[Enter Starfire and Raven from Gotham City] Starfire didn't bother with a cab otherwise she'd be really late for work. Flying in the air, Kori held Raven in her arms, "I really appreciate you coming with me, but I do have to work Raven. We don't want to end up in a box of cardboard. Here we are." Landing softly in an alleyway near the Lounge, Starfire gently set the dark Titan down, "I've got maybe five minutes." Swiftly, both women duck into the nightclub, and Kori waved at the greeter, "Hi Charlie." "You're late. It's going to take you too long to change....," the man froze as Star opened up the trenchcoat showing the outfit underneath. Kori smiled, "I do not think so. Here." The Tamarian server tossed her coat at Charlie and ran for the dressing room to touch up makeup and mascara.

Dundee and Arell both smiled and nodded. They had connections in the restaurant. Antigua started feeling a little shaky.
"I dunno dat this is a good idea, guys." Antigua said shakily. Dundee smirked.
"I'll have a beer." Dundee and Arell said in unison (again) . . . Arell gave Dundee an amused look.
"Bruddah, ain't you a li'l too young t' be gettin' yerself a drink dere, che'?" Arell asked, Dundee spotted the pack of cigarettes in the shirt pocket.
"Yer one t' talk, bro." Dundee said with a grin. Antigua politely asked for water.

Raven Raven sat in a chair and waited for Starfire to come out, fidgeting nervously as she sat. She didn't want Quinn to pop up and grab her again, and she would kill him if he tried. As she sat, she began to take deep, calming breaths, her mind clearing.

Starfire hurried to apply makeup to her face.... and some orange to cover some of the bruising she had received at the hands of Agent Quinn. Then, Kori scurried over and clocked in just in time and proceeded to the bar to see her table assignments, smiling at the bartender.

The waitress gave the group a nod and left them to grab their orders. Something this simple wouldn’t take her long to return with.
~*~*~*~*~*~
Meanwhile, Penguin was busy finishing the details of a little weapons delivery over his private phone line. Calling in for chairs and other decorations of course…no need to risk tapped phone lines, even if his private line was supposed to be just that. Private.
One of the guards allowed himself into Oswald’s office and waited patiently for his boss to finish his call. When he was, the man gently handed him Lady Deathstrike’s personal card and relayed the information one of the waitresses had given. As well as inform him that Kori had just come into work.
Oswald blinked a little, mild surprise on his face. ”She came in to work?”
”Yes sir. Seen her rush in just as I got on the second level balcony.” the guard replied.
”Well. I’ll have to make sure I check in on her then. Perhaps before I see this miss…hrm.” This name…it sounded familiar. Like he’d read it somewhere and just filed it away. Either a wealthy commoner, or someone he obtained files on while building up his knowledge of whose-who in the other cities. Gotham was his specialty, but it paid to know about everyone if you could manage to do so. Keeps one prepared…and people pay a favorable amount of money for information. What he was more interested in right now though, was his newest employee. He kept tabs on news channels and police radios in Gotham and other cities. And he’d at least heard some of what was relayed from the radios about Starfire. Not only did the description match Kori, but he’d dug up her heroine alias after her background check. He honestly didn’t expect her to return to work. At least not for a while anyway. ”Thank you. I will finish up here, then make my way downstairs. See to it that everything is in order until I can check up on my Lounge.” Oswald said, his eyes still on the small card in his hand.
The guard nodded and waked out the door.

(Oh dear, I think Star's in trouble. sweatdrop )
Starfire started to serve a couple of tables that she was assigned, while a server returned with Yuriko's order. The Japanese noble simply nodded and said, "Arigato."
The cyborg slowly sipped the warmed saki. Setting the cup down on the dish, Yuriko proceeded to sample the Salmon and Seaweed rolls.

Raven Raven smiled and kept watch on Kori, crossing her legs to keep her skirt in check before waving to her lover and saying, "Kori? May I get a cup of tea? You know I cannot have any sort of alcohol. Herbal is just fine." she said and gave her a soft smile once more.

Meanwhile, back at their table, the guys and Antigua tried to sort out some sort of plan to capture Batman.
"Seein' how last time went 'bout as well as a turd in de punch bowl, whaddawe gonna do?" Arell asked, the big Cajun bemused about things.
"I dunno, but that pretty gal in th' robe over there looks goooooood!" Dundee said with a smirk, itching to stir up a little trouble.
"Call it a woman's intuition, but messin' wid dat girl may not come back in your favor, mon." Antigua said with a smirk.

Starfire perked up and went to get some herbal tea for Raven. Within a couple of minutes, Kori returned to Raven and set the steaming hot tea for the drak Titan, "Here you go, Raven. Is there anything else that I can get for you?"

The waitress for Dundee and the others returned with their drinks after only a few minutes. She paused at their table for an extra moment or two just in case they needed anything else to order.
Oswald, meanwhile, finally emerged from his office and walked out onto the second floor balcony to observe his lounge. He spotted Starfire easily, talking to another woman. She looked familiar as well, but he was sure he'd seen her in one of his other files. One of the Teen Titans he believed. In another table, was a woman whom he assumed was Yuriko. Most of the others in the Lounge were regulars...hers was a face he didn't recognise. Well...as well as the small group seated at another table.
Well, no matter. He'd be sure to see to them all.
Carefully, he turned and began down the steps towards the first level of the lounge where his other guests were.

Star shrugged when Raven didn't imediately answer as she seemed to be enjoying her tea, "I will check on you later, then."
Kori smiled warmly and bowed, giving practically giving Raven an eyefull of her bosum. Then the bronzed skinned Tamarian continued on her task of waiting on another table.
Yuriko spotted Penguin when he emerged from the back. She'd seen a file on him from the JLA database, but intentionally did nothing to tip her hand that she knows what he looks like. No need to give anything away. Calmly and patiently, Yuriko enjoyed her sake and her sushi rolls.

Penguin made his way onto the main level, and glanced around once more. He didn't see Starfire right away anymore, but Yuriko's table was within his line of sight. After another moment's pause, he decided to just walk over to the woman's table. If he ran into Starfire, he would speak to her first. If not, he'd converse with this woman and allow Kori to do her work.

"Oh, hello Mr. Cobblepot!" Starfire cheerfully beamed at her employer holding a empty tray with a warm smile, "How are you, Sir?"
Kori had just completed another order and walked up to Penguin on his right side.

[Enter Green Lantern From Odym] Off in the distance, if anyone would to look at the night sky they would see something amazing. A green light glowed off in space. It seemed to grow brighter as it got closer and closer until there was a sudden flash of green light. When the light faded, Valdemar stood in a small crater caused by his sudden landing.
Valdemar quickly stepped out of the crater, looking at the nightclub. He glanced down at his ring which glowed a solid green, telling him this was the place. He took in a breath as he walked into the club.
The doors to the club closed behind him as he walked farther into the room. He had to draw out the Supers in this room. He had to talk to them but he couldn't just walk around the room asking people if they had powers. So flying into the dead center of the room, he floated above the pool. His ring glowed as he held it out, using his powers he turned off whatever music was playing. With the music no longer playing, he focused creating a ball of pure energy. He tossed the energy into the pool below him, causing a great splash. Hopefully that caught everybody attentions.
"Ladies and gentlemen I need everybody's assistance. There is a great danger coming this way and I need the heroes in this rooms help.", Vlademar announced to the entire room once he was sure he had everyone's attention.

Penguin turned to Starfire and smiled a bit. He opened his mouth to respond, but closed it abruptly and spun his attention towards the newest guest to his Lounge. And scowled at the rather unwelcomed enterance he made.
