Fryma played with the animals and Moni for an hour. Suddenly, he looked up. "Have you seen Kori? I thought he followed us back but I haven't seen him."

Moni blinked, shaking his head. A bird came over, tilting its head in a direction and Moni understood, stroking it lightly in thanks and running off to find the fire spirit.

Fryma jogged after him, quickly finding the fire spirit. "Hey, Kori. Where have you been?"

Kori winced, pain in his eyes. "Trap..." He managed, and Moni saw the gleam of metal, his chest sinking. He came over and took it off of him, looking at the wound worriedly.

Fryma felt a surge of anger but looked at Kori's wound first. "I can heal this easily." He passed a hand over the wound, concentrating. It only took a minute and when he pulled his hand away, the wound was but a scar. "I can only heal it as much as it would naturally. I'm sorry about that, Kori. I thought the villagers had removed all of the traps from the forest. This one looks... new."

Moni nodded. No rust, so it hadn't been here before it rained. It was just too shiny to have been there long. Hesitantly, he looked around, seeing a rope poking out among thee leave. He stepped towards it and was pulled up by one leg, dangling from a tree.He quickly took out his notebook. 'The entire place... it's filled with traps.'

Fryma untied Moni, anger surging through him. He swept his hands sideways, uncovering all of the traps. "I think we need to pay another visit to the village," he said quietly.

Kori looked around at all the traps. "I don't think this war is over yet. If you'd like, I will happily assist you both." He said seriously and they went to the village, Moni gasping as they left the forest and feeling a longing to go back.

Fryma placed a hand on Moni's shoulder, knowing the feeling he was having. "Let's go find that no good mayor of yours. I told him before that if he didn't stop trying to destroy my forest, I was going to make him stop."

Fryma smiled sarcastically when the mayor answered his door. "Hello, Mayor. Do you remember me? I'm the spirit who promised to make you stop destroying my forest and trapping the animals if you didn't willingly stop," he continued, not waiting for any replies. "Now, perhaps you can explain to my companions and me exactly why we found an entire clearing filled with brand new traps."

the mayor smirked. "I'm sorry, the whole 'stop' part must have slipped my mind." He said sarcastically, then noticed Moni. "Ah, little Moni. I see you've chosen to be a full-time forest dweller. Have fun with the squirrels and dirt.

Suddenly, Fryma smiled kindly. "Mr. Mayor, I'd like you to meet a friend of mine. His name is Kori, and he's a fire demon. Now that you know that little bit of information, I'll ask again. Remove the traps from my forest. Now."
