His attack hit home and he pumped a fist in the air to see it actually hit! With all his failing aim, he was happy it stabbed something, and he beamed before gripping the chain with both hands, wanting to reel the bird in like a small fish. Before he could even make such an attempt, he felt pain.
A HARD SHOCK to his system that made him jerk and his hair lift up a bit, making it messy and sending static waves moving through it before he jerked.
Lesson learned about weapon. It did not do well with electric attack. Also, being electrocuted was unpleasant.
However, it did have a now learned upside. It could send electricity through it, and he noticed the small boy fall, the captain's blade pulling out as he plummeted, but not soon after, Uranophane did the same. He couldn't make it in time to keep her from hitting the ground and only winced as he saw her hit the ground, following after her.
Still, like the trooper she was, she started to move towards Quail. You had to admit. For a girl that looked like a guy, she had the balls.
Zink wasn't doing any better, and Wolframite decided he would watch the pair of them while he attacked. He wanted them on the field for as long as he could take the hits for them.

She couldn't hide the disappointment from her face. Here she was, procuring a very dramatic thunderstorm, and it hardly fizzled out a lightning bolt to hit the captain she had aimed for. It was more than likely that she was beginning to tire, but Alcyone refused to accept it. She turned to make sure that the person she was protecting was alright, only to see that her own electricity had attacked him as well. She was horrified -- was he not moving!?
"NO!"
She turned and continued to push against the people that attempted to injure him, without any luck. She was glad to see that at least Orion's attack had some power behind it to keep them at bay.

"Are you alright Wolfram?" Zink's voice was hoarse edged but still sounded oddly smooth, like he was still waiting to whisper a sin into the ears of whomever might listen. Something inside him had been sharpened to a daggers edge...but would it last.
He nodded his encouragement to his fellow captain before gritting his teeth.
"...We have to get that BIRD... I'll twist that knife in thier senshi hearts till my dying day... " He snarled and started crawling after Uranophane.
"Don't struggle so little bird... It'll hurt less..." He hissed. "This is for your own GOOD...and that of Elysum... just let us take care of you...and the intruders next."
He slammed a punch forward again into Quail

Fayalite heard the call too... negas to swarm the bird. The bird whom was now a man? What the s**t.. Ok this wingless BIRD man needed to be put down and who was she to deny it?
"Hope you guys not mind if i cut in...." She said towards the other negas. She realized that everyone wanted to poke the bird. Than she saw it.
"You have GOT to be ******** kidding me." She growled at yet ANOTHER cat. Cats.. If she even got close enough to touch the stupid thing... ugh. So, she wanted to kick the bird... but settled for using her pole, long ranged, to smack quails eye.

There was no time to grieve. Her storm had hardly ended and already were people crawling back to stab at Quail-Eye, who was still not getting up. She was surprised to find a guardian cat draped over him in defense, though it looked like it wasn't doing much good. It was up to her and Orion to keep them at bay, and so far, that proved to be difficult.
"Come on Orion!" She growled before aiming a kick at Zink, which in turn, hit Wolframite instead.

The sudden added weight on him reopened groggy eyes. There was someone on top of him, he could barely see who. The swarm of Negaversers got their hits in, the boy squirming weakly in Uranophane's grasp and crying out in pain.
It hurt, everything hurt. His vision was swimming, barely able to tell up from down let alone anything else going on. Is this how Pegasus had felt? Right before he expelled her from Elysion and saved her life?
Who was going to do that for him?
The wind picked up, a half hearted blast fired at Wolframite, though whether or not it'd find it's target was completely subject to how well a fallen Quail's aim could be.

After Wolframite’s chain had grazed against her arm, Sinon instantly retreated deeper into the thinning crowd. She aimlessly wandered through the tall stalks of grass before a dark cloud of thunder and rain attracted her attention. She tilted her head at the sight. Curious Sinon treaded through the grass until Quail’s Eye came into view, but her eyes instead diverted toward Alycone, Wolframite, and Zinkenite. She ran forward, vaguely registering the familiar captain as she jumped in to assist the senshi of storms and kick Zinkenite.

