Chun Mu was very angry now. How could her friend manage to pull it out of the stone? She could just cut-- "Congratulations!" Chun smiled at the manticore. But a moment later she focused on getting to sword out of the rock again. She backed away (far away) when the boil went to stab the sword into the rock. Chun did this subconsciously of course, she had gotten used to keeping her distance from boils when she could.
MuMu gripped the handle of the sword again, put one foot on the rock and pulled backward.

Cady tottered backwards, a surprised look on her face as the sword slid cleanly out and into her hands. Nothing to it, apparently! It was kind of heavy though. She hefted it, laying the flat of the blade against one shoulder. So cool. She decided to stick around for a bit, and see how the other two girls fared.
Plus, she could keep sneaking speculative glances the patchwork boil's way. Had to be discreet. Well, ok, as discreet as Cady was capable of being. Which was not very discreet at all, as a matter of fact. Had to stick to the Plan. Plen. Plane. Whatever vowels went in there.

Aislin had nearly ripped her arms from their very sockets with that attempt. In fact so forceful had her pull been that when it didn't budge she fell forward and landed with a painful "HOOUF." onto the pommel. Is she had need to breath it would have knocked the breath out of her and if she still had any white blood cells a nasty bruise would have probably formed where she'd gouged herself.
As it was all she had in this solid body was enough blood vessels to manage an infuriated (albeit pale) flush of rage. It didn't help when Cady had managed to slip that dang sword out with barely the bat of an eye.
"Don't celebrate too much, we helped you get that sword out." Aislin bitterly grumbled as she moved towards a new sword.
This had suddenly become deadly serious. Aislin could not stand to have Cady win over her on this. She approached this new sword a bit warily and grabbed hold of it. She took care to give it less of a tug this time, least she manage to somehow brain herself over the thing.

Christof flinched as the blade was suddenly thrown his way, juggling it anxiously as he tried to not sever a limb. He blinked in confusion at the Dragon until he suddenly... ran straight for a rock. And embedded the sword just as Riley had done.
Ah... setting up equipment for the next game, yes. Yes, anything the Dragon could do, he could do better. Eyes narrowed, he tried to ignore that constant stare... HE WAS BUSY SO BUSY SEE HOW BUSY HE WAS TOO BUSY FOR TALKING AND TALKING AND TALKING...
He rushed towards a rock as quickly as he could hobble, the sword raised up over his head before sending it ramming down against the rock-
-only to have it bounce off and slice into his leg, severing it under the knee. Oh, HELL'S BELLS.
Ramming swords into stones might have been easy for a mindflayer or a dragon, but apparently it was a more difficult task for an Igor. He gave a frustrated grunt, throwing the sword down in frustration and nearly fell over while trying to retrieve his leg.

((Kallos incoming to show you all how to fail a strength game. :'D ))
After booth searching for a moment, Kallos paused at the Fitness Booth. Why he paused there, he didn't even know. (There were about twenty reasons the Calligraphy Pen ghost SHOULDN'T go there, ranging from the fact that he had no physical fitness strength whatsoever (He had brains, not brawn, after all) to the fact that everyone in there could easily beat him up and they looked scary.) But it seemed they were playing a...game?
Involving swords in stones? (Wasn't there a tome/legend about this?)
Well, might as well attempt it... Quietly, trying not to draw much attention to himself, the slight ghost made his way over to the sword. He waited until it was clear of other people, then grabbed it around the hilt. Ergg, the pommelstone was kind of...creepy, and staring.... Just more reason to attempt this game and then leave it be, right? Right. With that, the haunt attempted to pull it from the stone, tugging on it with all of his (nonexistant) strength.

cashmeresky Chun Mu walked towards the fitness booth, there seems to be something going on. There wis a sword in a stone, and a ghoul was trying to pull it out, but didn't succeed. Chun Mu wondered what was so difficult about it, and decided to try it for herself. She shuffled towards the rock and placed her hands onto the sword, "Here goes nothing," she whispered and gave it a pull. ((shoot, if it is one person at a time please ignore this)) While Chun Mu did not seem to pull the sword out, something else seemed to have caught an interest in her.. ((Please post your minipet profile, you've rolled the mystery number for a mystery prize <3))

