 Sky held back a smile as she almost made contact but she kept her self from doing so since she didn't want to get cocky. She threw her whole body into a slash that collided with his blades stopping him making a huge blasting metal noise from the force of the collision. She bared her teeth as she pushed again him with one sword and used her free hand to make a upward cut at his side. She would have just thrusted her sword at his gut but she didn't want to actually hospitalize him or at least badly wound him."Yeah, a bit, but I don't have a lot. I was already up as you might have guessed but I fell back asleep again. I had talked to Logan, or Logan talked to me actually, and he said I should still stay in bed. This is worse then dying," he huffed putting his head in his good arm. "Then he gave me another damn shot. How have all of you been holding up? Especially you, how you been holding up?" he asked her playing with his lighter flicking it open and closed again.

 He braces himself easily as the blades make contact with his own Mugen. He flinched at the sound made, it being louder than usual since he used more force. He looks to the blade, letting go of Mugen with his left hand and catching the blade easily, a cut going across his hands for his trouble as he kicks at her abdominals.

Sky pushed against him when he grabbed her sword but she was unsuccessful at moving him. She grunted and rolled backwards as she was kicked in her gut. He hand slid against the floor as she caught herself coughing a little bit before she stood up again. Bounding forward at him, she dropped at the last second and did a sweeping kick trying to get him on the ground.

He looks at his hand as he releases her blade when she goes back, it being deep but not enough to the point where he would be permanently damaged. He looks up as she coughs, worried he had kicked too hard before she charges forward. He keeps to holding Mugen with one hand, his left hand healing swiftly even the bleeding had alread stopped. He must be close to the full moon if he was healing so swiftly. He blinks as she drops, his surprise making him vulnerable as he hits ground, landing on his good hand. He prepares to rebound or counterstrike, but first her move!

She didn't waste any time from when he hit the ground to her next move. Sky swung her blade down at him hoping that he would still be off guard. As he sword came down she grimaced a little bit hoping what she was thinking about wouldn't happen. Didn't think this that far through did I?

When he sees her intentions he drops the rest of the way to the ground to gain leverage and free his sword hand. He blocks the blade, giving her the same cold, calm look of being prepared for anything. He shoves as hard as a human male might, well, almost, he put a little too much into the push. Either way, he utilizes the opportunity to his advantage as he gets to his feet, glancing briefly to his injured hand, it being just a pink line and no pain. So, he double grips Mugen and charges towards where she fell or landed and swings at her head, prepared to stop if she is unable to avoid the strike.

She held her head as she hit it hard into the ground hard giving her a throbbing head ache. Her eyes grew wide as she saw the blade coming down at her head, Sky rolled out of the way of his blade flinching at the sound of the blade hitting the ground. She put her self quickly up on her hands and kicked strait out at him before she attempted to get up wincing at her head throbbing.

His eyes snap to her moving out of the way as the blade touched ground. He swiftly changed direction, giving it power and speed as he was about to aim for her abdominals once again only to see a flash of her leg. He doesn't relent, letting out a grunt in response as the kick hits his stomach. That actually stung, she would be a could partner and maybe enough to knock sense into him should he give into instincts on the night of a full moon. No, he wouldn't ponder that in the middle of a fight.

Sky leaped up onto her feet quickly going back at him with a upward slash across his body. She wasn't going to go easy at all since she didn't know how long she could keep this up with her head hurting as bad as it did. Her mind started becoming frustrated by the pain in her head and her body started heating up hotter then a normal temperature and her eyes started changing from a soft brown color to a fiery yellow.

He again blocked but blinks, barely revealing his confusion. Her body heat was on par and quickly going above his own which he knew most likely wasn't good. He needed to finish this, now before she gets too carried away and transforms via the curse most likely since she is just a human. He growls, jumping forward, sending aura to his arms to slash swiftly at her head using the blunt end of Mugen, intending to knock her out.

Sky was smacked hard by the slash and went down but she wasn't done. She fell back and caught herself by flipping backwards fast catching herself. She bound strait back at him slashing her blade faster then a human should be able to move and the blades hissed through the air and started catching fire as they spun through the air.

"Yeah...the clothes were a huge give away but it's good you can move at all" She got up from the chair and moved around alittle. "I'm good, everything is kinda slow" Xaio fidgeted with the window blinds abit. "From what I can pick up mentally we have some training, but aside from that, everyone seems invalid" Invalid as in hard to pick up on. "As for me, I'm just awaiting for another interesting event to occur. That or wait to convince myself to train as well" The lighter he messed with was taking her visual attention for there really was nothing else of interest except a bland hospital room.

He growls softly, sensing her going further from her human nature. So, he once again sent aura to his arms and body, speeding up his movements even more as he blocks the flaming sword. 'Damn it, she should be called "Flames"', he growls mentally, feeling the heat on his hands. "This is a spar captain, calm yourself and return to normal!" he exclaims, loathing calling her captain but was hoping to bring her to her senses as he jumps forward, aiming another swing, harder this time, at her skull.

Duke nodded. "I need to get better soon though so I can do my work again. This place is driving me insane," he said turning his lighter on and playing with the flames uncaring.Sky tried to avoid the hit but she was knocked out cold and hit the ground turning back to normal. She let out a little groan as she lost consciousness.

Cade snorts, sheathing Mugen. "Damn baka taichou assigning me without explaining everything!" he grumbles, looking at the unconscious Sky with annoyed eyes mixed in with enjoyment. So, he sighs softly, picking up the unconscious girl into his arms bridal style. He then swiftly runs to the medical ward, glad it was near-by, as he was careful to jostle her needlessly. He needed her to be unconscious as long as possible. When he reaches Duke's room, he stops, showing the unconscious Sky to the duo. "Baka Taichou, something happened during our spar. He eyes turned yellow, her body temperature went to just above mine, and then she made her blades catch fire," he explains, setting her gently onto the unoccupied bed.
