Both. She knows I fear being in the car with her, so she veers and whatnot purposely. Dx

Zaphiakel um stupid question but I was wondering how long it would take me to get my shikai I mean I know that its kinda hard with the slight in activity of the squad I was just wondering how long I was looking at sorry if I sounded rude. My guess is that it would depend on the person training, and when there schedule is free enough/when they get the time to do it. :0
Then again, I have no idea and the above is opinionated! Speak with COV. He knows EVERYTHING. Or Fefnir, of course.

@Zap: The thing that is a minimum requirement is the 2 month period from originally joining a squad to the time of the request. Originally, I dunno if it's still in effect, only captains and vice captains could teach shikai, but I think that's been extended to anyone who has already attained shikai.
The main thing you need to be looking at is the 2 month period. If you qualify there it's a great first step. The thing I'd be looking for now is your participation within the squad, whether you've been active and how well you handle yourself while rp'ing.
I'll talk to Fef about it if it helps any.
Other than that, head over to the mission sign-up thread and post! I want all active members to be in for this mission!

For the most part it is the C or VC who handles shikai training, a 3rd seat can also do it or another member if deemed a capable shikai trainer by the Captain

To clarify the two month rule, it's more a guideline. Your captain (that's me!) can give shikai training when he feels you're ready for it, whether that's a week after you join or two years from now. He also, in my experience, must give approval for someone else to teach it to you if they have shikai.
The thing that bothers me is that you haven't been watching the announcements. Had you put in a PRP for a seat, I'd know how you RP, could figure out ways to help you improve, and would be more likely to give you shikai training. As of right now, I have absolutely no baseline for your RPing, so I don't know if you deserve the training yet.
On top of that, I tend to be a bit more strict with those under me when it comes to shikai training than most other captains, simply because I want my Squad to be of a higher caliber than most, if not all, other Squads. I want to ensure you can handle the added responsibility of roleplaying a higher level of power, because a single godmod reflects badly on the rest of the group. I generally only teach those who have wowed me in some way, whether that be effort, creativity, activity, or sheer writing skill.
So, I suppose the question is, why do you feel you deserve shikai?

I have no idea. I'll do it if Fef wants me to, but I think he might be doing it since he's the one who came up with the idea for the whole seating tourney.
