Steam can be hot enough the counteract the cold. There is no limit to how much steam can be heated. (Okay, there is a limit, you can only have as much heat as there is energy in the universe)

But you don't have the energy required to heat steam enough to melt frozen nitrogen. Unless you dropped your body in a bonfire...
