Brian Harvard
Brian shivered at the teen's words and closed his eyes enduring his deep tone with a tight grip on the porcelain tub. Brian shook his head and pulled his body up slightly before standing completely before he even opened his eyes and quickly he jerked the towel up to his chest just holding it there with dead eyes locked on the teen. He couldn't say a word, he had none to say after such a fit. Maybe he was being childish, he just hadn't thought the situation through past living in the moment.

"Love is like a butterfly, it goes where it pleases and it pleases wherever it goes. Love is like a butterfly, hold it too tight, it'll crush. Hold it too loose, it'll fly."

The teen tugged the towel away from Brian's hands and wrapped it securely around the older male's hips. "You're thinking too much, old man." Ira stated, leaning in to steal a swift kiss before reaching for his own towel and wrapping himself up as well.

"I always think to much. It comes with being an old man. You're always thinking about consequences even if you're thinking in a childish way." Brian grasp another towel from the stocked rack as he stepped further from the tub and slowly dried himself with it before turning to Ira as if the teen were going to tell him what to do next. Brian felt and looked so lost in that moment and his eyes watered a little just form all the emotions pouring through him.

"Love is like a butterfly, it goes where it pleases and it pleases wherever it goes. Love is like a butterfly, hold it too tight, it'll crush. Hold it too loose, it'll fly."

Ira smiled slightly and dried himself off as he watched the older male do the same. When Brian turned to him with that blank expression, the boy tilted his head to the side and slowly lifted his arms out to the other man in an invitation. "Don't worry, Brian," he pleaded quietly, still hoping Brian would step into his arms, "I'm not going anywhere. It's you and me, okay? Right now...just til I finish school..I know its going to be a bit tough. But that doesn't mean its not worth it. Its definitely worth it to be with you. I'm going to be with you, I don't want you to worry about that. I'm not leaving you."

Brian didn't want to. Everything in his mind told him it was a bad idea. Despite these feelings, however, Brian's body gave in to the invitation and he slowly fell into Ira's arms with one hand on the boy's lower back and the other threading fingers into that soft blonde hair holding the younger boy as close as he could manage. "When will you be back?"

The teen could read the struggle on Brian's face plain as day and was so relieved to watch the man give in and walk into his arms. "Brian," he whispered softly, wrapping his own arms tightly around the older blonde's waist. "I got you," he murmured, nuzzling against the dip in the taller man's shoulder. "I'll be back soon. Tomorrow night? Maybe? Even if I can't sleep over, I can come by when you're out of work and spend time with you then?" He walked his fingertips up towards Brian's shoulder blades. "I wish I could be with you every second, I know you'd feel more secure that way. But I need you to trust me, okay? I'm with you, Brian. I'm not gonna let anyone else anywhere near me. I'm yours." The teen tilted his head up for a gentle kiss. Pulling away, his eyes gre serious when he found Brian's, "And you're mine. You can't let anyone else have this mouth." He traced the man's bottom lip with his thumb gently before letting that hand travel doen Brian's neck, shoulder, and onto his chest, "You can't let anyone have this body, and you especially can't let anyone have this heart. It's mine. All of it. Got it? You're mine, Mr. Harvard. No more devaluing yourself and running off to some other man for physical comfort. You might have to wait- I can't promise to be with you every night. But no matter how long, you're gonna wait for me Brian. You aren't gonna pick up any more club boys. I'm the only boy in your life, got it?" Ira trailed his hand down the center of Brian's chest until it rested on the man's towel, just above the small bulge the teen had become so well acquainted with. "I'm going to take every last drop you have to give. Don't you go wasting it on anyone else."

"Not long ago I would have ran from all of that before you could finish." Brian smirked and lifted his hand to the back of Ira's neck. "But now...I'm willing to try...I mean, hell..I'm not getting any younger....and it's not like you're not fun to play with. I'll give it a try for a while....but that's all I can promise...I have serious urges, you know." The man bit the corner of his own lip and his other hand slid down to grasp at the boy's sore bottom through the towel.

