making up the reasons
to justify all the hurt inside
guess she knows from the smiles

everyone's got a theory 'bout the bitter one

that's why she shies away from human affection
but somewhere in a private place

"They aren't that pretty. Besides, I'm smaller than most dragons are supposed to be. My mom said it helps us transfer through mirrors easier, but I doubt that to be true. I can move dragons bigger than me through mirrors," Mirror murmured as his wings flicked lightly only to curl inwards around the two of them.

"We've seen each others dragon form and I'm still smaller than you, no offense intended," Mirror sighed lightly touching one of his wings with his hand. I don't have pretty wings like most dragons I've seen...
"Well that's some good senses that comes with painting," Laren chuckled softly as he brushed a hand through her hair. Hopefully you'll never see me as angry as Len gets when someone intrudes upon our land... he let out a sigh at the thought.

Rachel smiled lightly and leaned against him, letting him run his fingers through her hair. "They come in handy." she said with a nodd, a soft smile crossing her lips as she rested her head upon his shoulder gently.

"It was rare for a male to be born with fur instead of scales," Mirror smirked. "It was actually believed that my father was going to be the last ruler of the Mirror Clan but my mother found out that one of the eggs she'd had was carrying twins. She went to a fortuneteller. I have a twin sister somewhere, but I've never personally met her... Of course my dad said I was a screw up since, well, have you ever seen the movie Happy Feet?"
"Do you believe that love can fall down from the sky?" Laren asked softly as he glanced back up at the moon and he wrapped an arm around her waist. It was a random question, but he wanted to know whether or not she did.

"Well in the movie, there are two penguins who are like super excellent at singing and they fell in love with each other. When the female penguins are leaving for some super huge fishing trip thing, the male penguins are to watch after the eggs. The male penguin drops his egg and later on, the penguin inside the egg can't sing his heartsong so instead he tap dances it," Mirror said softly as he began petting his wing again. "My dad called me a screw up and my twin sister a screw up since our egg had been damaged... He never believed that the Rights of Passage would allow me to take over as leader of the clan... He was right... I wasn't meant to be the leader of the Mirror Clan. I was meant to do something else, but I don't know what yet..."

Rachel smiled softly, before feeling his soft, sweet lips press against her's, and kissin him back very softly, her lips seemed to press against his in the most perfect way, a way that made her head spin lightly. She pressed her hand against his cheek, like she had seen often in movies.
