Vincent chuckled light and then tapped the ring on her finger, more importantly the jewel. It had started out a a deep blue, that's what made it so valuable. It always reverted to the deep blue, but it also had the special power to change to the wearers favorite color. Ever changing, ever moving.
"You thought you got a good deal on that ring right, well guess what you got an amazing deal. That jewel had been painted a hundred times, yet no one has ever noticed it, ever. Changing the housing, but more importantly the color. Da Vinici is painted wearing a yellow brooch, this. The Ocean Drop is like the Ocean. Ever moving, ever changing." He smiled warmly. It sounded deep and mystical cause well it was, but the dirty truth, he had rummaged around a bit.
"Yeah I did rummage through your naughtier clothing. Some interesting pieces I wouldn't mind seeing you in by the way." He chuckled lightly and kissed her neck lightly, again and again till he reached her cheeks hot with blush.
"Oh and when are you going to put on a show with Lily. I know you want her." Vincent was again chuckling lightly as he pulled away and relaxed into the chair.

Seth looked at her and realized she was the envy or every woman on the planet. Sexy in anything. He shook his head clearing the distracting thoughts.
"All I want to know is why? Why were you there, why did you have to kill them and why do you think they could even track you to me?" He sat up and then moved to the edge of the bed to watch her.

Aimee pounced...relatively speaking, of course. She grinned victoriously.
"I knew it, you little pervert. The least you could've done is put everything back where it belonged; you mussed up the order of my undies."
Aimee was knocked off of her victors pedestal a moment later when Vincent mentioned Lilly. She looked guilty.
"Wh..what do you mean?"

Libby searched his eyes as he laid out his questions in front of her. This was going to be more difficult than she had hoped. Of course, she had been hoping that she would never have to tell him anything. Presently, that was not an option.
"I went there tonight because they dragged me there. Well, I allowed them to at any rate." She stopped here. This question was a lot more complicated than it let on. She did not have to kill them but what she permitted them to do last night. Libby fought the tears as she found her voice again. "I am the generous benefactor who donated that three grand to Raith's repairs. I'm telling you it did not come cheap. I went to the manager for help. I - I did some jobs, was paid and got out with interest." She bit down on her lip but continued, "Then, they wanted some more today as well as that they figured out that I had taken an extra thousand."
Her eyes flickered up to meet his as she had been looking at the floor for most of the time. "Seth, no matter what anyone tells you, one cannot rape the willing." Her voice caught here and croaked for the rest. "I didn't like that I had let them have their way so - I paid them back for it with their blood." Her gaze did not shift from his but her back pressed more into the wall behind her, a last pathetic attempt to distance herself, even at her weakest. "As for your third question, I might have been careless and let your name slip last night. It can't be said for certain that they did not take note of it." Now, the tears were falling freely but she was still trying to halt their progress down her face.
"I let it happen. It was my fault. I could have robbed a bank or something but I thought that would be safer." Libby wiped at her eyes and ducked her head. "I need a drink, something. I need something!" Her head was hurting with the all the pent up frustration and like hell, she was going to let Seth say something stupid.

Vincent was giggling now with her discomfort. It was obvious, but she didn't know it yet. She was curious, the way her mind thought about him having hundreds of girls chasing him. She had wanted that. Or more importantly she wanted Lily.
"You are, deep down, curious about the members of your owns sex. You wanna know what its like to taste them." His eyebrows raised a little daring her to deny that. She would anyway, to modest to admit anything but heterosexual tendency.

Seth wanted to be angry, to yell at her and hate her, but he didn't. She obviously healed herself enough to make it seem like she was a virgin again. Well it didn't matter, he had been right. Emotion was pouring from her now and it nearly broke his heart. He reached under his bed and pulled out a case. Inside was an unopened bottle of whiskey and two shot glasses.
"Van's idea of a joke, give the kid who doesn't drink, drink." Seth uncapped the bottle and poured two shots, he downed both and then poured another two, crossing the gap between them and holding them out for her.
"I would have perferred you rob a bank. Killed a thousand innocent people or destroyed half the planet, than sell your body to fix something that could have waited." He didn't wait for her to take the shots, putting them down on the desk and wiped her tears away.
"I think I really owe you an apology. The hurt I felt last night caused you to do this when you shouldn't have. And I really don't wanna say I told you so, but." He chuckled weakly and kissed her passionately.

Libby watched Seth's reaction as carefully as she could while trying to keep herself from feeling so small. She nodded at the mention of the bank but returned to writhing in anguish as he reminded her of what she had done. The demon tried half-heartedly to wiggle out of his hands on her face. She did not need to be taken care of. Then, there was his apology followed by a classic smug, human expression. She was about to down one of the shots for herself when his lips were on hers. It was easy enough to get lost in it, forget that there was a problem - forget that she was broken. That was the thought that brought her back to reality.
"No," she shouted, pushing him away with a tad of her strength which would just land him back on the bed. Libby drank one of the shots hurriedly and turned to face Seth. "No, you do not get to apologize for my own stupidity. I could have just let you stay without a bike but no, I felt responsible enough to take a chance - and it was my mistake." The other shot disappeared down her throat and she was holding the bottle now. "You do not get to take the blame for this and like hell, you would be okay with me killing a thousand innocent people."
She was pacing, taking a moment long swig every now and then. She was still angry with herself for taking on such a risk. She was angry with Seth for apologizing for this. It had been too long since she had to protect someone efficiently. Eventually, she slipped down the wall with the bottle at her side. "I, I wanted to help. Damn it all."