"I know," the boy answered with a triumphant grin, excited to be the first person to shake Brian out of his fear. Soon thereafter, the smile faded slightly and he narrowed his eyes, "You're with me for other reasons, too, old man." He insisted, his expression trying hard to be stern though he was a bit too happy to truly pull it off. "You're gonna have to fight those urges, babe." Ira replied, Slipping his hands around Brian's waist again and holding the man tightly. "If you mess around on me, not gonna lie, that's going to hurt me. A lot, Brian. I mean, that would truly kill me. But I'm more worried about what it'll do to you. You'd get that itch scratched, but when that urge passed, I think it'd destroy you to have given in like that." The boy sighed and placed a gentle kiss to the mark he'd made earlier on Brian's neck, "You might be afraid to admit it at the moment. But this thing between us? You want it just as desperately as I do. If you break it, I think it'll wreck you even more than me. So you've got to try for me, Brian. You've got to try. And you need to be strong, okay?" Ira's voice was slightly softer as he held Brian out at arms length. "I'm going to have to leave you tonight. It's going to be hard to do. But we're gonna figure this out, okay?"

"Oh...I'm sure I can manage a night without you." Brian smirked looking down at that hand forcing him further away. The older man scoffed and backed to his bed before walking around to his drawers pulling out a pair of slacks. He put those pant on quickly and slid over to his closet retrieving a dark red shirt and black tie from separate racks quickly covering his upper body in the items with a tilt of his head in Ira's direction. "Shouldn't you get going, kid?"

Ira listened to Brian sadly and gave a quiet sigh. "Yeah? Well I might not." He murmured moodily, following the older male with his eyes, watching Brian pull together an outfit. The boy's heart rate quickly picked up and he stepped nearer Brian, tugging on the tie the older Blonde was working around his neck. "Where are you going so dressed up this late?" He asked, slipping his fingers into the space between Brian's collar and the back of his neck. "Can't you just stay in and read or sketch or something?" Ira begged childishly, not able to hide the fear in his eyes. "Don't go out Brian, please, not without me."

"Ira...calm down...I'm just going out for a late dinner." The blonde reached up ruffling his hand into Ira's hair before stepping back. He pushed his wallet into his back pocket and buttoned the buttons on his shirt before pulling on his long black coat. He glanced back at Ira with a smirk on his lips. "You going or not?"

Colour flooded Ira's cheeks as he heard Brian's answer. He felt stupid for worrying, but the fear still lingered at the back of his mind. He really didn't want to leave. He just felt that he needed to be with Brian, as much as the elder needed him-- even if Brian would never say so. The teen huffed out a small breath and nodded slowly, scrambling around the apartment to get his own outfit back together and on his body. His hands skated nervously over the rumbled clothes, trying to make sure he didn't go home to his parents looking too obviously worked over. "Yeah, I'm going," He mumbled, shoving his feet into his shoes. "I can come over after school tomorrow, though, right?" Ira asked, sounding very much his age as he kept his eyes focused on knotting his laces and gathering his school bag.

"Sure...you can come over whenever you like." Brian said these words so nonchalantly but deep down he meant them. The blonde bit his lip and grabbed a pair of socks form his drawer before putting them on then slid into a pair of dress shoes and lastly he thread his belt through it's loops buckling the silver buckle above the fasten of his pants. "I'll see ya later?"

Ira hovered awkwardly at the door, trying not to think dirty things while he watched Brian's belt slide around his hips. He needed to get home. It was late as it was and his parents would be getting irritated. Still, even with an open invitation to return, leaving wasn't easy. "Um...k-...uh, kiss me goodbye? Please?" Ira mumbled, not sure what to do with this tidal wave of insecurity suddenly threatening to drown out any logical or responsible thoughts he may have had.

Brian smiled at the other and hooked his hand behind the boy and pulled him in tight to his body. Brian lifted his hand to his tie and brushed the back of the silk fabric against the boy's chin before hooking his fingers across the boy's jaw. He drew Ira's mouth in close and ghosted his lips across the blonde's lips for a moment before kissing him briefly.
