Violet nodded. "WE should go back," Violet said, gesturing to the room where Mit and Roberto were.

"Si!" The doctor nodded, and lightly guided her to the door with a hand on the small of her back, toward the door. Quickly he held the door, like it wouldn't stay open if he didn't. Then he gestured that she should go first.

Violet did as she was told and glanced to Mit and Roberto.

Mit was sleeping without moving, the tips of his fingers on the vodka bottle, showing he'd snuck a few more drinks.
Roberto was breathing fairly heavily, but it wasn't labored. It sounded like he was near to snoring.
The doctor shook his head at Mit and went over to close the bottle and put it on the coffee table, just out of his reach. He shook Mit awake and pulling the other man's arm over his shoulder helped him into the room he would be sharing with Tora, if the tiger ever came back. He laid Mit down on the bed, raising his knees with pillows. When he came back he smiled a little embarrassed at Violet, "Mitica... ist... Asno Estúpido..."

The doctor walked back over to Roberto and checked his pulse, "El Capitán ist sleep..." He looked up at her with a tilt to his head, "You sleep now two?"

Tora moved further back into his hiding place and lightly dozed, with one eye partially open and watching the entrance for movement.

Violet glanced towards the window. She was worried about Tora and Ambersky. Then she looked to the doctor and shook her head.

The doctor tilted his head to the other side, "You wish me..." He made a sitting motion, then stood up again, "Me with you?"

Violet motioned for him to stay. "More friends," she said and pointed out the window.

"Ah!" The doctor said over exaggerating his understanding, "Mitica's..." He flapped his hands up and down near his shoulders, "And Senor...?"

The doctor walked over and place a had on her shoulder. It was warm, and much softer then Roberto's. He stepped up to the window, opening it wide, then walked over to a cabinet next to the fire place, and pulled out a lantern. He lit a piece of paper, and set the oil wick a light. Then he closed the glass around the flame and carried it to the window, hanging it from one window.
"Hicimos este en el barco, cuando un hombre fallaba. Lo guardamos encendido durante tres días y tres noches. Si ellos no volvieran antes de la tercera noche, nosotros ... sostuvo su entierro." He looked at Violet with sad eyes, then tried to speak in her language, "Life Flame... show way for those... not found. Show them where," He placed a hand on his chest over his heart, "Flames wait for them."
