the man who made me like...like this?" He let his face show his true vampire form. ((Another Buffy-ism I guess. Vampires can appear as humans, but when in true form their teeth show and their face becomes more demony.))

"I didn't have anything to do with that." She told him, seriously. "I never would've done something like that to you." She told him, calmly. I should've lied. She thought, heaving a deep breath.

Mark shimmered into the alley way and walked inside P3. He began looking for Brook, and saw her at the bar. "What's up cutie?"

"Flattering. Really." She told Mark, simply. "You've known Austin longer then I have. I was hoping for another favor, with payment of course." She told him, simply. "Care to have a drink?" She asked, flirtingly.

((We may have to start making our posts more detailed. Its getting harder and harder to push through a story line. And where the heck did Dan go to?))

He reached under the bar while the bartender was helping another customer, and pulled out a bottle of vodka. "Ahh. The good stuff." He smiled.

((Ha, my weakness... I love english guys xD and this is not Harry Potter's fault... well maybe a bit... but anyway... As for Dan, no idea))
Brook paid for it and smiled. She'd had a couple drinks already and it was probably fairly simple to tell. She took his hand and led him over to a corner booth, that was signifigantly away from the crowd. "What's payment for picking your brain, figuratively of course." She asked him, smiling a bit. She leaned in towards the conversation a bit and twirled her curly auburn hair on her fingers. "I need to know how to gain Austin's trust back." She told him, laying her head on his shoulder. This was a constant game she played with Mark for favors, but she was evil afterall.

Mark held back a nervous shake. "For you, my dear. Its on the house." He paused, thinking over the job. "Wait, why on earth would Austin lose trust in you? The bugger's dead in love with you." He still didnt know Austin's...condition.

She pulled away a bit and looked at him. "I killed Austin while doing work for the good side, it was all an accident and he took it as such." She began. "Anyway, since he was 'the phase', he didn't die and he merely lost all of his memories and started over again, essentially as a mortal." She told him, taking a sip of her drink. "In the mean time, I needed a distraction so I started working for Roman, once again as an assassin. Roman made Austin into a vampire, and Austin asked whether I worked for Matt, since he got his memories back, and since I'm an idiot I was honest and told him I was." She explained, finishing off her drink while she explained. "And hence: I'm here with you because he thinks I've relapsed and am completely evil." She told Mark, raising her glass to him.

Mark rolled his eyes. "But you are completely evil aren't you?" He was trying to hide a look of disappointment on his face. The occupation of assassin was dying out, and he always hated to see another one quit.

"To tell you the truth, I don't know what I am anymore." She told Mark, taking a large gulp of her drink. "Yea, I guess I am evil." She said, resignedly. She looked at the ceilling, laying her head back against the couch.