Chun Mu - The eye on the sword seemed to be grinning in some odd way. Was it... laughing at her?
Aislin - It gave the banshee the same look, and seemed to be quivering as if it was trying to contain itself somehow.
Kallos - There was no jesterly gazes here. The sword did shift slightly
--------
Jericho narrowed his eyes at the blade that seemed to be mocking the two girls attempting before turning towards Christof. He couldn't help but cringe a bit as the patchwork didn't quite manage to shove the sword into the stone... and instead cut off his own leg.
"Ah..."
Well at least he could put himself back together with little problem. Moving over towards the igore, he went on and fetched the sword to take flight. He then practically dive bombed the nearest rock to have it firmly in place.

Cady's stare became a even more blatantly obvious as the hunchback managed to slice off one of his own legs. She blinked once. Twice. She nearly shook with the effort to remain nonchalantly in the same spot, badly pretending to be watching the field. She even missed Ash's bitter comment, which was just as well.
Does it hurt? Does that happen a lot? Is it going to leak stuff? Are you going to stitch it back together or does glue work too? Or maybe you keep extras - does it mess it up if you hack it at the knee like that? Her mind was a whirlwind of questions. She NEEDED to KNOW these things. It was so... so fascinating. If Cady wasn't pretty sure she'd hurt herself by trying, she'd totally be into the kind of mad scientist body modifications he seemed to go in for. And she would DEFINITELY have at least four arms.
She opened her mouth - and only a pathetic grunt escaped, as she turned abruptly and marched off the field. She'd seen enough. She needed to get back to the cafeteria, lest someone throw away her things. Yeah. Right. She had top secret, super special things to be doing.

Kallos stared at the sword, a bit flabbergasted. (Actually, reall flabbergasted, as he was so distracted by the sword he missed an Igor-like patchwork boil cut off his own leg.) This thing had to have some kind of sick humor forged into it. How else would someone as scrawny and pitifully weak as Kallos manage to make it shift.
It was toying with him. Really who was playing the game here, Kallos, or the sword?
The sword had just stared at the other two attemptees (OHSHOOT, one was the banshee from earlier! Why did he keep running into her?) but had shifted a bit when he'd pulled on it.
Waiting his turn, he again went to the sword and wrapped his hands around the hilt. That eye pommelstone...it still creeped him out, but he tried not to focus on that. Again, the puny ghost attempted to pull on the sword.

"DDSFJABGHLARH!"
Wait. What?
Anyone listening might have been completely shocked and maybe even a little afraid of the strange, garbled, roar that escaped the banshee's throat as the sword refused to budge. That eye. THAT EYE. She jabbed her fingers irately at the eye stone at the end of the sword, poking it harshly. "You will be mine."
She grabbed that sword. And she pulled that sword.
Hard.

The hunchback was doing a good job of not falling over- until Jericho suddenly dive-bombed the stone in front of him, sending him hurtling backwards with a muffled yelp, landing on his hunch and elbows.
He blinked as he saw the upside down figure of Chatty Cady wandering away, and breathed a sigh of relief. Safe. Relatively.
Now he just had to worry about that damn Dragon showing him up. He snorted with disgruntlement as he hefted himself into a sitting position, reaching for the leg without meeting Jericho's eye. Fine. He just had to show off. He gave another grunt, rolling his eyes as he pushed himself onto his one leg to hop-hobble towards Riley and hopefully an empty chair while he did some emergency stitching.

Chun was just about to pull the sword one more time until she saw a patchwork chop his leg off. She looked over a blinked a few times, a bit speechless. MuMu needed to get used to these things.
Chun Mu put her hands back onto the handle until she felt something clinging onto her leg. She looked down and saw a very adorable minipet. She let got of the sword and bent down to pet it, "Why hello there!" MuMu looked at the minipet, then looked at the sword. She decided she couldn't just leave this minipet here, "I guess I'll just watch..." Chun Mu giggled and shuffled away form the sword.

Kallos - No more shifting this time around. The sword remains firmly in the stone.
Aislin - The sword didn't like getting jabbed in the eye so much and sank deeper into the rock.