She couldn't help but smile a little bit "Well that's kind of cool" she said letting her smile linger for a bit longer.
Her thoughts backtraced to what he said before that "Wait, the carnal thoughts of men and women?" she asked him her eyebrows furrowing a little bit in confusion "Remember I didn't graduate so I can be a ditz at times so please explain it a little more thoroughly than that" she told him letting out a small chuckle.

Aimee's refusal came without hesitation this time.
"No."
And it was true; Aimee didn't want just anyone. She wasn't a whore like that and she wasn't a lesbian. She just...wanted Lilly. Aimee thought for a minute about how to phrase her next words.
"From the first time I met Lilly, I felt like we were knitted together, the way the eye knits a landscape, horizon to sky. I knew we would always be friends. After...after two weeks of being together with her, I wanted to be more then friends. I realized that I had fallen in love with her, from day one, but I'm never get up the nerve to tell her that."
Aimee bite her lip.
"I...I hoe I can, before either of us dies. Maybe when we're old and grey and nobody else could possibly want us....though I can't see anybody ever not wanting Lilly. It's not because she's beautiful (which she is)l it's because she's an angel, sent to make us all a little more grateful about our time on earth. We're all better people from knowing her."
She smiled down at her lap, fiddling with Vincent's ring.
"She'd die to hear me saying that. When it comes to modesty, she's cornered the market."
Aimee started, as she realized suddenly who and what she was talking to and about.
"Oh...no...pl...please don't say anything to her, Vincent."

Seth watched her pace from the bed and then when she slid to the floor he knew she had hit bottom, her rant was over. He slid off and crawled over to her and sat next to her taking the bottle and drinking a measure before handing it back.
"You wanted to help, helped enough when you kept my brains from being splattered on the pavement. Haven't you realized that all I want is for you to be happy, I don't want a servant, don't want a slave. I want yo as an intellectual and a friend." He took her hand and massaged it gently.
"You did something more than protect me and didn't have to, you did it because you felt bad. Well thanks. I do appreciate it and I feel guilty for making you feel that way and going to such an extreme. That's all. Libs you've already done so much, your doing to much. Just relax and live a life that I'm giving you a chance to live." He turned her head and kissed her again, not holding it long just enough to satisfy his craving for her taste and touch.

Vassili looked at her quizzically before he sighed and let her float in his power. He tweaked her pleasure centers and felt and smelt the effects instantly. It didn't rip it away, but slowly receded his influence letting her bask in the glow.
"What are you thinking about right now? What is floating through your mind as your body reacts to my power? Something about relieving that pressure? That would be a very carnal thought. Every human has those thoughts, every human reacts to very primal instincts in very bad situations. Hunger, shelter, procreation. I was born from those, I don't resent that at all." He kissed her easily as he leaned over the arm of his chair.

Vincent listened to her and smiled warmly at her. Well all they had to do was get Lily to realize this and then all would be well. Maybe they'd let him join in on the fun.
"Well then tell her, damn the consequences and just let it out. You'll feel better about yourself. Make sure though and tell her your alright if she doesn't share the same feelings, even if your not. You would rather be with her as a friend and nothing more than not be with her at all." Vincent wasn't as knowledgeable about the human psyche as Vassili, but he was old and wise.
"Lily isn't a prude and I imagine she has a very open mind, well I hope she does. Cause she is going to be reeling after Saturday isn't she? Well anyways, either tell her before or after the show. I'd opt for after when everything has gone swimmingly." He looked up at the clock and sighed, only nine. He didn't want to go to the pool earlier than noon so he decided a shower and watching something on that TV. Maybe see how the world was.
"You think about that Aimee and decide. I want to know what you do, cause I still want a taste of her. And before you jump all over me for being a pervert, demon, I am what I am." He chuckled and kissed her cheek lightly walking to the bathroom.

Libby sat there, letting Seth's words wash over her. His hand on hers did not register as well as it should have. Here was a Master who did not want a slave. Libby did not know if to consider herself lucky or still terribly cursed but with a twist to it. She sighed and accepted his second kiss. He was going to feel bad, no matter what the demon said so Libby took it in stride with another swig of the bottle. Its contents were nearly obsolete.
"I think Van will have a hoot when he sees that you actually finished this off," she commented, handing him the rest. Her mind was fuzzy but clear at the moment and anymore might throw that balance out of whack. She leaned against him, resting her head on his shoulder again. "I don't think I've had any real friends ever. This is going to feel weird for a couple of days." She did not say anything else for that night, her eyes closing and Seth's hand still trying to make hers feel better.

"Yeah well I've never had a demon as a friend, how do you think I feel." He chuckled lightly and picked her light frame up and carried her to the bed.
"Van thought I would never drink it, and was going to pick it up in ten years. Oh well." He killed the last of the bottle and lay down on the bed, her back was facing him and he drew circles on her back as he faded to sleep slowly. His last thought blew threw his brain and in his tired state it became an audible thought.
"I love you Libs."

His last words of the previous night were lost on her. She had fallen asleep as soon as he had started those maddening circles on her back. Libby's eyes fluttered open. What the hell happened last night? She shut her eyes closed again and tried to recall anything through the haze. Death, remorse, her return here and the truth that she had told Seth as well as the drinking. Ow, what a messed up night and her head was still hurting her. The demon lifted Seth's dead weight arm off of her waist and rolled off the low bed to hit the floor with a soft thud.
"What time is it?" she mumbled, opening the door depsite that she was only wearing a lengthy jersey. The corridor was clear enough. She closed it and checked the window, finally spotting the blocked sun rays. She crawled over onto Seth and shouted in his ear. "Hey, get up! We have to go by Van, remember?" She stayed there till he woke up, feeling to act like a child even though it was not called for anymore.
