Watch, the whole 64.7% thing is gonna catch on eventually. Wasn't that from the episode where Applejack and Rainbow were trying to see who the better athlete was? And... Plus Pinkie showed up in fifty thousand different weird places. Funny thing about Luna... I was rewatching the first/second episode of the first season, and she didn't talk in ye olde engrishu at all. 0 u 0 Oh continuity...

I saw a screenshot somewhere where Lauren wrote on her deviantart that basically explained Luna's mane is a reflection of her power. Luna was in an obvious weakened state at the end of episode 2. Yes, that explains her mane, but not her voice, so I'll put down my own theories for that... Luna's royal voice is also a reflection of her power, and can't talk in that way if in a weakened state. It's also possible that while they addressed their subjects (as stated by Luna) like that in the old days, they may not necessarily have talked to each other in that manner. But what about Nightmare Moon mode? It could be that while corrupted, her voice would also be "corrupted." Short version...
