Roland is more likely to attack him than join him. Given his background, he would likely see Magneto as the same as his stepfather and his goons were.

I don't think Alex would join because while she was raised in a cozy lifestyle compared to most mutants, I don't think she would think mutants are superior. She would put that lifestyle off as luck, and she likes humans a bit more anyway. They make easier targets of her pranks. ;3

Orchid flat out believes mutants to be inherently superior to humans, and sees humans as not much more than cattle, and believes mutants are the wranglers that will lead them to the slaughter. Plus she practically idolizes Magneto.
