Selina brought her free hand down by her waist and only unsheathed her other Katana blocking the blade from hitting her waist, though her action was a little slow and the blade still made contact, making Selina grimance, gritting her teeth, Hearing Sei's words, if what she said was true, what was going to happen, Selina knew how they felt with having their village destoryed and losing everything. Selina growled slightly, "you and your brother aren't the only one suffering, that so called brat...he didn't command the attack on your town, why should he suffer...he's been in hiding, he lost his honour as well as his home!...and he's not the only one!!" Selina slashed out both her katana in an X motion, making both of them slide back. "sorry but i'm cutting this short." she looked in the direction in which the prince went, in the move she made, Selina felt the effects of the poisoned blade and she had to get this information to Hana and Aki at least, even if it ment Sei following her...Selina gained her footing, placing both katana back to their sheaths and dashed after Aki and Renka...she asumed the blade in which cut her earlier had poison on it, the least she could do was this right now.

When Renka got to the hole he paused and frowned..he'd be able to slide through, but his scythe wouldn't make it..and there was no way he was leaving his scythe. He listened to the conversation between the others, "Tread carefully then, I'll lure any nearby guards to a different direction and find you again later." he said before heading back into town. Sei guarded against the attack and glared at the girl, but when she turned and headed toward where Renka and that prince went a wide smile broke out on her face before the angry mask took place again. Sei kept her arrow-blades out and followed Selina, but after a little while the roof just in front of her was split open and she fell to the ground, landing lightly on her feet. Renka caught his scythe and glanced over at Selina, "I'll take care of her, go to Aki." he called out before charging at Sei and aiming a downward slash at her.

((Not really sure how to get back into this rp but here's my try.)).:Mira:. .:Tassr Yedredt:.
Mira poked at a cooking fire near the watch tower on the Tinto pass. She was bored because after their last assignment they had been sent here of all places. The only thing that came this way was merchants. The only bandits that came this way were dumb ones.
Tassr talked with the watchmen as he looked at the city. It seemed like something big was happening probably the execution of that prince. Tassr shook his head, he didn't like executions he thought that any warrior should die in the heat of battle. Jumping down he walked to where Mira was poking the cooking fire and love tapped the back of her head. She looked at him in a huff but smiled as Tassr rubbed the top of her head.

Selina nodded as Renka spoke to her, looking back as their battle was behind her now, Selina had now grabbed her bow and had it loaded, following after Aki, soon catching up, Selina was panting quite heavy and she was heating up, the poison was starting to sink in, Selina heard some shouting, lifting her head she saw two guards, loading another arrow, Selina inhaled putting back the string and releasing the arrows into the guards forehead. Motioning Aki and the others to move on.

Kai sat silently at his table, eyes intent on the bowl ahead of him. Water was in the bowl, unmoved for the past few hours. One would expect the water to go stagnant by that duration, yet it remain clear and pristine. The house was silent, even the wind made no sound as it passed. It was as if the whole house had held its breath, waiting. Though for what, only Kai knew.
Then, as if stirring from a long slumber, Kai tapped his index finger, brushing the water's surface. Circles emerged from where his finger landed, spreading out until the whole body of water was in motion. Then, a group of silhouettes can be faintly seen within the water, moving down a mountain. Kai's eyes lit up as he saw them. "There they are."
It seemed Akihiko and Kari are safe for the time being, though their escape was far from over. Kai looked out the window. The sun and sky were bright, though he wasn't looking at that. Kai's attention was on a huge body of cloud, which loomed just beyond the horizon.
"And the fog is almost here." Lotana definitively played a hand in this. Standing from the table, Kai bustled about the small room, collecting various scroll, and trinkets, a sly smile on his face. He had made several trips around the room before he deemed it enough.
Without a second glance, Kai stepped out of his house and onto a wooden carriage, drawn by an unremarkable brown horse. Stepping onto the carriage, Kai petted the horses head. "It is time, Little Ming," Kai whispered softly, endearment for his old friend. The horse neighed in response, before pulling the carriage, along with Kai, towards the edge of Tinto.
Though not too quickly; After all, those who run trips first.

Aki glanced back as he heard someone coming, and saw Selina. He took one look at her and noticed that something was wrong. She looked as though she was in pain and she was breathing heavily. But, before he could say anything, Hana spoke."Well, there's only one way to find out where this leads. Aki, we need to hurry. They won't let you escape so easily," she said.Aki looked at Hana and nodded. "Right." First things first. We have to get out of here, he told himself. However, despite this, he still couldn't help but wonder if Selina would be alright. She did help save his life, after all. He couldn't simply forget that.Kari appeared to think for a little while before quietly muttering some words under her breath. Aki didn't catch what she said, and it wouldn't have mattered if he did. She had spoken in an ancient language, the one used for spells. Magic had never been Aki's strong point. Suddenly the hole in the wall simply disappeared, as if it had never been there. Kari smiled. "There. That should keep anyone from following us," she said proudly."What happened?" James asked.Kari shrugged. "It's just an illusion. Someone could still pass through the hole, but who would know it's even there? The illusion should last for about three hours, and we should be plenty away from the city by then," she explained."Then let us go while the illusion is still in place," Hana said in an attempt to get them moving.30 minutes later Kari, Aki, Hana, and James were walking down the mountain path. The path had grown so narrow that they had to walk single file. Hana was in the lead, followed by Kari, and then Aki, with James last. Everyone was looking at the ground so they didn't step on the weak spots, or off the path itself. Everyone except Kari. Her attention was drawn to the same clouds that, at that very moment, caught Kai's attention as well. The shape and the coloring of the clouds bode ill. If the path didn't widen out soon, we might be caught in some rain, which, in the current situation, would be disastrous, she thought. Then, all of a sudden, Kari slipped. She had stepped on a loose rock, which had given out under the sudden weight, and she started to fall. A small cry of surprise escaped her lips. However, she felt a hand wrap around her wrist and her fall stopped. She looked up and saw Aki, who pulled her back up onto the path."Are you alright?" he asked."Y-Yes. I-I'm fine. Th-Thank you, your Highness," Kari stuttered nervously. The prince had just saved her life! How often could someone say that?Aki shook his head. "Please, just Aki. I can't really be a prince without a country," he said."I-I couldn't..." she began."I don't mean to sound cold, but we don't have time to talk about that. I don't like the look of those clouds, and I can tell that you don't either, Kari. Let's try to get off this mountain before a storm, and then we can talk," Hana interrupted the conversation.

