The ANBU spoke again, clerifying the intentions of the interigation.
"Suna is a neutral village in a neutral country. We just make sure there is no reason for another village to attack us. We are maintaining the security of our state. You may be granted access....but if the Kage allows only...."

((Sorry to say, but you never left. None of the requirements for using that technique were met, so you're still here.))
While the Genin was a few scores of meters below, fumbling about with a Jutsu that wouldn't work, one of the sensor-ANBU contacted and summoned Bast to deal with the intruder, as it was widely known in the Shinobi ranks of Sunagakure that she was playful about these sorts of things. Noticing the summoning would be nearly impossible by sound due to the high winds, there was no smoke involved, and there would be no reason to randomly look up as the sky was nearly white due to the baking sun, so even doing so would yield no results. In addition, his balance, vision, and other senses would be greatly impaired due to dehydration, and the dryness of his throat would be greatly distracting, as would the quickly lowering pH of his stomach acid due to a water imbalance. Also, due to the 110 degree temperatures, the boy would be suffering from heat exhaustion, bordering on heat stroke. All of this would have a severely detrimental effect on his reaction time, which would likely have risen to well over two seconds before he expelled Chakra on a technique that could not have possibly worked. No one could guess at the stage of starvation he was likely in, and no one particularly wanted to.
Just to make sure that he couldn't run, though, and to play with the trapped rat, Bast tossed a single senbon down near him; the impact with the sand would likely go unnoticed due to the aforementioned health problems, and whether or not he noticed the jingling bell, the effects of Suzu no Oto would soon make themselves apparent by removing his ability to remain upright altogether, if it succeeded.

San would appear out of the ground using the mayfly technique. His black Bear mask would easily desquise his face. The foot length set of coils on his hand extended as he placed a sealed kunai in the tube. To the far right, a orb or his iron sand would be on its way moving, low to the ground and hidden by the glare and bright sun. All of these percautions where in place, but only if Bast sensei's techniques didnt work....

[you sir are right my bad sorry]
Alex was confused as to what happened. or rather what didnt. he then looked down at his feet and noticed that the sand soaked up all the water."well that sucks." he thought there was a sound near him but then again the wind was always in his ears. there was a ringing and then alex fell to his knees and then to his side where he tried to catch his breath."help." he squeeked out helpless.

(( Thanks! =P ))
While the Genin was writhing, Bast pulled out a piece of paper and scrawled a complex looking seal. A second or so later, the seal would appear attached to a senbon in the vicinity of the Genin, and as soon as it impacted a barrier would blossom from it. The Chakra barrier was set to engulf the Genin, leaving his head, right hand, and left foot exposed; the rest of the surface area of the technique was to wrap around the boy several more times, creating a veritable prison for the boy to rest in while water or other instructions as to his disposal were fetched.
The woman kept up the Suzu no Oto and, if the barrier was successful, would hop down once the boy was contained and use a Kunai to cut his hair off, after which it would be collected, leaving him bald.

With the boy successfully contained, Bast ended the Suzu no Oto but kept the wire attached to the bell close at hand. The hair was collected in a wooden box and sent elsewhere in the Village while the rest of the fun started. The boy was effectively incapable of moving more than a finger or so, after all. To start things off slowly, the woman reached down to the boy and would use a Tensha Fuuin to program his mind to seize all of the body's non-vital muscles should he try to commit suicide. If this succeeded, another Tensha Fuuin would be given to him to make him try to rip out his own fingernails and toenails with his eyes if he attempted to speak about Sunagakure or escape.

As the boy was essentially neutralized, Bast started having fun with razor wire. She pulled out a length of the substance and tied one end around his exposed right thumb, draped the middle portion of the wire across the back of his neck, and tied the other end around his exposed left little toe, taking care to leave enough slack to not injure the boy if he didn't struggle.
"I would just love to take a sample of that crap between your ears, or make you suck at wet sand for water, or have every breath you take slowly shave off the skin on your neck, but I won't do that. The sand is very tempting, though," she responded. "No, you were activating an unknown technique in the presence of the Village's Gates while being an unknown entity. 'Leaving' implies performing a non-hostile action in order to better facilitate your exit from an area, which, sadly, death does not accomplish, or I would have been bright and cheery and oh-so-helpful!"

Alex froze barely breathing and made sure not to test the razor wire. this woman was insane. she wanted to kill him for no real reason. Alex angled his scratched head band away from her line of sight the best he could trying his best not to give a reason to be harmed. "look i was only trying to put distance from me and your village. i meant no harm. thats the truth. please let me up and maybe get some water. i wont try anything i promise." he was sincere about that but given what he wittiness from her already he doubted his situation would change.

The black bear masked ANBU shunshined down to the location of the newcomer and Bast sensei. Forming a few hand seals, the Konin extended an invisible thread into the kid and began to start "reading and learning" any and all information about the kid he wanted. Finding that the information he was looking for, The konin spoke in an emotionless voice to his sensei.
"Sensei, the is truethfully. He only just a gennin....and a stupid one at that. As much as i agree with how much fun he would be to maim, kill, disinbody and torture, he ment no harm. He just didnt know any better because he left his village too early and has no idea the etiqutte and manners when visiting or entering another village......But its your call..."

"Silence!" Bast shouted in response to the boy's protests. She stared at him through her goggles as he shifted his headband out of her line of sight, wondering what he was trying to accomplish. She heard San's argument and waited a few moments before deciding on how to best respond.
"His Village-identifying headband has received damage, has it not? In most modern institutions, the headband symbol serves as a nation's flag in battles, and so it is cherished and damaged ones are quickly replaced. In addition, if he is the Genin that we are assuming him to be, then he is very, very far out of his Village without escort, a practice that most countries would find at the very least 'questionable'," the woman responded quietly enough that the Genin would not be able to hear, and taking an occasional pause to drink some tea from her flask. She was aware of Alex's situation as she did so, however, and had an ANBU put a lukewarm, incredibly-sugary lemonade nearby, with a straw just in reach of his mouth so that he could drink. She even went so far as to remind the boy that moving around too much would scrape the skin on his neck off, remove his finger, his toe, or all of the above. "Logically, I can only conclude that he is a rogue and that there are hunters on the way. If you think on an international level, if we let someone we know to be a wanted criminal escape our clutches without so much as an imprisonment and torture session, it would look bad for us."
The woman took another swig of tea, and then rose her voice so that the Genin would be able to hear. The lemonade, as moist as it was, would do little to help the feeling of thirst due to the sugar content, and would probably end up making the boy feel even warmer than he already was; in short, the effects of drinking the lemonade would be negative overall. Whether or not he decided to drink it, though, was up to him.
"In short," she began. "I'm going to be a friendly neighbor to the Cloud and I'm going to make it so that their rogue is easy to take away once they get here! Aren't I just a dandy person?"
