Rouge shrugged. "With Shadow, there's several outcomes. One, he's going to beat up Tails more then Knuckles would have, or two, he's going to throw him in an alligator filled lake."
"You forgot option three." Knuckles said, punching the ice and managing to break free one foot. "Kick his a** and THEN throw him in an alligator-filled lake."

Justin looked at Knuckles, then to Rouge. "Should'a froze his arms too." He said. He then attempted to run after Shadow, then stopped and yawned. "Ah, screw it. I know Shadow's a cold guy, but, unlike our semi frozen pal, I don't think he'd beat up an eight year old." He said.

"Depends on the situation. He'd still throw them into a lake, no matter what their age or gender." Knuckles said, breaking his other foot free. He'd obviously calmed down a lot.
A few moments later, Shadow walked back through the bushes, Tails over his shoulder again, only this time the fox wasn't struggling, and was soaked with water. He put Tails on the ground(or rather let him fall to the ground). Noting Rouge's expression, he said, "I only kneed him in the gut to stop his begging, and there was only one alligator."
Tails fell on his hands and knees, coughing up water. "Ehhhhgggmmmm...."

Justin kinda shook his head. Shadow's actions were kinda cruel, even if Tails was snooping around too much. Throwing a kid to an alligator was still harsh.

"Oh, and just so you know, Tails, the kneeing was for snooping, and the alligator was just because I don't like you." Shadow said, looking down at the fox. "Got it?"
"Yes sir...."
Shadow turned and walked off.
Rouge kneeled and helped Tails stand. "You okay?"
Tails nodded. "Yeah...." he muttered, eyes closed.
(Sheesh. He's not a very nice guy. >_>)

Justin gave Shadow a glare as he walked off. His actions were just sick. Why throw someone to an alligator if they were on your side? Makes no sense.

"I don't get why he hates you so much, though." Rouge said, "And let me guess, he considered leaving you there to die with the alligators, but then decided you were useful and pulled you out in time?"
"Yeah." Tails wrung his tails like a towel. Water splished out. "I think he just doesn't like kids under the age of ten in general."
"Considering Luna wants to have a family, that could be a slight problem." Knuckles said, crossing his arms.

Justin simply yawned. "Let's not stay on this anymore. I don't have the desire, nor the energy." He told the others.

"Same. Only that water was freezing. I'm wide awake, at least for a little bit." Tails sighed.
"That stinks for you." rouge yawned, covering herm outh. "What say we start for Kendran in the morning? If Shadow is ready, of course."
"I'm all for it."

Justin nodded. "Same here. For now, let's just go home." He said, walking off, his eyelids kinda heavy.

Sonic is probably in Soleana by now." Knuckles said, following Justin.
Rouge blinked, keeping her eyes open. She helped Tails walk(although he was probably more of a thing to lean on) through the jungle.

Justin was incredibly tired. Normally, he'd try to use his powers to speed things up, but he was still drained, and freezing Knuckles' feet didn't help at all.

Tails was completed zonked all of a sudden. He fell on his face.
"Shoot!" Rouge bent down, and noticd something before she even moved him; he was fast asleep.
"That settles it. We're camping here." Knuckles let his legs collapse underneath him, letting him onto his back. His eyes were closed.
"Here? But it's so messy." Rouge frowned.
"Unless either of you two feel like carrying Tails, we're stuck anyway. Sonic would kill me if I left him here. And one of the only things I'm scared of is Sonic's rage." He mumbled.
She sighed, and ripped a huge leave(as big as her) off a tree and put it on the ground. Then she layed down on it, and in a matter of seconds, had dozed off.

Justin yawned again, settling himself down on the ground. He rolled onto his back, shutting his eyes.