After about 10minutes of fighting his sister Renka managed to get away and steal a horse in order to both draw the enemy forces in a different direction then the prince and still be fast enough to find a place to hide. While hiding he used a few sticks and his overcoat to make it look like he was still on the horse as he sent it off even further as a distraction. Renka hastily tied a piece of cloth on his right forearm that his sister managed to pierce twice in addition to an arrow wound on the shoulder. He ignored any other minor cuts as he ran toward the estimated direction of where the prince's group would come down to. Sei growled as she and a number of soldiers followed the horse, it was far enough ahead that it looked like her brother still riding it with his little trick. She was wounded too, a shallow, but well placed gash in her side and a number of other cuts where her limbs weren't protected by armor. About 20minutes later Renka made it to the botton of the mountain around where he calculated the prince's group would come down to. He was panting from the run, but still started up the mountain to get a better view just in case, plus he had to get back to ask Selina something.

Selina noticed Aki looking at her and gave him a side glance before looking back ahead, she followed them up the moutain, her bow still drawn, she flinched slightly as Kari slipped but was relieved as Aki pulled her up but Selina couldn't take it anymore and her sight was fogging and her limbs felt weak, Selina was sweating and her breathing was a mess, her shoulder hit the side of the moutain wall and she sank to the floor.

Renka climbed, using his scythe to help make groves so he'd have better footing and pull himself up steep ledges. Soon he made his way past a few boulders that blocked his sight of a fair portion of the mountain, spotting the prince's group not far ahead..but the part of the mountain between him and them wouldn't be easy to climb and something was wrong with Selina it seemed. Still he was relieved to see them.. "Are you all alright?" he said, just loud enough for them to hear, but not carry to unwanted ears.

Selina heard a voice lifting her head slightly, looking up just making out a blue blur, listening to his echoing voice she figured it was Renka, "you...t..tell me" she wheezed, gritting her teeth and holding her side, moving around and trying to protect the others caused the poison to spread throughout her body. Selina's head dropped back down as she didn't have the strengh to hold up any part of her body. Her whole body felt numb and she couldn't even think straight. She grunted slightly "take them on...you can't wait around...ugh but i swear...if you harm any of them, e..especially Aki...i know who you are...and not in your lifetime will i let you live it down." she explained. remembering what his sister had said and warning him.

Renka looked confused at Selina's response, but ignored that as he watched her struggle and remembered that she'd fought his sister. "Selina, don't try to talk too much and calm down.." he said as he thrust his scythe to make a foothold before anchored his scythe a bit higher and climbed up a bit, continuing to do that to climb up to them, but it would take a little while. "..just stay still....I'll cure you..once I get up.." Renka said between climbing and making footholds, he wondered what Inuki had told Selina for her to get like that, but that could wait till she had the antidote in her.

Selina growled slightly, she glanced down at her side which was covered by a cloth she wrapped around herself to stop the bleeding at least. Glancing down at Renka the blue blur climbing up the mountain, she huffed lightly, "it will heal on its own" she mumbled, Selina's abilities allowed her to stay alive after such things it would just be much slower then an antidote. the marking hidden under her shirt started to burn and ache, trying to fight off the poison. "just hurry up and get going" she snapped at Renka.

Even with Selina telling him to leave, Renka was pretty close and just about to to where they were. "I'm not going to just leave, this place is still dangerous..we need to get the prince somewhere safe.." The boy was tired and a bit overheated from the climb and running not long before..and fighting before that.. Still he kept going and reached where Selina was, but gave her some space as he panted to catch his breath and untwisted the metal cap from the bottom of the scythe shaft and held it out to Selina, it had a sort of creamy-ointment in it. "Please..just rub a bit of that..on your wound...and it'll take effect soon.." he let his legs hang off the path as he slouched, keeping the scythe on his lap, he had a genuine look of concern for her.

Selina frowned and it looked like it was painful for her to even do that, she couldn't even lift her arm, let alone reach out for the ointment, Selina had always been a quite one in the group and it was annoying to be throwing up such a fuss now, she sighed slightly "i can't move my body feels numb" she mumbled slightly, her tone tired and faded.