Orion smirked as his meteors fell on Uranophane in full force, a truly beautiful sight to be seen. Or at least he thought so. Trusting his meteors to keep the Captain occupied he turned, looking for Alcyone. Hearing her yelling out to him he pumped his wings flying to her side. "Right behind you, dear!" Taking advantage of his position he glanced down at Aclyone's tush and grinned. "Have you been working out? Your butt is in fine form." Of course Orion would chose now to flirt.

"Not so strong without that Priestess around to cover your a**, are you now?" Uranophane goaded, gazing at Quail from an upside down vantage. Her arms were shaking from her fatigue and the effort she was putting into pushing him down, and there was one eye visible from behind her broken and busted goggles, the other lens terribly cracked. In spite of the state she was in, she still managed to flash the Guardian a weak grin.
"Don't worry, though, that won't be a problem for long..." She shoved downwards a bit, in an attempt to contain any struggling he might have tried to do with the wind blast he had aimed at Wolframite. "We'll simply have to replace you with someone a bit more competent!"

He stuck by his words and as he made his way to attack Quail while he was done, thus getting rid of one annoyance, another came his way, or more towards Zink's way. Jumping in with a boost from his wings, which were doing far better than his two partners, he moved in and crossed his arms, bracing for the kick. It hit home and shoved him several steps back, but it was at least something he could. Didn't mean it didn't hurt royally, and he breathed out hard as he then kicked back at Alcyone to get her away. Just as he did, he was hit with another attack that hurt FAR MORE as it hit his unprotected side.
Wind blasted his side and sent him smacking the ground, turning over and hitting the ground once more, then turning to smack the ground and have a nice chunk from his brow get cut against a rock, before he finally fell down on last time and settled. His wings had only allowed him to pick up the wind and be tossed about, and he laid face down in the dead grass, groaning.

((If Uranophane or Zink are attacked, assume Wolframite got up in time to step in. He is still taking their kill blow attacks. ))

Fayalite glanced down as the attack hit, choosing to back away a few paces...eying that cat warily. "Goddamn cats." She just wanted to hiss back at the little b*****d.
Looking around, She saw one of the other negaversers, whom she didnt know the name of, guarding Zinkenite and Uphane. While she was not a captain like the other three... she figured she could be of some use. If she couldnt get close enough to the quail because of the cat, she could guard those who could. ""Ill help." She called to Wolframite , deciding to also guard the other negaversers.
(( Fayalite will also be guarding Zinkenite and Uranophane with Wolf. I guess.. You guys choose, wolf or faya, takes the hit? ))

At the sight of another red-headed senshi jumping in, Alcyone felt relieved. "Glad you could join us! We need to protect the Quail as much as we can!" Her wings flared in an attempt to continue to block the Negaversers from Quail-Eye, though evidently in doing so, she allowed a nice view for Orion to gawk at.
She couldn't help but redden at his compliment. Sure, she had been working out more, but this was not the time! "ORION. NOT NOW."
I mean. They were fighting three captains and a corrupted senshi, for Moon's sake!

Zink's eyes were wide to see Wolframite take the hits for them, it was bold... it was brave, he hadn't even the words to thank him for it... he'd never felt so... united. So much like he was part of the families that he had always envied as a child. Beth's family... anyone's family that seemed more normal than his own...well now he had one...
And it was better than anything he'd ever gazed at through the twisted glass of his civilian life.
"We'll do this Wolfram...we'll all be standing when this is done...SOMEHOW we will."
And Fayalite... god he couldn't have been more proud. HIS Lieutenant, working so hard, working so WELL... god, he couldn't have been any prouder even when he faced what he was so sure would end in failure to eliminate the senshi from this field... at least he'd still hit them where it hurt.

Sinon flashed a quick grin at Alcyone. “No problem!” She glanced at Quail’s Eye, just-now registering the appearance of a guardian cat with long, light-colored hair. Her lips tightened into a frown and her eyebrows furrowed. Hearing Orion’s comment she questioningly threw the male senshi a peculiar look. What? Sighing, she shook her head, eventually turning back towards the lieutenant and captains and lunged at Fayalite.

"Zinkenite!"
Uranophane's gaze snapped up, at her comrade not too far away.
"Give me a hand, here..."
She beckoned towards him to help her hold him down, her expression equal parts contemplative and sadistic.
"I'm going to see if this little b*****d doesn't have a star seed."
With that, her hand lifted from Quail's shoulder only to plunge towards his chest.
