Well now, she didn't look friendly at all! Eric looked at the others and then tried to speak to her. Maybe he could get her to stay calm and listen to him before the others?
"What? Hey Ms! Wait a sec!"
Too late to reason with someone when you had a ray of light coming your way. He didn't know how bad that would be for them, but it couldn't be anything harmless. He lifted his lance and pointed it at the magic, hoping to pierce through it. "If you would just listen to us for a moment! Listen to me!"
His lance tapped Mina's bag that was filled to the brim with idols. It absorbed the magic of the idols in the bag, at the same time it absorbed the light magic of the paladin as well. He looked at it glow, confused to what had happen with his weapon.
Moments later, it misfired, sending a beam of light towards the Paladin as the lance was pointed to her at the time. A union between the magic of the idols and her own.

The reflected bolt of energy struck Firin, sending her flying. Eventually she hit the far wall. She collapsed with a grunt.

Eric blinked, did he just do that? It was accident, all he wanted to do was talk to the paladin! He returned the lance to being placed on his back and sprinted over to the girl, sliding over to her and held her in his arms. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do that! Are you alright, lady?" He asked her. Eric didn't know what to do in this situation, does he leave her, does he ask one of the others?

Firin's teal eyes fluttered open. Her gauntleted hand rubbed a sore spot on her head. Something felt weird, like she were being held. She then looked into another pair of eyes. "Wha..." the paladin said her eyes closing again. They snapped open in full realisation. "U--Unhand me!" her face turning a light pink.
Firin broke free of the lance wielding knights hold and stood shakily. Immediatly she felt a sharp pain in her midsection. She could feel the pressure rising within her. Her hands went for the ties that held her armour to her muscled frame. She started to gasp as if she couldn't breath. "Someone help me get this off!" She cried

Eric took a few steps back. Yep, the paladin was alright. He dusted himself off some. "Tch, your welcome. I was just checking to-" He stopped talking, watching what was happening to her and the pain appearing on her face. The strain of her trying to breath.
"Someone help me get this off!
He called for anyone that would help at the moment to assist him in loosening the ties that held the armor together. Didn't look like there was anyone else but him and the group so they were on their own, he asked for the others to help him. It was worth a shot to ask for their assistance. Could it be the idols got her too? Impossible! She didn't even touch them.

Brillux had moved out of the way of the paladin's little 'light show'. Having watch the whole event he was a bit confused. Yet the woman looked like she was in pain, it was then it reminded him of the year his wife had gotten sick and was in pain.
He had nearly lost her that winter, something in his bones told him to go help the boy. As Eric rushed to her side Brillux strolled up too. Bending down his bony fingers began to help Eric untie and loosen her breastplate.
"Ye looked panicked kid, what's the matter?" he asked Eric as they finally got the last little bit of restraint from her breastplate free. He had never seen the idols or knew about them.
Sure Roxanne had mentioned something about idols, but this was all new to him.

Firin threw off her breastplate leaving her in her simple linen undergarments. She breathed heavy, panting for several minutes. Feeling another surge of pain, Firin grimaced again. Before their very eyes the paladin's stomach surged out, curving slightly out below her breasts. Her expression was that of complete bewilderment.

Brillux's eyes would have popped out of his head, if he had eyes. Starting at her surging belly he figured it was these 'idols' the warlock had mentioned to him earlier.
"Bloody...well forget that question!" he said with compassion. He hated seeing women suffer, in life Brillux cared and respected women.
Even though he was dead, that part of him didn't change as he gently picked the Paladin up and placed her on the couch. "Hey kid! Make yerself usefull and get me a wet rag fer the Lass's head!" he said to Eric, sounding like the concerned and middle aged man he was supposed to be.

Eventually Firin's belly stopped its gradual growing, though it still wobbled sometimes it growing stopped completely. The woman snapped out her daze.
Her blue-green eyes staring into the empty sockets of Brillux. An undead that help its mortal enemy, the paladin. I'm such an idiot
Suddenly too she had the feeling she wanted to rub her stomach for an odd way. Try as she may though, her gauntlet was rough against the stretched skin. Removing both of them her hands caressed the giant sphere.
She stopped suddenly and asked aloud "By the goddess, what am I doing?"

"I have no idea what's going on, that's what!" Once they finally got the plate off, Firin threw on the ground. He watched in horror at what transpired next. It was happening to her as well, her figure was ballooning out. Just like Mina and Roxanne...
"Hey kid! Make yerself usefull and get me a wet rag fer the Lass's head!
Doing as Brillux said, he left to go retrieve a wet rag for the paladin. He came back moments later and did as the skeleton told him. He couldn't believe what he was seeing, but it was happening alright. "I believe you were just rubbing you stomach. You in anymore pain?" He answered the paladin girl, followed by asking her a question.

The paladin stared at her newly grown belly "I don't feel pain anymore" The paladin glanced at the other women across the room staring at her. The warlock was as big as she was while the witch carried a smaller one. The female knight also carried a small belly.
"What happened I cast a spell that was supposed to banish evil, but it seemed to not work" She pointed at her belly "then this happened"
Not being trained in the arcane, Firin did not understand wizardry.

"Well..." He pointed to the lance on his back. "I know my weapon absorbed your attack and fired it back at you. It tracks down a certain kind of magic." Eric held his lance in hand, carefully pressing it against her stomach by it's side. As it had done for Roxanne, it glowed and vibrated with intensity. An intensity that was somewhat stronger than it was when he "tested" it on the warlock yesterday.
"The kind that apparently is now within you too. I really couldn't tell you what exactly happend myself."

Mina shrugged at Roxxanes plan. "well Eric did sarcastically agree with mine so, maybe yours is better." She said. As the paladin came to confront them she panicked some, witches and paladins not having a good history. As things started to heat up Mina reached for her bag to get a candle only to have her bag fall out of her hand when Erics lance bumped it. Things went quickly for her as she tried to pick her bag up from the floor, not having to try and pick her bag up while still standing before. By the time she got it and got back up she looked over to a swelled paladin. She waddled over as watched Eric do his lance trick. "wow, so, we're not the only ones any more." She rubbed her own belly.
