"I do enjoy it when I go down to the little village up the coast and relax fishing and spending time with my little dog spike" Kale said as he walked. It was hard at times to tell when he was joking or being serious and this was one of those moments. "Anyways continue to bother me with questions and my spells will no longer have you living thru them in mind" he said with a grin walking outside and thru the barrier. The town behind him was a flame dark black torrents of flames still jetted into the sky tho the wood and stone had been all but destroyed.

Voit sighed along with Dema, not really feeling comfortable oh...suddenly being a midget, the opposite gender, and having a squeaky voice! It was terrible! She frowned up at Dema, feeling guilty that she had to support both of them. "I'm sorry Dema, I promise to make this up to you when I get my body back." Voit said in a serious tone, despite the horrid situation he was in right now. They where all so close to getting away from whatever this thing that had told their animal instinct that it was time to run, when a shock wave hit them. Voit went flying due to his small size, but safely landed in some bushes. The smaller more feminine reaper sat up, brushing himself off to look at the horror before him in disgust. They had barely escaped, but so many hadn't...
Voit was suddenly so filled with fury at the whole situation, and worst off he couldn't do anything about it in this form. "I swear...when I find out who did this...I am going to personally take. their. head." In the most serious tone the reaper had ever used in his life. No matter how much it went against his morals as a knight, a thirst for revenge bubbled up inside him, and once Voit was determined, almost nothing stopped him. Finding Lucian, the little girl shook him as roughly as possible, trying to get him awake. "Luci! Hurry up and change me back already!" Voit said desperately.

Ez tilted her head as she followed behind him. Oddly enough she believed him about the first part, and she wanted to go fishing with him, but really knew that asking at this point wouldn't be a good idea. She'd would be 'forced' to when he took that long distance. She didn't understand his second request, it baffled her a little. She smiled anyway "Where are we going now?" she questioned as she followed along.

[-sooo. Anime. I do have an idea for something. But I want permission first. As for Lucian's turning Voit back, I have a couple of ideas, all of which involve him thinking he's found an appropriate spell. 1.) The spell actually works (this is the boring one. -.-) 2.) The spell backfires and turns Lucian into a little girl 3.) Spell works, but turns Lucian into his little kid self. 4.) Both 2 and 3, working, turning Lucian into a little girl and his little kid self
If you give permission for 2-4, I'll be dicing to decide which.-]
Lucian, somehow, didn't wake up even with the blast. He landed hard on the ground, not being as lucky as Voit had. He was slow to wake up as the reaper attempted to wake him, but he did eventually wake up. "Wha-what? Where Dema go?" It was apparent that he wasn't concerned with Voit at all - perhaps short term memory due to drunkeness. Still, he looked around, worried because he couldn't see Dema anywhere. He stood up, grabbing Voit's hand and dragging her along, calling out. "Dema~ Dema, where you go?" He yelled, still pulling Voit along quietly.

Dema groaned softly in pain, having landed rather violently in a tree. She was slightly scratched up from all the branches, with even a few bruises here and there from the momentum and impact. However, she would be fine, and she knew it too. Hearing Lucian's calling out for her, she gradually climbed down before laying beside the great piece of bark. "I'm here, I'm here." she grumbled, loud enough to hear but soft enough to display her shame at such an embarassing landing.

"Hmm" he started stopping as he heard a yell from outside of the barrier. "What a pity" kale muttered holding his hand back as the barrier around the town shattered and bits of the black flames twisted thru the air being pulled to his hand. "Guess I must have missed a few" he told Ez walking towards the hero's. He was not in disguise so it would be easy to tell who he was. "Now then lets see just who these unlucky little roaches are to have avoided my spell" Kale said with a laugh.

[-it'll wait until Lucian's sober...but I'll decide now.
1 - 3 : Lucian ends up a little girl along with Voit
4 - 6: Lucian ends up a little girl, but Voit is cured
7 - 9: Lucian gets stuck as his little kid self; Voit cured
10 - 12: Lucian little kid; Voit little girl
13 - 15: Lucian little girl with little kid mindset; Voit cured
16 - 18: Lucian little girl with little kid mindset; Voit little girl-]
Lucian perked up when he heard Dema, pulling Voit along as he went to her. "Dema okays?" He asked quietly, seemingly upset that she seemed like she was injured.

Voit frowned angrily kicking Lucian in shin while standing on her own, little arms crossed over her chest. She did look up at Dema questioningly to see if she was alright though as well, but she was still pretty upset about the burning.

Dema nodded slightly at Lucian, offering him a weak smile while remaining completely oblivious to Kale's approaching them. "Boys...er...boy and girl, stop fighting, damn it! We barely escaped that disaster alive. What we need to do is to get Voit back to normal then find somewhere else to get kickass gear and heroics experience. We can't just sit around, fighting over petty crap while the princess could still be in danger!"

Surprisingly enough, Lucian didn't hit Voit back. "It's not nice to hit someone who can't hit you back." He told the female Voit quietly before looking up at Dema. "Okay Dema~ I'll try to remember a spell." Like that, Lucian focused all of his still drunk mind - only to pass out for the moment. Again.

Voit refused hitting Lucian again at Dema's command. She yawned softly, this body making her crankier then normal. "We need to find a place to stay tonight as well..." Voit sighed, his body going over and grabbing Dema's hand instinctively. "Still, the sooner I get out this body the better. My poor scythe...a teddy bear of all things!"

The group had forgotten something. Little Boom was still hding in a bush waiting for Mr. Voit to return and get him. He was already crying and beginning to think his hero had abandoned him, just like his daddy had.

Dema tensed up, looking frustrated to say the very very least. She bit her lip and took a couple deep breaths to calm herself before bothering to reply. "You're right, Voit. If nothing else, we need to find a nice and close enough to safe place to set up camp. Once we get you back to normal, and once Lucian here sobers up, we'll then start planning our next destination."
